First dinner in downtown Albuquerque on Central Ave, and first meal in 7 hours. Ate at the food court at 505 Central Ave, which featured burgers, pizza, fried chicken, and ramen? Fast food setting, where you order at the counter, get a number, and wait for the waiter to bring your meal to your table, chosen by you. About half a dozen restaurants in this food court. Ramen selections include Naruto ramen, black Tonkotsu ramen, curry ramen, Tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen, vegan ramen. Non ramen selections include fried rice with pork, curry rice, spicy salmon, chicken kaarage, kaiso salad, edamame, Takoyaki octopus dumplings, vegetable egg roll, and goyza . 3% surcharge if paying by credit card, which reminds you that you are no longer in California, which prohibits credit card surcharges. Takes a good 15 minutes for our food to cook. $15.95 Naruto ramen came served with a disposable spoon, and disposable chopsticks. Loved the 5 pieces of Chashu pork with a minimum of fat, and mostly meat. The half hard boiled egg, green onions and bamboo shoots added to the flavor of the chicken broth Wife had the $12.95 black Tonkotsu which came with black garlic oil, single Chashu pork, green onions, bamboo shoots, and half an egg. She ate it all, even the pork broth, which is a rarity, as usually she finds the broth too salty. We shared the $11.95 bowl of fried rice with pork, large serving, which came with green onions, scrambled egg, and white onions. We had gotten up at 4am to catch a 7am flight out of San Jose, and had split an omelete at Long Beach airport at 9am, before coming for dinner here. Ate everything without slurping, which is more than I can say for the Naruto employee eating at the bar here.

We wanted to go somewhere with lots of options for our group, and 505 Central Food Hall is perfect for this. My son loves the Naruto Ramen and I really enjoyed the Naruto Roll. They were great with our modifications and the sushi was fresh and delicious. It was a little hard to find a table because this place was bustling on a Thursday evening! I really liked it though and we will be back.

Food was ok (just ok). I ate here because there were not too many restaurants that opened at night. It's a good alternative for Asian food. In general, the dishes are salty and didn't have other taste. It's located in the food court. I didn't find any other Asian food in that food court though. Quick service.

Craving for great curry and ramen, you're in the right place: 1. For a smaller establishment, they offer a good variety of appetizers, ramen and curry. 2. My go to karaage curry place. The brown curry is perfect with the white rice, soft boil eggs and veggies it accompanies. Also loved the ramen choices. 3. Service is fairly fast though when it gets busy it could take a bit though I don't mind waiting for such great comfort food. 4. It is great that the location is on the 505 Central. It's great for groups and date options since the location offers other food businesses like pizza and also drinks.

My first visit to this restaurant located in the Food Court. It was part of my First Friday Artwalk evening. I had vegan ramen in miso broth. It included serving of tofu. Setting is unpretentious; staff was friendly and polite. My food was tasty and portion size very good. Reasonable prices. Nice option in the Food Court.

I'm from Japan so I am pretty picky when it comes to ramen. I know I can't compare it to ramen I used to eat back home, but for how small it is, and the quality, I just have a hard time justifying paying close to $17. However, I will spend the money if I really crave ramen. The Karaage was solid. The staff was very friendly and funny, he told me not to get mad even if we had to wait for 20 minutes. Food hall was so busy that day, I expected the wait was going to be long ;)

Stopped by for a quick lunch at the 505 and saw that Naruto was one of the cheaper options. Ramen is good, whether it's as good as they physical location? I would say no but I don't think most people would be able to tell the difference. Overall not bad, got my ramen craving in. Price wise it is decent for 505 but outside the 505 I could probably get more elsewhere. With Oni down the street this place is a hard sell.

First time visiting the 505 Central Food Hall but definitely familiar with this Naruto Ramen place. I've enjoyed the location on Central across from University of New Mexico and at Sawmill Market. They never disappoint! Parking is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. Before entering the food hall, you have to get your temperature checked. Which is a safety precaution since I did visit during these uncertain times. If there is a Naruto nearby, I will go get me some ramen. Ramen is my favorite! Today, I got the Tonkotsu Ramen. So delicious and I definitely enjoyed my meal with some cerveza from Moonwalk Bev. I received good customer service, which is hard to come by these days. I appreciate that there is a place like this to go to and visit during this pandemic. Thank you!

How enjoyable and what a delight to finally visit Naruto Ramen at the 505 Central food hall! great experience from ordering to receiving my food. The gentleman working the front was personable and would definitely return to this place. I had the curry rice with chicken karaage which I must say very tasteful. the chicken was tender and juicy to bite and to eat I dipped it into the curry sauce which was amazing. The egg and garnishes are good additions to the plate. ofocurse i paired it with a marble lager from moonwalk bar. I can't wait to try the ramen next!

I'm so glad we decided to head downtown and try Naruto. I was excited to find a ramen place with vegetarian/vegan options. It was so delicious. The man making the ramen made veggie miso for my kids and he made the curry with vegetable broth for me. It was spicy, flavorful and filling. We will be back!

It is truly one of those rare neighborhood gems that feels both authentic and incredibly welcoming. The service was impeccable from the start, but the highlight was truly the charming interaction with the chef. He was kind enough to personally walk me through the evening's selections, and we had the most delightful chat! I decided on one of my absolute weaknesses: the Fresh Pork Dumplings. The chef was quite attentive and offered to add an onion paste, but after a brief explanation of my preferences, he was more than happy to prepare them exactly to my liking. It's that level of bespoke attention that I truly adore. The dumplings arrived steaming hot in just a matter of minutes absolutely bursting with authentic, clean flavors. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience, and I shall certainly be making this a regular stop on my Uptown rounds!

Even though its a small parking lot in a strip plaza. Fresh hand pulled noodles are good, which were a little soft for my personal preference, but still good. It may sound strange but things with pork will taste porky. My girlfriend doesn't like pork, but can eat it, but she ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and it was too porky for her. For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.

The staff is always pretty friendly and accommodating. I shared an app, a roll and an order of salmon sashimi with a friend on both visits. The food is always fresh, and delicious! I never feel like I am being overcharged for what I get either. Going to eat for sushi can feel like that sometimes. The quality of the food is great and everything is always aesthetically pleasing as well. I had their avocado bomb on my last visit and I was delightfully surprised with it. I like avocado in most cases, but sometimes, it can be a lot at one. I thought this was going to be like that when I saw it, but I was wrong. I look forward to getting one of these on my next visit! On my last visit my friend and I saved room for a dessert, one that we saw rotating on their screens that they have in the restaurant showcasing some of the menu items. It was a take on a bananas foster. It looked delicious but alas, we'll see if we can manage to get it next time. Note to self, have dessert first on next visit?

It was so good last year that we actually had a conversation with the owner about them being from San Francisco, after I told him it was the best Chinese food I've had in America outside of San Francisco. Well, that has changed significantly, and not for the better. We made a trip down from Santa Fe this week, specifically to eat at Noodle Works. Yes, we drove over an hour each way on Monday just to eat here. What a mistake! It was clear the General Tzo chicken was microwaved and not fresh fried. It was absolutely inedible! Mall food court Chinese is better than this dish was. Strange because almost exactly 1 year ago their General Tzo's dish was among them best I've ever tasted. I know this dish is not authentic, but to serve pre-fried then microwaved chicken is inexcusable! The Singapore Noodle dish this time was incredibly dry. The curry was more like a dry rub stuck to the noodles than it was a real curry sauce. Again... mall food court quality. Another dish that used to be amazing here. The crab in the crab rangoon was so fishy you could smell it before it was even delivered to the table. It had clearly sat out unrefridgerated during prep for far too long. It was inedible, or of fear of getting food poisoning... they did take it off of our bill. We are so disappointed in how bad the quality has fallen off in the last year! We loved them so much in the past that we will give them one more try, but we will not be making a special trip down from Santa Fe to eat here again. We REALLY hope they get their act together because we really like the employees and owner and want to continue to support them. Management did apologize without being prompted for the slow service and poor quality food, so hopefully they know serious improvement is needed if they are to stay in business. We wish them the best because they are great people. Good luck!
