I too was a victim of the bait and switch. Dealer charges a $2,000 mandatory add on's that nobody asked for. Online price is not the real price. Nobody ever calls back when they say they would. I was first greeted by Elizabeth on the lot. She seemed nice and friendly. The car we were looking at had a sticker valued of $13,900, but she told me the dealership would honor the price that was on Carfax, which was $11,300. They ended up charging me $12,500. Plus other optional add-ons that they claimed were already included. They ended up financing $15,900K! They have a good selection on cars, but you must must must read the contract thoroughly!!! I didn't have my glasses with me and Orlando (the finance guy) quickly read what was on the screen. Everything is done on an ipad. I just read a bunch of their reviews this morning and I wish I had read them before stepping foot on their lot. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited. They are known for bait and switch and adding unnecessary optional add-ons. I mentioned to them that my coworker is in the market for a used truck. Careful! I bought a car in April .Super sketchy dealership, very pushy finance department. Big bald guy refused to give back my ID. High interest rates from their roach banks. They don't accept pre approvals from other banks. Sales man was cool, honestly josh was one of the only reasons I bought the car and the fact that no one else had the spec I want. Ended up buying the car but refinancing right away, went from (17% to 6% with the same credit). I recommend being very careful!! read more

I was so excited when I first got here. Liz was a big help, got me in a car I was excited to purchase. Once we start talking numbers, I find out that they want to sell the car for $6k more than what was listed on CarGurus and the Carfax. They kept saying they were losing money selling it to me at the CarGurus price and, as a result, required me to pay an extra $2100 toward an add-on feature. After making me wait 30 minutes after saying I refused the add-on, they let me know they can "only" take off $200 of the extra $2100. Suffice it to say my time was wasted (3 hours). Another ZERO star for Karplus. Be prepared for a less-than-professional dealership. It looks a bit like a junkyard. When I arrived to look at the car, it didnt start. They had to move 5 cars to get it out. They try to toss in lots of "add-ons". After I negotiated the price BACK to the listed price, I brought them a cashiers check, and the price went up $1,000 again. I had to go BACK to the bank and void my cashiers check. It's giving SCAM! If you are not financially literate you will get taken advantage of at this place. I purchased a car on May 8th, Sergio the finance manager stated that he would email my contract and I have still not received it. I've followed up twice and Sergio is never available. Apparently they don't have a central filing system that would allow someone else to send me the contract. The last person I spoke with actually laughed when I said that no one will call me back. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the state. read more

Walked in saw 1 vehicle on the lot that I was interested in. Was brought the the discussion room had me wait about 30 minutes had me fill out an application then when I asked about the other vehicle not on the lot they said I couldn't see the vehicle without filling out an application then after I submitted my application which now they have my social and my birthdate - they proceeded to try and have me sign an agreement before they would bring the vehicle before I could test drive. I walked out ...( 3 employees including the manager started yelling for me to come back ) I'm ok I explained, I don't talk to people with prescription sunglasses if I can't see your eyes. This set the manager off! He started threatening me saying what up foo - why u hating foo these are prescriptions- no business allow prescription sunglasses and your making side ways deals and threatening a potential buyer ... WTF all because I asked to see the vehicle and turn it on before I agreed to signing !!! Do not do business they chase you to your car insult you and threaten you when u refuse to talk to the manager with sunglasses on his face ! They literally chased me to my car & the manager wanted to fight me . SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY HERE - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY ....this is some of the boldest stuff ever done in a car lot ! He did explain he has my address if I have a problem ...( I am now at the police department filling a police report ) - based on this managers inability to process NO THANK YOU - and has threatened me with violence ...please save your time and money ! read more

A quick note on the pricing model of this business - The price you see advertised is not the final price of the vehicle. They advertise vehicles for a few thousand under what they actually plan to sell it for and then after you test drive and are in love with the car and planning to fill out the paperwork - they tell you that they pre-install a handful of "accessories" on all of their vehicles that can't be removed and they add a few thousand to the original listed price to cover these accessories. So if you're in love with a car that says it's 15k on the sticker...expect them to charge you around 20k total before taxes. This is current as of 4/8/2025 and they do it with every vehicle that they sell. Edit: To respond to Orly V's comments below. Number 1 - the accessories were not disclosed before I came in. The vehicle was listed online at $25,000. I came in we talked for a while and this was the price. When I went to purchase the vehicle I was told the price was $25,000 + $2,895 in accessories that could not be removed and that MUST be purchased with the vehicle. So $27,895 was the actual price of the vehicle BEFORE tax although it was advertised as $25,000 online. Number 2, they do not only have $2,000 worth of accessories. They attempted to charge me $2,895 so more like $3,000. The comment below is once again this business lacking transparency. Came across this dealership while searching for a car for a couple months. Was skeptical after reading the reviews but took a chance seeing they had the car I wanted. When I came in I was greeted and showed inside. I was helped very quickly they pulled the car out for me promptly, told me all the details and features. The test drive was very free and I was able to see the state of the car and its driving condition. When we sat down to discuss a deal and proceed they were very helpful giving me a good deal on my trade in which I priced before to make sure. They had some dealership add ons that they do for all their cars which was mentioned in the ad for the car when I found it online. They were able to get me a good deal and even gave me the option of going through my credit union if I had any issues with their offer. The worst dealership I've ever been to. This place is an absolute SCAM! Honestly, what they're doing should be illegal. Read all of the 1 star reviews and pay attention to all of the similarities and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I'm currently in a nightmarish loan that I'd didn't realize was highly predatory at the time because I was pregnant and not operating at my full capacity - they took advantage. If they'll scam a pregnant woman, I'd say that's about as low as you can get. Look elsewhere!
