I'm really not happy why I found this place, nestled in a non-sketchy shopping center so close to the hospital (you'd be surprised how hard it is to find those) but I did find Kaffa and I think it's tops! It is super cute inside and has an array of delicious smelling food and most importantly, delicious coffee. I've been ordering a decaf Americano with sugar free vanilla and then savoring that special cup. The other day, my son got a banana and a muffin. They warmed the muffin for us and put it in a little box for the car. The muffin was nothing special, but even a non-special muffin tastes better warmed up. And he enjoyed his perfect banana which was his favorite part of our "picnic in the car". A few extra details to add: 1) Parking is plentiful which is helpful because the shopping center can get kind of busy. 2) People helping you are so nice. I need a little niceness in this world so I appreciate that greatly. 3) There is a huge menu of delicious food that I want to try. This coffee house is not too far from me and it is very nicely, warm, and cozy decorated inside! People working there are super friendly and their coffee is yummy! Their croissant was good, when I asked for toasted, they toasted but it because a mushy mess, but toasted! So interesting! I think they toasted on a panini press or something. Not really complaining but I thought it was interesting! My bf was here before me and got their breakfast sandwich. This place has THE BEST Chinese Chicken Salad I've ever had. Their greens are always fresh and thinly sliced up, and the chicken is sliced in the same manner as well. The wontons and cashews, along with the dressing really make the dish a standout for me. The sauce is nice and thick, with sesame seeds already mixed in. It has a sweet and savory taste, with a slight vinegar taste and I love it. I go here at least twice a month to order the salad and satisfy the craving I have. The workers there are always super friendly, and they get to you quick. Last time I went there one of them shared that you can buy the salad dressings they make in house--which includes the one from the Chinese Chicken Salad--in a large container for $10. I honestly was so tempted to get it The cafe is well...exactly that, set up like a cafe. It's in a shopping center right next to a medical center so the place is almost always packed when I go, so be prepared to hunt for parking. Italian Stallion has great flavor and is a great deal considering all of the meats that work together with the olive spread! This bread is simply SUPERB. it's got a nice crunch to it while still being soft to chew. For ONLY $3.50 you get a drink and side salad with the lunch combo which is such a steal!! I've been coming here for a few years now and I really enjoy getting their paninis. My go-to orders would be the chicken pesto panini and the western bacon scramble panini. They're super tasty and it goes well with the Thai tea and the chai tea they have available. The owner is always super nice when I see year and this is a nice little spot close to the hospitals. The service is always quick and the quality is great. It does get a little pricey but I do love their option to do half or full paninis. I got the lunch combo 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad and any ice ice tea for $11 after tax. Pretty good deal if you work in the area. This spot is across the street from my office and I often go there for breakfast. Their hot cereal is really good also. Their coffee is better that Starbucks which is also further away so I'm really happy to have this spot as a go to. Every time I order hot food it comes out hot and is still a good temperature by the time I walk back to work and settle down to eat it. All the salads and fruit are super fresh also. read more

Customer service was good (friendly and quick), and this is the only reason why i am not giving Kaffa a 1 star. However, as a coffee shop this place falls flat big time (Even as a second wave style shop). No ambient music, just a weird dead scilence (atleast when i went). Employees lack training in both steaming milk and coffee knowledge in general ( i am fairly certain this is not the employees fault). Hey do not even know the product they are serving. The empoyee working could not even tell me what origins is used in the espresso blend. My macchiato had no foam (thats what makes it a macchiato). As far as taste. My photo with the tasting notes say it all. I know, i may seam harsh in my review. However, all coffee shops i review, i grade on the same rubric. Its just unfortunate how lackluster this place is. Significant improvements in quality, consistency, and care need to be made. read more
