The fish & rice were fresh, the wakame salad also very good, but what got my attention was the pork belly robata. Crispy edges with perfect ratio of fat to meat, and glazed with a sweet & salty sauce. SO GOOD . Only thing was we ordered online & assumed there would be an option for delivery. I even added tip when paying, only to find out it was pick up only. I did ask afterwards if they could refund the tip, and they did ! She was friendly & accommodating with the request as well . It's the consistency for me! My husband and I made a return visit and had a similar meal like last time. Again, we had the yummy eggplant chips, dragon roll and ribs.. this time we added chef salads and didn't get the ribeye tacos since I'm eating less meat.. I don't ever really leave reviews but I felt this one was extremely necessary. My friend and I walked in and there was a bit of a wait, understandable, it was a Friday night at 8:40. They told us the wait would be about 45 minutes, but should be less. They took our number down and said they would text when the table was ready. There wasn't much of a waiting area and it was crowded so we decided to wait in the car. An hour goes by and we go back inside to see what's going on with the table as it's now 9:30 and they close in an hour. The manager wasn't very helpful and proceeded to seat other guests standing there when personally of it were me, my main priority would be seating the people who have been waiting over an hour already. The service was alright, nothing amazing. Drinks were ok, also nothing special. I think the best thing we ordered was the crispy rice. Which leads me into my second issue of the food. I ordered the passion roll and asked if it was possible to do with salmon instead of shrimp because I'm allergic to shrimp. Not an issue to charge for that as i understand, but just tell me that in the beginning. I was charged $2 on top of an already $18 roll. To be completely honest, it was not even worth $10. it lacked so much flavor and was extremely bland. I had to drench it in spicy mayo just to add something to it. I took my family here for my boyfriend's 40th birthday. We made a reservation through Yelp and we're promptly seated when we arrived at a reservation time. The staff was the best part about this place, they were extremely attentive and very friendly. Our waiter did an excellent job and even had some light banter about his favorite roles and what he recommends. The atmosphere was also excellent for a celebration. Enough music and chatter where you could have a full conversation without worrying about someone listening to you but also welcoming for families and great views of the lake out back. The food tasted excellent! The appetizers, cold tasting, hot tastings were the best part of the menu. It's easy to rack up quite a bill here because there's so much on that side of the menu that looks delicious. We ordered the ke uh salad which was a lighter tasting crab salad that was delicious as well as pork belly and watermelon, edamame and the baby octopus. This is when we started to get the sense that this restaurant really falls back on fried food items. If you look at the menu of their 16 available rolls, seven of them had fried shrimp and an additional three had fried items of some sort in them. There are raw fish options available, of course, but it did feel like they relied too heavily on cooked items and sweet sauces. This also made the roles feel highly overpriced. $18 for fried shrimp and cream cheese and eel sauce is a little much. That being said, everything we had tasted superb! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience but feel like this doesn't really exemplify the sushi we look for when we go to a sushi restaurant. But if you're someone who is really averse to raw fish in your sushi, this is an excellent place to go! read more

This is definitely Weston's little gem for sushi and shareable plates. Came here for the first time and realized from the first plate (Shishito peppers) that it wasn't going to be the last. The Pork belly Watermelon dish has to be hands down the best balanced pork belly dish I've ever had. The combination of the sweetness of the watermelon and the saltiness of the Korobuta pork belly was such an awesome mix that I'm mad I never though of it but glad I got to try it! (See pics under if you want to drool) It seems like with all of our plates, there was a level of balance and understanding of creating complex flavors and carefully enhancing what makes an ingredient good. For example, everyone knows charred Brussel sprouts are great, but not everyone goes the length like this place to char them perfectly and evenly to the point that you can tell this was prepared with skill and love for the craft of making good food. I have yet to try the sushi but we were so excited to try all the small plates that we left it for another occasion so I will return with an update. read more

Ke-uH... not sure what happened from the last time I ate here, but this time around was disappointing. I can't pin point why this experience wasn't so good, but a huge factor was the pricing to food quality. My friend and I had ordered sashimi to start off and I'm used to how it's 1 or 2 pieces per order at a particular price, but these cuts of fish were barely anything at all. It was not worth it. Apart from the sizes, the quality also was not fresh. Not pictured, but while I'm mentioning it, the Grilled Octopus appetizer, was the skimpiest portion of octopus leg I've ever seen and not anything special taste-wise. We really should've stopped ordering there, but made the mistake of continuing on. We tried the Chirashi roll and that was yummy at least. The ingredients in the roll itself dipped with the ponzu sauce was actually a good combo, but the presentation of the roll was sloppy. The pieces were cut uneven and it just looked like a rushed job. The only redeeming plate of the night was the Crispy Brussels.. The Mandarin orange reduction was something we both hadn't tried before and it was gooood. I'll give them that. I understand that the Weston area is a more upscale, pricier side of town, so I anticipate the higher prices, but quality is key. I don't think much of this place after this dine in. Unfortunate bc, I brought my friend here bc I had a good experience the first time and wanted to rave about it, except there wasn't anything to rave about this time. Sorry not sorry Ke-uH. read more

Fish is fresh, the roll was great! Really liked this one. Katana: a salmon beauty, good but a tad sweet. Ribeye: Rafael was kind enough to ask the chef to cook half medium and half medium rare. Thank you!! We loved this dish, ate it to the bone. Nice light, good piece of meat with a yummy salad topped with mango slices and a broth for dipping. Dessert: Fried oreos!!! I was so excited to try this and go back to my carnival days! I was slightly disappointed to find out it was quite different. My experience with fried oreos is the dough is plenty and the oreo is soft and warm. The oreo was lathered not fully immersed and surrounded in dough and the oreo was hard still. This probably the ke-uh way and is a good dessert in general but wished the Oreo was softer. Good quality vanilla ice cream though, super creamy and yummy. All in all we had a fabulous time here. Wow! What a nice surprise to find in the Weston neighborhood. Went to Ke-Uh on a quiet Monday evening to give this place a try. We had previously tried to go on a Friday, but there was absolutely no parking and many cars going around waiting for one. It was 3 of us so we ordered a few plates and decided we would try out things we wouldn't usually have anywhere else. Here are my reviews: Pop roll- this one has to be my fav roll in a long time. Krab rolled in a soy paper roll with chili pepper flakes and what I believe to be lemon grass inside? Idk. Whatever it is, it merges perfectly well with the flavor. You then dip it in melted butter as it literally melts in your mouth. The grilled octopus... wow! This one we've had in many places and I gotta say, the softness of this octopus is rare to achieve and truly takes a pro to get it right--ke uh knows what it's doing. We also had their house ke-uh roll, full of distinct flavors (def a must try) and the crispy rice with salmon-- good but not too crazy about it. The hamachi with ponzu sauce turned out great as well.
