We called made an "appointment" about a car that was posted . Spoken with 3 different agents to ensure the vehicle was available before driving 1.5 hours in traffic to get there. The sales representative was searching for the key and had us walking around looking for this car. Suddenly , the car we went there for came out from the wash bay with the purchase slip stuck on the window saying it was SOLD!? They kept giving us a lame apology and trying to sell us something else when that was the only car we went down there for even after emphasizing wanted a specific MAKE and Model. It's like the guy was not listening to our needs and just wanted to throw us into another car. Despite his efforts he would try to work with us to give us a good price for their mess up. Wow, SMH!? The lack of communication and the failure to remove a car from the site when sold right away is false advertisement. We had no immediate call to prevent us to take this drive to see this car. The manager was rude and even belittle the representative in front of us scolding her. The manager himself should take accountability for his associates, and should have spoke with her to one side not in front is us the manner he did. Not professional whatsoever . Their responses are not accurate, they do not disclose additional fees or accessories on their ads ahead of time , I took a screenshot of the ad and it does not list any of the so called extra accessories they added to the car that would make the price go from $14,497 to about $23,000. Price is not as advertised. When you get there you will see a different price on the car written in the liquid chalk on the windshield and if you question it and mention the price was different online, they tell you to ignore that and it's the price I saw online and all I need to do is talk to someone in the dealership. Once you go in that's where they try to swindle you into believing their accessories and add ons are worth the price increase, which it is not. They add on a car "tracker" and a door edge guard which shouldn't be that much, or what if you don't want that, they won't take it off. So beware, plus they are not friendly. They basically prey on the low income community and expect them to not know any better and settle for their price. They make them think it's such a good set of add ons and worth the price. *post comment, I disagree with the "transparency" being important. I called about the car and was there in person and I was verbally lied to. While on the phone no one disclosed anything. I wasn't even upset about that because you can always just decline and move on, but it was the time wasting and the lying that was frustrating. Plus once I said I wasn't interested in the car if the price was not as advertised the sales guy got so upset after I said this felt like a bait and switch and he became so verbally loud and was visibly angry. This place is the worse I purchased a car from them. 1st of all the price that is advertised is not the true price. The stick you with a BS theft detection system pre installed that's $3000 . Also It had some issues of concerned. So I did the right thing bought the extended warranty. $3000 on top of the price of the car which is to be expected. However they did not turn in my warranty paperwork to Horizon Warranty. For several days couldn't reach the sale manager/finance manager anybody. I called everyday searching for Javier Araujo getting the "he's not here"message or "he's out to lunch". He hasn't returned any emails it's I'm chasing someone for a date. When all I needed was my car repaired and the paperwork to be turned in. They are very unprofessional they should be sued and forced out of business with all the complaints they've already received. I will be contacting BBB and any other institution regarding car sales on this matter it just silly. The sales people have no idea of what cars are on the lot the place is a mess. This place is a joke..1st off, young guy ask was I living with the person that came in with me?
