I could not believe how good Karma Carpet Cleaning was. They came to my home after a serious attack of very sick dog. The smell was horrific! Not only did Brian make all the stains vanish and get rid of the odor, but the carpet was dry in just about one hour. I don't mean the damp that other carpet cleaners call dry. I mean walk on dry! It. been about two weeks since the cleaning. No stains have "resurfaced". I have had the stain return after other carpet cleaners had finished the job. I also have to mention how professional Brian was, I will never use any other carpet service. I forgot to mention, when Brian said he would be over at one o'clock. He meant it. Wow! What a life saver Karma Carpet Cleaning was for us! I had made an appointment to have our carpets cleaned, with another company, at 10:00 Sunday morning. Brian came (early) to clean 2 area rugs, 2 arm chairs and a large ottoman. I had to leave to take my dogs to the groomers and because I got such a good vibe from him I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in the house. By the time I got back not only had he beautifully cleaned everything, he muscled a 13 x 9 rug under my huge sectional all by himself! I was so grateful because I was dreading that job! I found Karma on YELP and selected them based on the reviews and I liked that they were local. My cat pee'd on my baby's play area rug and no spray-on cleaner helped the situation. I was about ready to throw out the less than one year old rug and thought I would try a carpet cleaner. My cat must have pee'd on it more than once, because it took an extra cleaning to kill the smell. Brian was my service guy, he did a great job, was very thorough, friendly and professional and did what he needed to do to get the job done. Thanks Brian!! Brian did a great job- got some serious stains out. My carpet looks brand new. They use a circular scrubbing machine vs steam cleaner; I think the former does a much better job.
