First timer.. came with the hubby to check it out. Loved it!! Plenty of parking.. plenty of seating area if your not eating at the restaurant ( you can order to go and eat outside). We ate inside and had the Korean fried chicken and it was delicious.. very crispy and tasty.. it's shareable but I would def order one for myself lol ( it's that good). The michelada was very good... I didn't have high expectations but it definitely did not disappoint. Restrooms are clean and staff is very friendly and attentive. Dog friendly.. definitely a nice place to hangout and relax. Will be coming back for sure. Only thing I can say inside the restaurant there should be more screens to watch the game, they only had two TVs I think on one side of the restaurant. Great spot to visit, hang out, or attend a private function! Having a great time with our family and friends at the crawfish boil here. Karbach is the perfect spot to host your next company event or private gathering! This place is huge, with a hangout spot everywhere you turn! You've got a bit of history and culture with the brewing company itself, active and brewing up some greatness, and loads of areas where you can dine, inside and out! (Refer to my photos). You'll see families, couples, groups, the gamut. Today, loads of people in their Astros gear enjoying the great Texas weather today. It was surprisingly breezy out. Love that Karbach provided games, a huge outdoor screen for their watch parties, and great service, in addition to a great place to serve some delicious crawfish, which were spectacular- the perfect color, size, and flavor. Accompanied by some specialty brews, it made for a great day. We're excited to come back again and just hangout, and enjoy some of their other food, outside of a special event! Can't wait! read more

Food here is pretty darn good. My husband and I both ordered burgers, and they were amazing! I got mine without caramelized onions. You can also add things to it like avocado or what not. My husband added bacon to his! We wanted the truffle fries as an appetizer. But since the burgers come with fries, you have an option to upgrade your regular fries to truffle fries for a couple bucks more. They were definitely worth it!they have this bacon aioli that comes with it that is also on the burger that is just divine! For beer, if you like Bachs, this beer is for you. They have all of the flavors that you can get in a store as well as their special and seasonal beers. I went with my husband and he ordered the typical Krawfordbach, which he loves. He also ordered the peanut butter white stout and liked it. It's kind of like a desert beer but not super heavy. If you don't like beer (like me), they also have hard seltzers. I tried the prickly pear and it was quite refreshing! I also got the crème brûlée. Because crème brûlée is my absolutely favorite desert. It had a a couple little fruits on it and tasted perfect like all other crème brûlées I love. Atmosphere is fun. There have indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has umbrellas, but it is still Texas summertime, so there is no way we were sitting out there. It's also kid friendly! They have a kids menu and booster seats and high chairs. So can be a fun outing for a family. Wait staff is very friendly. Service is pretty fast. When we went it was not even half full, so we were getting drinks we ordered in a few minutes and food not long after that. Would definitely recommend! read more

Really great spot, even for a business lunch! I love that as soon as you walk in, you can see the brewing area and the aesthetics, in general, is very appealing. The staff and manager are absolutely friendly and accommodating! I tried their salad and added the steak from their steak taco, not bad but I definitely wished it was a little more tender with some crisp to the outside. Overall, a great salad and very fresh. I'm definitely going to come back to check it out as I love their patio set up! Great place to hang out and grab a beer. First off, this place is HUGE. They have an indoor area and an even bigger outdoor area. Like the outdoor area is probably twice the size if not more compared to indoors. Unfortunately when we went, it was a stormy day, so we couldn't experience the outdoor seating area. Parking can be found on either the swag shop side or the main brewery side. Either way, there's tons of parking available, especially in the swag shop lot. We really enjoyed all of the beers that they had. We did 2 flights and tried out 10 different beers. My personal favorite was their signature Love Street Blonde Ale. It's such a nice and refreshing beer, especially during hot summer days in Texas. I also really enjoyed the Light Circus Hazy IPA. A very solid hazy that not too hoppy and has a lot of fruity notes. Unfortunately, they aren't doing tours due to COVID. However, you can check out their restaurant and bar. The restaurant is super cute, and you can actually see the brewers working through the glass. As far as the beer goes: If you don't have a favorite Karbach beer, check out their beer flight. You can get up to five 5oz pours of the beers on tap. The citrus beer was one of my favorites, but the Crawford Bock is definitely a classic. They serve food too. I didn't get a chance to eat there, but it looked and smelled delicious. I'm glad this brewery had some shaded seating and outdoor fans to beat the brutal Texas heat. We had to shift around a few times to snag a seat right next to their huge outdoor fans. I tried a sip of my friends lemon and ginger beer and it was surprisingly good! I didn't expect the taste of the beer to be very muted by the lemon and ginger. I wish I had ordered that instead of the Hella Chela. The Hella Chela came with a chamoy salt mix and was supposed to imitate the Michelada taste. It was a copy cat of the real drink but close enough. They have cornholes and other bar games suitable for kids and leashes dogs are more than welcome to join in on the family fun. read more

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to hang out with some friends. The place was busy but still enough tables spread out. The foreign domestic food truck was also there, as well as some holiday market vendors. You have to get tokens to start drinking. The small cup is like $13 with 4 tokens and large cup is $17 with 3 tokens. Each token gets you a refill. You also get to keep the cup and the tokens never expire! I was hesitant at first bc I can't finish 3 on my own , but figured I just need to not lose my token and save it for later. The main stand has more options including the rose which was sweet, tart and a little dry. My favorite was the cherry limeade radler. Sweet and refreshing. Not super beery with all the wheatiness. Nice, chill spot. This is my most frequented brewery in the Houston area (so far). My pup loves it too. Parking is fairly easy and their beer garden is straight forward. I actually have not been inside to dine in, so can't speak too much on that. I have, however, dined at their restaurant, but sat in the patio with my pup. Food was great - we ordered different items on the menu. Beers, of course, are all awesome. I love coming here to catch up with people, if we're not in the mood for coffee or anything. My business partner and I brought customers here for a lunch meeting at their request. It was a working meeting so no beers were enjoyed, but we did have tea which was good. The portion was huge and the presentation appealed to the eye. There was plenty of everything on the salad. This brewery's restaurant served a decent weekday lunch to us, but the queso has taken a big slide since it became white--as white as milk. (Good tostada chips though) Chili con queso should not be bright white, period. The flavor of this blanco base was minimal but not outright bad. Thankfully a big scoop of pico de gallo and a few shakes of a dark red hot sauce is included on top; once it gets mixed in, the flavor improves but it stays quite white. I wish some places wouldn't feel the need to be different and make an inferior product just because most others have yellow queso. It's supposed to be yellow. Everybody knows this. Our waiter allowed us to sample a couple brews before we decided on our pints and provided good service throughout the meal. A few pieces of beet in the beet salad were rather mushy but others were nice and firm. The beef chili had lots of meat and lots of cheese but not much flavor or heartiness. More thick, red sauce would be great. Next time I'll try the country fried steak. read more

I was surprised a beer manufacturer would have such great food selections. Pizza, Brussel sprouts, Spinach dip and Baked pretzels were some of the things I had. The staff was good and food/beverages came in a timely manner. Well decorated inside area with a large outside area. Games and a live band was playing when I visited. This place is versatile. Got the Love Street Citrus beer, Rodeo Clown pork tacos, and Everything Pretzel (without the everything but bagel seasoning, but with mozzarella, bacon, and jalapeños). The beer was light and refreshing! Loved the tacos, could really taste the IPA the pork was marinated in. It was my first time ever going to karbach. If you go during happy hour, don't go to the outside bar, go in the restaurant. The restaurant smelled good and good service, but didn't grab any food, ended up eating a gross meal down the street, but we should have totally stayed. They have great seating, a gift shop, they were selling tickets to a couple of bands perform in the summer including bleachers. What better way to spend a Monday afternoon than here?! I've had Karbach's beers before, so I was excited to come check out their brewery. We arrived just in time for the 3 pm tour (daily tours also offered at 5 and 7 pm). It's about 45 minutes around the brewery explaining all the hard work that gets put into their great products! Very interesting and informative, but closed toed shoes are required. The staff is very friendly in both the outdoor and indoor restaurant areas, especially as this was our first time visiting. Inside the restaurant they offer a Happy Hour Mon-Fri from 3-6 pm for $3 mainstay pints. We enjoyed a glass of the lemon ginger radler, and feasted on the roasted brussel sprouts and a pizza. Both came out piping hot, and hit the spot for our munchies! We'd love to come visit again with some friends! read more

Let me be clear from the start... I really enjoy this beer so it's really hard for me to be impartial. Great beer selection (of course) and great menu. Everything our group had was nice... we left full with a list of things that we want to try on future visits. There is an inside seating area with the bar, which with the air conditioning is very popular in the summer time and may have a long wait. We sat outside at the picnic tables, which was not too bad in the early evening with an umbrella and a breeze. And then there is the Biergarten with a large seating area, some shade, some games, and beer and hot dogs. The great thing about this place is that there is something here for everyone's level of taste or involvement. Always nice servers and enthusiastic staff. This is the review for the dining experience that I had. The outdoor experience is free and quite fun. The tokens are a great trend and I appreciate the glasses and how the designs change. While we dined, we experienced a lot of issues. First of all, it took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us AFTER we were seated. I was in a party of 5 and we just wanted some beer. They tried to make us feel better by giving us samples of "beer that isn't even available for customers" and it made us all uncomfortable. The lox plate is absolutely disgusting -- a sad attempt at something Karbach should never attempt. I would only recommend the Korean chicken. Also, when I asked about how the chicken was seasoned, I received a really negative attitude from the waitress who said "since I'm a New Yorker, I should be able to handle the heat." I felt disrespected since I'd only lived in New York for 4.5 months as of then. Don't dine here. Bring your dog and go play games outside! read more
