What a hidden gem this is! I discovered them through DoorDash and I am so glad I got to try them out. Parking is free and plentiful right in front of the restaurant. There are some outdoor seatings and indoor seatings available. The service is prompt, efficient, and very friendly. My orders are always ready upon arrival. Usually in less than 10 minutes, if that. I super appreciate their sense of urgency. Now the food itself is also something noteworthy in my opinion. The chicken and avocado salad came with generous portions of perfectly ripe and sliced avocados. The salad dressing was something I didn't expect I enjoy so much. I am hooked! Please sell them by the gallons! I will buy it weekly! The avocado rolls also came with very generous portions of perfectly ripe avocados. Not a blemish in sight and very fresh and tasty. I actually ended up getting full just eating them by itself first. The grilled salmon bento is a must order. I loved how the salmon was cooked. The sauce wasn't too sweet, which I appreciated. I am glad I ordered mine with extra avocado. It made for a very filling meal. The dumplings were also delicious and the 4-pc California rolls were such a nice contrasting side kick. The salad came with their wonderful dressing too! I didn't expect the accompanying soup complimenting the meal so perfectly. The best $20 something meal I spent in awhile! I was in the area and looking for somewhere to have lunch a Yelp search provided Kayuga and it sounded good. I am not from the area so I navigated to the strip mall location. Upon walking in I was greeted quickly. I stood at the counter and read the menus on the walls. It was an indecisive day for me so I stood there for a while. I decided on the tuna poké with sauces on the side. You could tell this was a family owned business (my favorite to support). It's clean and has about 6 tables. I sat and waited for my bowl. It didn't take long. It was very fresh and flavorful. I appreciate the sauces on the side so I could make it how I like it. It was filling and just what I needed on a hot day. I got the mixed poke bowl with brown rice. It was a bit pricey at about $25 including tax and tip, but I think it was the best poke bowl I've ever had. The fish and vegetables were cold and the rice was warm with had a good amount of sweet vinegar. Great balance and freshness to the dish overall. Service was quick and friendly. Their menu is really extensive and everything sounded so good, but we were trying not to over do it. The service was nice, it is for sure a mom and pop shop, so definitely support them if you can! The price was also reasonable as well, which I appreciated. I can't remember the names of everything we got, but everything was really good. We for sure got the popcorn crawfish, which I liked. Husband was interested in their buy 1 get 1 50% off any cut roll special. It was such a good deal we had to check it out. We arrived at opening so we virtually had the place to ourselves for the first hour before pick up orders and a few patrons started to trickle in. We got four rolls. Dragon & Orange Country rolls which were both a California base with different toppings. OC had masago while Dragon was the typical with avocado and eel. I chose really basic cut rolls since I love salmon and truly believe if a place has good buttery salmon, I would most likely return. My choice: - Salmon & Avocado - Crunch: crab meat, avocado, fried shrimp with crunch flakes While the price was appealing, the taste was lackluster. The crunch roll had a weird nutty aftertaste and the tempura flakes felt stale. It tasted like peanuts and it didn't quite complement the roll haha. The salmon was okay. Out of the four, the dragon roll was memorable, but it was the only one that was sauced. Overall, the meal was mid. While we left somewhat full, we didn't have any strong feelings about returning. We went for the first time over the weekend and were blown away. My husband got the poke bowl (salmon) and loved it. He appreciated that they add furikake to the rice. It adds a lot of flavor. Lots of salmon which was nice. I got the Hawaiian roll and salmon sashimi. The roll was good but the sashimi was the delicious! They were super friendly and the worker provided me with a great recommendation. I got the salmon poke bowl with the spicy sauce option. It was delicious!!!
