I came here to get my nails done and decided to give them a try. The place seemed nice and clean. I was helped by Kevin whom did my gel nails. While they looked nice, in few days they came off so they didnt last as much which I wasnt happy about that because I expected them to last longer.

On this visit, I saw Cindy because Kevin wasn't in... I couldn't wait till Friday& felt like I took a gamble. I was pleased with the results importantly Kevin and Cindy were pleasant to work with. $25 fill and cut down. The place was immaculately clean. I was out in less than an hour. I don't usually return a second time to most places - I must mention that I'm picky & this was my second appointment.

I live in Glendora and after walking in to one rude nail salon, calling multiple other nail salons from Glendora to Azusa all of which don't work with dip powder & not being welcomed to any I found this hidden gem! (They actually work with dip powder) The man I was greeted by did such a good job - I'm an x-nail bitter who has been working on my nail care for a while now and also pregnant about to give birth this month so I wanted something cute that can still show through to my natural nail at the hospital for any given reason ... he did exactly what I wanted, gentle with my nails and was polite the entire time. I've been going to different nail spots (after my original spot gave me an ingrown) in search of somewhere that will care for my nails along my journey and KC Lovely Nails really stands out to me. I definitely recommend to try this place out.

I've been going here for 5 years now. They are very nice, and the salon is very sanitary. My only issue is that after 4 years they started to charge for my Matte topcoat AND my Almond shaped nails. ($3 & $3) This is added to my upcharge for doing gel polish ($5) A basic set with gel is now almost $50?? I got a GEL mani/pedi 1 week ago and my finger nails chipped the 3rd day. I think they have stopped buying fresh polish :-( They owners are SO kind, I hate to go elsewhere... but being nickel and dimed is no fun.

I called for an appointment about 30 mins prior, Cindy answered and told me to go in so I did. And I don't regret it! The pedicure was a very good price. They seem to have great prices all around. I picked a color, and jumped in the spa and immediately could tell they were very sanitary and clean which is super IMPORTANT to me. Kevin did my pedicure and he was amazing! Super professional and great at his job. He filed my nails super square and even just how I like it, removed all my cuticles longer than most people do. Plus the callous remover which I paid for extra was great. He scrubbed for 15 minutes unlike some places only 3 tops. The massage was a 15 minute massage which was amazing as well. Great paint job, great service, great prices. I'll definitely be coming back! Glad I found my go to pedi shop right before summer! read more

Went to get a full set and it's was burning the whole time she didn't care just let it burn and applied liquid when she felt like it to cool it's down! Not to mention the guy messed up on my sister in laws nails and she was upset because she wasn't happy with sloppy work. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Not even to my worst enemy. read more

UPDATE: THEY CONTACTED ME AND WERE KIND ENOUGH TO MAKE THE DEAL GOOD WHEN MY CUT TOE HEALS. WITH KEVEN THE GOOD TECH!!! I just left KC lovely nails. Been there several times and was happy each time (with the male tech) this time I had "linda" STAY AWAY!!! She is very ruff and doesn't understand what you say I told her be careful of my cuticle she shooK her head yes then proceeded to CUT ME TWICE !!! Worse unrelaxing massage I've ever had when getting a pedicure and I bought the 30.00 service. I highly recommend the male tech but if you can't get him RUN!!! read more

I went here for the first time about a week ago and I loved it. Kevin is the best!! I've been trying to find a nail salon that I liked and could go to every time and I think I found the place. They are very clean and even has the tools labeled "clean" which makes me feel better knowing that what they are using is clean. Kevin was very nice. I've gone to people that just ask how you are right when you sit down and then they are silent for the rest of the time. Kevin was not like that. There was ongoing conversation the whole time. He asked how thanksgiving was, about Black Friday shopping, and plans for Christmas. I also appreciated that they had the prices listed on the wall. Great quality for a reasonable price. Your nail salon needs a training on customer service and how to interact with people. I was told it would be 20 minutes and wasted 55 minutes sitting there and she was still not done with her client. If you cant accommodate to clients, please be upfront with them instead of wasting their time. read more

I am newer to the area and have been trying to find a good nail salon. I had one of the deluxe pedicures here a few weeks ago. It is probably the best pedicure I've had. They really took time and did a good job with callus removal, massage, and painting. Ibdont remember the girls name as she didn't speak English, but she did not make me feel rushed and did a really nice job. I would go back here again. read more

Cindy was wonderful, I was able to make an appointment on short notice. When the french-tip pedi paint job wasn't going so well Cindy stepped in and correct the nail polish. Most places will not fix any work. I was so appreciative. My full set came out on point as well. They offer so many options to choose from and the prices are affordable. I would recommend at least trying :) read more

This was my first experience with KC lovely nails after a long time of not having a set. I walked in I noticed how clean the area was. On top of all that what I thought was amazing was how friendly these people were. Granted I had no appointment and they got to me with ease. I had to wait a little bit but the fact that Cindy was so good with my nails was wonderful. I will not only come back but I will be recommending other people to them. read more

Came here for the first time. Had friends come before and recommended it. Read the reviews on Yelp and after being at home recovering from surgery for a month I decided to come. First of all, so many colors to choose from. Great variety. Came in for a Pedicure and Kevin performed my pedicure. Definitely it's true the reputation that he has on Yelp. First time here and love it. Right around the corner from my house, easy parking and lots of colors to choose from. Cindy did my gel manicure and I got a pedicure as well. My nails look beautiful and the massages were so relaxing. Cindy was super nice. Will definitely be coming back! This place is my hidden gem. I've gone and tried so many nail places and have found a problem with either their work or customer service skills. I've now come here countless of times and have been a very happy customer. Kevin is my go to guy! I find my nails last a long time and don't break. I've recommended this place to several of my peers and plan on continuing to come to get my full set and pedi done. I love love love this nail shop! They take their time and have all kinds of colors. My gel mani stays on for 3 weeks which it never does anywhere else. And the pedi is usually a good hour. It's only a husband and wife so make an appointment if your going to come at prime time. You will not be disappointed!!!! read more

She did not realize that I speak Vietnamese, so I understood everything being said. The situation made me very uncomfortable and felt extremely unprofessional. Despite this, I still left a tip, and she proceeded to comment on the amount, which only added to the disrespect. When I said goodbye to her in Vietnamese and let her know that I understood the conversation, it was clear she had not expected that. Professionalism and respect should be a given in any service environment, and it's definitely lacking here. I will not be returning. For potential customers considering this salon, be aware that conversations you don't understand may not always be appropriate.

They treated my daughter like a queen, got her polish to match her dress since the one we chose didn't quite show up, and added glitter on top. I have been hankering for a pedicure for a while, and not just any pedicure. I wanted something…read moremore therapeutic. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!
