Decided to try this place after seeing countless good reviews, and I was not dissappointed! Ke-Uh is a casual yet chic restaurant, has a laid back vibe. (Loved the modern Decor here) Once you come in you are seated, the waiters there are friendly and helpful. You will see the menu has alot of different options, hot and cold dishes. The menu is in tapas style, so it is advised that you get different plates and share, you get to taste a bit of everything which I liked alot. I started off with the spicy honey shrimp. Let me just say this was AMAZING. It was crispy fried to perfection, the shrimp were big and juicy. The honey and aioli complemented them beautifully. Such great flavor. If you like shrimp do yourself the favor and get this!!! Next up, fried rice. Excellent flavor, loved the chicken and shrimp in it. Really great dish, a must try when you go. Sushi time. SO I get the Yuro Roll, which was quite good. You get your shrimp tempura, tuna, avocado, cream cheese. I liked this combo, the only thing is!! That it has Yuzu Soy sauce, which is quite cirtus-y, its not my favorite, it is an interesting flavor though. BUT if you like this kind of vibe then by all means go for it. The other dish I got was the grilled octopus, it was just Okay, it was cooked well but did lack flavor, wouldn't get that one again. They have a unique style "Asian tapas," in other words, you can order a lot and share! They should include brown rice for the rolls, if they had it this would be my favorite sushi place in the world. Everything was absolutely amazing, safe and fresh!! The food was so good we had to take some to go. We ordered the Ke-Uh Salad & Spicy Honey Shrimp as appetizers and the Honey, Popper, Bea, and Coconut Roll as our entrees. We were a group of 3 so we shared everything and the portions were perfect. We decided to dine in and I felt so safe throughout the whole visit. All the staff are wearing masks/gloves and constantly sanitizing everything & all the tables are far away from each other for social distancing measures. I will definitely be back! Without hesitation a 5-Star review for this spot. The place has a nice modern feel with moss panels long the wall and an open kitchen. The place definitively get lots of traffic so for parties over 4 I would call ahead and make a reservation. While the place itself isn't huge the acoustics are good enough to avoid noise pollution allowing you to enjoy a nice meal within your tables conversation. Service here was great, from the minute we went in until we left everyone was very attentive and making sure any finished dishes were taken from the table. My only note was that the both of our glasses smelled a little funky, other that an entirely positive experience. Start The Evening: To me a Miso soup is a must anytime I go to a Japanese restaurant, in this case I loved the presentation bowl. We added to our order a side of fried rice, which has this taste or grill somehow which I found it to be a delicious surprise. The Crispy Brussels are a MUST paired with orange pieces and balsamic, you are in for a treat. Easily the best Brussels sprouts in Broward County (or Weston at least). We added the Pork Gyozas as well. These come with a ginger sauce with a very refreshing hint of citrus. The appetizers menu alone is enough to get you a full belly and a very satisfied pallet. But we went for two main entrees because momma didn't raise no quitter. We got the Chirashi and the Honey Roll, both delicious but if you enjoy a kick then the Chrirasi is the way to do. This roll comes with its own sauce and what a great thing that is. After enjoying these culinary delights one cant formulate a decent argument to not order desert, so by all means go for the Nutella Spring Rolls. Yea, NUTELLA and Rolls on the same name. Most importantly, each of the dishes that we tried were delicious. Each dish is crafted delicately, ensuring that every ingredient has a purpose, which in turn makes each bite a delightful experience. My only concern is that you need to spend about $30-35 per person (just for food, no drinks or desserts) in order to be satisfied. I love the plantain sushi roll cause it's unique and one of the more filling rolls. Everyone I've been to Ke-uH with comments on how expensive it is compared to what you get. For the same price, you can get much better sushi in Miami. It's weird to see such high prices for what feels like really basic sushi. I really hate to write this review but seeing that the cat is already out of the bag here goes. KE-UH is BY FAR my FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN WESTON. This place is more like a restaurant in Wynwood than in the middle of the suburbs. Modern, chic interior, open kitchen where you can see the assembly line, impeccable, creative food, and friendly service. It actually reminds me of Kyu in Wynwood with a smaller menu. There are a bunch of sushi places in Weston but not really any Japanese Tapas places. I love small plates as you can order a bunch of stuff and try everything. First came out the shishito peppers and the brussel sprouts. The peppers were awesome but OMFG the brussels! Definitely a repeat dish. Next came the veggie gyosas and grilled octopus. I liked them both, the dumplings seemed to be pretty fresh and doughy. The octopus was cooked nicely and we enjoyed it although we've had better. Finally we ended with the Cobia lettuce wraps which were a nice alternative to avoid the rice in sushi & rolls. These were delicious but nice and light. Great if you do not want to stuff yourself. The wine selection wasn't too big but they were pretty cool and let us order a bottle off the by the glass list. Besides the amazing food I absolutely love the ambiance here. It really is a great place to take a date and feels a lot cooler than hanging out in a strip mall in Weston. I stumbled into this mini mall in Weston looking for a hearty lunch to bring to work and found the nice little restaurant that prepares sushi, asian and a fusion of Florida favorites. The wait for the food was more than I planned for, but well worth it when I tasted it. The ambiance is conducive to good conversation and casual vibe to network during lunch. Let me start this review by saying I LOVE sushi. I can have it everyday. My husband likes sushi, he's just not obsessed with it like I am. But we both love Ke-uH.Every time we come food and service is outstanding. We have our go-to's but we also like to try something new and it always amazes. Today we started with the Tuna Tataki and Grilled Corn. It was the most fresh, melt in your mouth tuna. My husband isn't even a huge fan of tuna but he ate half the plate. Grilled corn is cheesy with small spicy kick, never dissapoints. We ordered the katana, popper and passion roll to share and the salmon nigiri for me. All were delicious and fresh but the show stopper was the popper roll. Wow. Crispy shrimp, cream cheese, asparagus topped with spicy mayo, parm, shaved jalapeño and finished with eel sauce.
