Overall the service went as expected and their team told us it was cleared out with no other concerns or leaks detected. As soon as the following day and after watching the ground after the car was parked, it was obvious this wasn't the case. We took my son's car to Medley's and they found the root cause to the issue. My husband has shared multiple times with people his disappointment in Meineke and that our money was wasted there. I can't imagine we'd come back after this experience or recommend them to someone asking for a car service provider.

Floor board soaking wet on passenger side, clean water. I do not expect to see any dye in the system when I return tomorrow. I wonder if they even changed the compressor and condenser or the expansion valves, or if they just recharged the system? When you can't put the Schrader valve caps back on or take a few minutes to unclog the A/C drain, it's difficult to trust you did anything else.

My husband did his homework before buying tires for my vintage car. The tires that had been on the…read morevehicle were close to but not the same size as the original tires. This lead to my speedometer not reading accurately and the tires getting some rub. After determining the correct size my husband decided he really wanted Firestone tires. Our local tire shop doesn't carry Firestone so we opted to try Michel Tires Plus in Louisville. The process went quite smooth. My husband ordered the tires and set an appointment for the following week to have the tires installed and balanced. The business also does an inspection at the same time for brake wear and several other mechanical functions. On the day we dropped the car off the tire shop kept in touch with a slight delay in when the vehicle would be ready. (Only about an hour later than had been originally indicated). We are happy as can be with the new tires and how the car drives. We also were happy with the price and the savings we got by getting their charge card. I would have given the business five stars but they indicated we would be needing a new battery in the near future. Based on that information my husband ordered a battery from an auto shop and then did some checking. It turns out we didn't need a battery at all so my husband had to cancel the battery he had ordered. Although you only need so many tires I can imagine that we would give Michel Tires Plus repeat business.

I came with the proper headlight, had auto zone look in the system down to the trim package. I Told Jennifer I'd be happy to buy vavolines if that was easier. He said they didn't have my light bulb in stock. Jennifer and the Vavoline staff took out my high beam light. I could see Jennifer signaling ("hand cutting neck") the young man who was under my hood to "stop". Lied to my face saying the person who sold me the light gave me the incorrect one. I looked online to verify. Ask Jennifer which one they took out as autozone and Google says the one he told me I needed was for high beam (which still worked) . His response "all of us have fat hands and can't access the low beam. It's really far down there." I said so "I do have the correct bulb." He closed my hood and signaled me out of the bay. I'm disappointed, I drive out of my way to patronize this location because I've previously loved this LaGrange location. But this is the second time I've come to this location and not been able to receive seamless service. First time they drained my oil and didn't have any oil filters to fit my vehicle. I can without a doubt say I won't be back. If they couldn't change the light, fine. But why lie? They're dishonest. Sad to say, this location is going downhill.

I had to open a claim for the tires since after being inspected we saw they were bad. They even brought me into the shop to show me the tear, wear patterns, and tread depth along with the need for a minor alignment. Troy and staff went above and beyond on going back and forth with the claim center to make sure I was taken care of with a new set of tires and alignment. Troy was on top of them constantly and handled everything professionally and promptly. I will be coming here for all future service needs.
