The only semi negative thing i can say is that you should expect a wait regardless of your appointment time. This is because they spend a lot of time with each patient going over the visit. I always leave feeling heard at this doctors office as they take time to actually listen to what is going on and discuss treatment options. Never have i felt ignored or disregarded by them.

I recently contacted the office to schedule a follow-up appointment with my primary care physician after being diagnosed with shingles at an urgent care clinic. Given the nature of this condition, I felt it was important to receive more comprehensive and ongoing care from my primary doctor. I was informed that because I had not been seen in the office for several years, I was considered a "re-established" patient and therefore could not be given an appointment for over a month. The earliest available appointment is February 27, and today is January 22. Dr. Ghadia is listed as my primary care physician, yet despite having a serious medical condition that requires timely attention, I am unable to be seen for more than a month. This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Access to appropriate and timely care should be a priority, and unfortunately, this office has failed to provide that. This situation reflects poorly not only on the practice, but on a medical system that allows established patients to be treated this way. Shame on this practice and Dr. Ghadia for allowing his medical judgment and responsibility to patients to be compromised by an inefficient healthcare system.

In my third visit with her, today, I had to literally walk out and won't be back! I asked other staff if she was just having a bad day. So consistently condescending but today she was actually rude. I asked about side effects of a particular drug she stated no one had ever complained to her before and dismissed my question. Then when I asked her to clarify something she got irritated with me and started with more condescension. If you don't agree with her she will belittle you into thinking you're the one that's wrong rather than explaining like most doctors! No thanks! Update: 04/15/26 - I spoke with Dr Gilli on the phone and it's seems they are somewhat flippant and unapologetic in their attitude towards the situation. I don't feel comfortable with this response that she "always" treats patients with respect after I conveyed the opposite in a professional manner over the phone.
