This place is such a good deal for a filling dinner with unlimited amount of meat, noodles and veggies only for $15! You have a choice of pork, chicken, beef for veggies with egg noodles, and there's so many veggie options. There's a lot of sauce options as well and the chef sautés everything on an iron grill at the end. They also provide complementary sides such as egg rolls. The ambiance is pretty quiet with lots of tables so there's plenty of space to get your own booth. I'd say the service could be a bit friendly and the water did take a while to come out. I was really disappointed with the customer service during my visit. While the food itself was very good, the way my 8 year old autistic child and I were treated made the experience uncomfortable and upsetting. The man cooking the food was rude when interacting with my child, and when I went back for additional food, I requested both pork and beef. He only pulled out the pork, and when I politely asked for the beef as well, he made a smart comment under his breath while walking away. It felt very disrespectful and unnecessary. In addition, the lady filling up my cup completely ignored my child when he tried interacting with her while I was getting food from the bar. Small acts of kindness and patience go a long way, especially when dealing with children. Overall, the staff lacked basic customer service and compassion. Horrible food I ordered a combo bowl with beef and chicken through door dash, and of course we all know this food isn't cheap especially through Door Dash but that's on me because I was craving Mongolian. Than I got my food delivered and not only they gave me these skinny noodles but it was like the noodles were all dried out which was all hard and clumped together and of course barely any meat . I just turned in my second frequent customer punch card to claim my second free dinner, so you know I really love Kahn's and I come here often. I'm such a devotee that I drive 45 minutes each way just to go here. It's a Mongolian grill, so you know it's all you can eat. You walk in and grab a plate, they ask you what kind of protein you want, then you just go down the counter adding things to your plate. They have thick udon noodles, and all the fixings you would expect to see at a Mongolian buffet. Don't skimp on the sauces, that's where all your flavor is After you get your food cooked, you can continue around the corner to get crispy wontons, fried veggie rolls, fried rice, and white rice. Don't forget about those veggie rolls. They're hand made from scratch. Sometimes you even see them rolling them before they take them to the back to fry. After your meal, go back to the back wall where they have a soft serve ice cream machine. All in all, I love this place and will continue to visit as often as I can, and you should too. read more

We love the Mongolian places in Roseville and Citrus Heights--they're amazing. This was our first time coming here, and we expected the same quality as the other two places, but unfortunately it completely ruined our lunchtime. We ended up drinking a lot of water afterward. Also, they don't provide take-out boxes if you're full, so you can't take your leftovers home. The other two locations always give you boxes. Absolutely HORRIBLE service multiple times. We have tried going back just in case it was an off day,because their food is good but apparently everyday is an off day for them. The lady that is usually there with the short hair and short temper quite literally scoffed at us when we told her to have a great day. The man usually there also gave us a very hard time since we didn't want our rice mixed in with our to go noodles. But both of them watched my mom and I getting our food with pretty dirty and uncomfortable looks. The lady up front is always friendly, they have a great selection of food to choose from, and it's ALL YOU CAN EAT!!!! You make your own bowl yourself and can use their guides on sauces to make the flavor you want.. they also have really delicious and fresh vegetables rolls as a side that is ALL YOU CAN EAT!!! Nice Mongolian bbq place next to Panera Bread and close to Sam's Club. Dinner is $15.99. Upon entering, the employee asks what kind of meat you'd like--chicken, pork, beef, lamb, and she'll take it from the box freezer. We asked her why she had to do that and she said the area where customers walk through doesn't keep the meats cold enough, so they have to store the meats in the box freezer. Their vegetable selection is decent but we did notice things like green onions not being available. When we asked why, they told us in Mandarin that green onions were too pricey right now. I think they said something like $80 a box. I couldn't find any teriyaki sauce to add to my bowl so I was a little disappointed, but then I saw they had teriyaki in a squeeze bottle to the side, as well as sweet and sour sauce. In addition to the noodles, they also have a section of hot foods that include white rice and fried rice, hot/sour soup, fried chips, and potstickers. There's also a soft serve machine for dessert. Lots of comfortable seating inside. Their Coke machine was great. Super ice cold or something. Very refreshing Coke, like McDonalds. Chatted with the employees and they shared that dinner was all-you-can-eat so they recommend getting smaller portions so the sauce flavors will better infuse your dish. They said when people get too much at once, the sauce can't flavor the dish well. They would rather customers come up more times with smaller bowls so that the flavor would be better. They have a frequent diner card as well as a senior discount. My husband isn't crazy about Mongo BBQ but he's willing to go back with me in the future to this one. :) read more

My family are regulars here, so much so that the ladies give my kids hugs upon arrival, haha! We discovered them a few years ago, and my kids became obsessed. We went here almost every week for many months. It is very clean inside, they keep the meats frozen, and the bathroom is the cleanest I've ever seen, anywhere! It is all you can eat, and on weekends they have pan fried dumplings in addition to their egg rolls (made in house), hot and sour soup, white rice, fried wonton chips, and fried rice. They also put out fresh peanuts and they are so good! Only gripe is that their ice cream machine went down about a year ago, and they have no plans to replace it due to cost. My kids are disappointed but still love their noodles so much that we are still regulars. We had them cater a small birthday party and their food was a hit! read more

This is the cleanest Mongolian restaurant I have ever been too..I love me some Mongolian,but I have no clue how they keep it so clean..yum.. They don't just leave the meat out either so it stays fresh to make..Each time you go through the line the bring out your favorite protein for you to pick and pile in your bowl with.. The veggies are super fresh and they have more options when it comes to sauces like a sweet sauce and a curry sauce as well as everyone's favorites.. After your done making you favorite bowl you head over to a place to get your own egg rolls, pot stickers,fried rice or white rice in separate plates and bowls ...yum.. I went to wash my hands afterwards and guess what the bathrooms are immaculate...so fresh so clean wow . The food was good but I don't think we will be back due to the sanitation practices of the workers :( While we were eating lunch the woman was rolling egg rolls without gloves while also eating cherries (and spitting the seeds into her hand) then continued to roll egg rolls. She was also going to the register and cleaning tables then went right back to rolling egg rolls without washing her hands. You guys really need to work on your customer service attitudes. The food was good, but boy, was it made with bitterness. I won't come here again. Laughing at your customers, "pft"ing, rolling your eyes, shaking your head... Hide your rudeness. If you can't do that, then you shouldn't work in customer service. If I asked a stupid question because I read something wrong, then you should educate me instead of being rude. Short hair with clips. Took my 4 teenagers to dinner here, the lady that greets and serves you is very pleasant and attentive, the food is fresh and the restaurant is the cleanest Mongolian BBQ I have been to. They have large tables and half booths lined against wall, their ice cream machine was out of order which was a bummer but they have a station with fried rice, steamed rice, egg roll, wontons. Took my mom out for lunch after some shopping. Was craving Mongolian so decided to try this place out. When we arrived (Sunday around 2pm), it was busy. They only had one person manning the grill so the line went by pretty slow at first. After we waited a bit, we were greeted by an employee who asked how many and asked for our drink orders then while still in line showed us where we will be seated. It was $16.99 per person, all you can eat, all day on the weekends. As we were going down the line, the choices were pretty standard like any other Mongolian place. Once we got to the end when it was our turn for our food to be cooked, I noticed they had a small station with other goodies like potstickers, egg rolls, fried rice, and wonton crisps. As our food was getting cooked, mom and I helped ourselves. By the time we got those other goodies and brought them to the table our noodles were cooked. The noodles were cooked to perfection. All the other goodies were also nomnom. Service was good considering how busy they were. Parking was a bit meh because it was so busy, we had to make our rounds. Really bad service!! The 'all you can eat' is actually 'all you can fill in one bowl!' I took my friend who is going through cancer treatment. As she couldn't finish her plate we asked for a box to go. They refused at first then said they would do it this one time as no sharing is allowed in 'all you can eat'! They would have thrown it out anyway! It was just the leftovers from her bowl! We felt as if asking for water even was too much ! Good food if you remember to put a little more sauce than you think you should, as some of it burns off on the grill. The people that work here don't do customer service like other places, sure, but they aren't rude, they just are acting like they're working, which they are. Drink service is fast, and they're helpful if you ask, but other than that they leave you alone so you can enjoy your food in peace. The restaurant isn't super lavishly decorated, but the wood tables are pretty, and the darker lighting is nice. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, but the staff seemed inattentive and slow. We had to wait a long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. It's a shame because the culinary experience was excellent, but the poor service really dampened the overall experience.
