Unfortunately this place did not make a good first impression and we walked out. Inside it was very crowded and cramped. There is a whole bar seating area that is not in use because there are random coffee mugs even spaced through out blocking all of the space. There was only one person working, and he seemed very nice but had way too many orders for just one person to fill. We were told it would be about 25-30 min before we would get our orders out. We ended up leaving and went across the street which was actually faster than waiting here. Not sure if I'd come back here given my experience this first time around. read more

Cozy neighborhood coffee shop with some old world decor. I ordered a traditional latte and they were able to put it in my reusable cup. The coffee was good. The pastries look good but I did not order any. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Nothing uniquely different of special, but if you are all about the coffee, this is a good place to try. My friend had a hot chocolate and a coffee but both were overly sweet. The food was probably better. I already come to this area, but this was my first time here at this cafe shop. The outside is very nice, and coming inside feels very welcoming and cozy. It is somewhat of a small space but I'm sure you can grab a drink with a friend or two and chat it up. I didn't have the chance to stay as I was on my way to work, but take out is an option. I didn't order any beverages as I had my own from home; however I did order the Bagel BTC which is number 5 on the food menu. The man helping me, allowed me to choose which bagel I would like to have with the order. I chose the jalapeño cheddar bagel. BTC stands for Bacon, Tomato, Cream Cheese. And let me tell you... That really hit the spot. My tastebuds enjoyed every single bite! The man who had helped me was kind and very attentive. I didn't catch his name and I'm not sure if he manages the place, but for sure he keeps this establishment clean and neat, and is friendly. I'll certainly come back for a drink next time. Unique coffee shops are ubiquitous however, what is unique is to find a place that is quiet and has a unique atmosphere. One that is not dominated by people clicking away on their computers, but rather people who are visiting with one another. The coffee here is delicious. They have a full menu of every type of coffee concoction you could desire, as well as a wonderful selection of delicious treats to go with the coffee. Not to mention of course you can purchase coffee beans roasted ground to your perfection. I love this place. It's like having coffee in your own living room but you're waiting on as you never would be at home. When you're done, you can take a stroll through Enderle Center and will no doubt find a gift item that suits you. I hardly recommend this wonderful spot as a great place to meet people and have conversation over coffee or tea and a snack. There is also real food- sandwiches and paninis/melts for lunch which were very tasty. The space is great with nice outdoor or indoor seating. The owners and service were absolutely excellent. This was a super fun and wick bites type of place! We had fun ordering and getting our coffees while we waited for food! There was a big line and crowded, and the food (after we needed to send it back to get fixed appropriately) was delicious! We had gotten a breakfast burrito and a sandwich, both were great. They had fresh OJ there as well and made a really good mocha! They had indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoors... I usually prefer my breakfast without bugs in my face good place would recommend if you are in the area and just wanting a nice hearty breakfast. I am in town for the holidays visiting family and was so excited to try this cafe with my brother. The barista was so rude to us and our lattes looked like soap. I don't think she knows how to make lattes properly or maybe she was having a bad day. Either way, we paid for our drinks but left them there and went somewhere else. First time trying this cute little coffee shop for a quick brunch and it did not disappoint. I got the sunrise with bacon on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and it was delicious. The bagel itself was the start of the show, it was soft, fresh and had a ton of flavor with lots of cheese! Not too heavy and didn't make me feel overly full after eating. Commencing from sweet, scrumptious pastries (e.g., cookies, carrot bar, lemon bar) to savory bites (e.g., chicken salad sammies and croissants)--they even sell fresh fruits packaged and ready to go! Also, the Lunch Specials change daily--and I am sure they are all delicious! The seats are very comfortable--perfect for a nice "catch-up" session or to get some work done. The first time I came here, I ordered the carrot bar and cranberry scone. Second time I came here, I ordered the cinnamon crumb cake (cinnamon or cranberry option). The third time I came here, I ordered the vanilla swirl bread and lemon poppyseed muffin. The fourth time I came here, I ordered the lemon poppyseed scone and a chocolate chip cookie. The fifth time I came here, I ordered the "special" Halloween sugar cookie. Today, I ordered the cranberry muffin. AND LET ME TELL YOU: all the pastries that I have tried thus far--as delicious! My two ultimate favorite pastries are: lemon bar and their scones! The lemon has just the right amount of tart and slight crunch on the bottom to balance everything out perfectly. Their scones--the texture and crumb-ness is amazing. I prefer not to have my bread/pastries to be too crumbly because I would have to clean everything up...Coffee Grinder's scones crumble just the way it's supposed to! Five stars for superb customer service. I stopped into this quaint coffee shop for some coffee and a pastry. The interior is inviting and has comfortable seating inside and some patio tables on the sidewalk. I decided on a vanilla latte and, after looking over all the marvelous choices in the pastry case, went with a lemon bar. I then noticed on the menu board behind the counter that they serve sandwiches. It was early afternoon and I hadn't had lunch yet so I decided to eat there. I chose a turkey-bacon-swiss panini with a small side of potato salad. I pulled out my plastic to pay and the friendly woman who was helping me moaned and explained that the system was down as the cable company was working on the lines in the plaza. I rarely carry much cash and was $5 short. She told me not to worry about it, I could stop by anytime and pay what I owe. As I handed her my cash I felt warm and fuzzy knowing that there are still good people like this in a world where at times it feels like all civility has vanished. It truly was refreshing (note: the system came back online before I left so she returned my cash and I paid by card). The latte was superb, served at perfect temperature and both coffee and vanilla shared flavor duties. The lemon bar was excellent being only slightly sweet and not overly tart. The sandwich was made well with deli meat and the swiss cheese was melted within the grill-marked ciabatta bread. A delicious and satisfying sandwich but certainly not the most incredible one I've ever had. Still, I was in awe of the great customer service and enjoyed everything here enough to give the full five. read more

This cute little coffee shop is located in a great neighborhood shopping center in Tustin. After a bit of shopping the other day, we stopped by here to grab some hot chocolate. This place has a great relaxed ambience. The glass case was full of delicious desserts, and there were plenty of tables to enjoy your coffee and a pastry. Like many stores in this shopping center, this shop appears to be family owned too. The owner was behind the counter taking orders and making coffee. I love supporting locally owned family businesses! We really liked the hot chocolate and will be back to try the pastries. So on my way to Arizona, my boss's truck broke down on the freeway, but we were able to make it to this establishment from there at around 7am. So, we went im for coffee and a breakfast sandwich while we figured out our issue. The gentleman that I believe to be the owner promptly made me those things upon request. I went back to our broken down truck and enjoyed the coffee and sandwhich, it was truly good! Not only then did I notice the gentleman walking his way to our truck, leaving the shop out of concern with the intention to help us and diagnose our truck issue, he had truly went above and beyond, and I have no doubt if he could have helped us further, he was prepared to and would have. This was more of a review of the service and kind-heartedness of the gentleman inside, but i will note that the food was quickly made, delicious, and the atmosphere inside rivals that of some of the nicer coffee shops out there. I was the only customer when I arrived Wednesday at 1030. There is ample parking in the lot shared by Zovs. The setting is comfortable with mismatched chairs and tables. I sat in a soft leather armchair while I had a coffee and bagel. I am disappointed in the bagel and didn't finish eating it. The cappuccino was a-ok. The bagel was meh. I had it roasted w cream cheese. The first bite failed because the bagel had no crunch. No bite from being toasted. Visually, I see the toasted coloring and the cream cheese is spread thinly from warmth melting it. The cream cheese was "one with the bagel" So to speak. The consistency was soft.
