With dessert I like to drink Decaf but this restaurant does not serve decaf. But unbelievably the manager, Rob, walked across front street to the restaurant there, where he ordered me a decaf, then walked it back across the street and hand-delivered it right to our table. I have never seen service like this. The service from both the manager and our server Nico was way over and above. They made my wife and my anniversary dinner very special and memorable. When we tried to explain to the staff that the food was wrong, they were not helpful and were initially unwilling to fix the issue. They brought the same incorrect food back, and we had to explain multiple times that the burger was not the one my sister had ordered. Eventually, they told us it was "only missing one ingredient." At that point, my sister was exhausted and anxious from having to explain the issue so many times, so she ultimately just ate the incorrect food.
