Pretty hip spot. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Ceviche was delicious, great burger and very good fish tacos.

We were there in the heat of the early afternoon and they seated us in the backyard which is nicely shaded and put a fan on. Honestly I loved the backyard and how quiet it was. The music wasn't overly loud but had a good beat. I get overwhelmed by loud music and find it annoying when I can have a conversation with the people I am with so I appreciated that it was at a good volume. Nice atmosphere, staff were very welcoming without being aggressively so which suited us perfectly. They were quick with the drinks. Our appetizer came out shortly after. It was delicious and I definitely recommend trying the aguachile. Black/grey appearance is definitely unusual but it's beautifully garnished and the flower made it very upscale. Tasted was very refreshing and light which was perfect while we were hot. The octopus was grilled nicely and not chewy as it can be if it is over or under. The seasoning was a dry adobo rub which worked well with the hot stone that allowed for manipulation of the thicker pieces so they could finish off while you eat the ends of the tentacles. And the pork was moist and fall apart perfect. We loved the sauces and accoutrements that came with the dishes. The server gave a polite warning of which sauce was habanero. None of the dishes needed extra spice to be flavorful but honestly it's nice to have the option and my husband said it was quite good. I forget which cocktail he ordered and I simply got a couple bottles of Mexican coke (which was the same sweetness level I expected unlike most of the canned cokes I had on our trip). And when they brought the check over the server also gave us a heads up the check included tip which may not be clear to any non-Spanish speakers. It wasn't cheap but was worth the money we paid. Bookmarked it so I can find it the next time we're down.

Husband and I ate breakfast here and never assumed that we would be back for dinner the following night, yet here we are - only to find that they don't even exist on Yelp yet! This place is great - don't hesitate! We first had breakfast here, which was delightful - they have a very chill back patio with tons of plants and a suspended disco ball (my favorite combo). Hubby got the pulled pork tacos, I got a typical vegetarian breakfast of eggs, beans, tortillas, etc. All was delicious. Following night we couldn't find a place where to eat dinner (so many places are SO LOUD!) so we decided to come back here and were glad that we did. The dinner items even surpassed the breakfast, and the mezcal cocktails were good too. Husband enjoyed the shrimp stuffed avocado, I loved the corn chaya y queso empanadas!! I regret not taking any photos of our dinner meal, but by the time I remembered that I should have, it was already too late.

Worst restaurant ever. Super expensive and the food wasn't tasty at all. The vibe was just off and someone got hurt while I was there.

Waited 45 min for an overpriced soup, no napkins was provided during the service. And the soup wasn't that good.

Harry's - Harry's Pie

From the moment we walked into Harry's in Cancun, we were treated like royalty. The staff didn't
read morejust greet us; they welcomed us with the kind of warmth and attention that makes you feel like the entire evening was designed around you. Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!

Low class and disrespectful, don't come here unless you want to be lied to and treated like an
read moreidiot. We came to Harry's a couple years back when we visited Cancun and I am celiac and I had a lovely dinner with my partner. On this visit, we were seated at a beautiful table and we ordered drinks. Our waiter, a bald headed young man 30s, refused to check with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate me. I am celiac not vegan. I was told there was nothing I could eat except steak and he proceeded to show us the entire steak selection. Truthfully I was feeling slightly unwell from not eating the entire day. I felt like fish, he said I can give you dry fish no sauce on top. He suggested maybe we just do appetizers. We had a 8 pm dinner reservation, what the hell would I want to order appetizers and call it day? This waiter was chit chatting with his maitre'd and other wait staff and I felt terribly uncomfortable that i was told I couldn't eat anything from the men, we we all know was ridiculous and not true. We finished our drinks and asked for the check. I made a reservation for Porfirios next door bc I could see they had some gluten free options. Harry's used to be accommodating but no longer. We will not come to Harry's again for food. Not only this, the waiter was trying to once again embarrass us by advising us that we could walk to Porfirios, next door to the restaurant from the back patio. We got up and began walking towards the patio and suddenly I realized he was totally making a fool of us, why would we go from the back if we have to check in with the hostess stand in the front of the restaurant? We walked straight out of Harry's from front door. Never again. So disrespectful and such a rude experience. Not only this, Harry's canceled/ removed our open table reservation (even though we fulfilled it and paid for our drinks and still tipped generously), so I cannot even leave a review and send a private message to the restaurant. Pathetic customer service.
