What a hidden gem this is! I discovered them through DoorDash and I am so glad I got to try them out. Parking is free and plentiful right in front of the restaurant. Usually in less than 10 minutes, if that. I super appreciate their sense of urgency. Now the food itself is also something noteworthy in my opinion. The chicken and avocado salad came with generous portions of perfectly ripe and sliced avocados. The salad dressing was something I didn't expect I enjoy so much. I am hooked! Please sell them by the gallons! I will buy it weekly! The avocado rolls also came with very generous portions of perfectly ripe avocados. Not a blemish in sight and very fresh and tasty. I actually ended up getting full just eating them by itself first. The grilled salmon bento is a must order. I loved how the salmon was cooked. The sauce wasn't too sweet, which I appreciated. I am glad I ordered mine with extra avocado. It made for a very filling meal. The dumplings were also delicious and the 4-pc California rolls were such a nice contrasting side kick. The salad came with their wonderful dressing too! I didn't expect the accompanying soup complimenting the meal so perfectly. The best $20 something meal I spent in awhile! I am looking forward to revisiting again this week and trying out their other menu items. I was in the area and looking for somewhere to have lunch a Yelp search provided Kayuga and it sounded good. I am not from the area so I navigated to the strip mall location. Upon walking in I was greeted quickly. I stood at the counter and read the menus on the walls. It was an indecisive day for me so I stood there for a while. I decided on the tuna poké with sauces on the side. You could tell this was a family owned business (my favorite to support). We arrived at opening so we virtually had the place to ourselves for the first hour before pick up orders and a few patrons started to trickle in. We got four rolls. Dragon & Orange Country rolls which were both a California base with different toppings. OC had masago while Dragon was the typical with avocado and eel. I chose really basic cut rolls since I love salmon and truly believe if a place has good buttery salmon, I would most likely return. My choice: - Salmon & Avocado - Crunch: crab meat, avocado, fried shrimp with crunch flakes While the price was appealing, the taste was lackluster. The crunch roll had a weird nutty aftertaste and the tempura flakes felt stale. It tasted like peanuts and it didn't quite complement the roll haha. The salmon was okay. Out of the four, the dragon roll was memorable, but it was the only one that was sauced. Overall, the meal was mid. While we left somewhat full, we didn't have any strong feelings about returning. I tried their mix poke. It was good in that the fish portion was real big and thick. I love the spicy mayo that they mixed. Not spicy with a good taste. I wish they put in more rice bc the fish and sauce were so good. It is pricy. $19 ish for a poke bowl, but it did fill me up happily. I am willing to go back to pay that price. read more

They were super friendly and the worker provided me with a great recommendation. I got the salmon poke bowl with the spicy sauce option. It was delicious!!! I love spicy food and this bowl had a great balance of spice to the dish without overpowering it. I ate everything including the ginger, which I don't normally eat. The ramen noodles clearly were from an instant ramen and they scrambled the egg instead of using a whole egg cut in half like most places. I'm not a fan of the 3 star review but this truly is a middle of the road sushi spot. Great prices, friendly enough service, husband and wife run. The chef gave some free sushi to people who had been "waiting for a little time." The wait wasn't bad though, just a show of kindness I think. The food was fresh just missing something. I think it was the rice... it plays a much more important role in sushi. Could have been missing some more avocado... or maybe the sauces lacked flavor... all in all small things.
