However, the two missing stars is based solely on the absurd 40% price increase that has taken place over the new year. I've been coming to this location 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months and almost always get the same thing. I know that my total is always $10 and some change. I stopped by last night to pick up my usual meal and to my surprise, my total was $14 and some change. They changed the bread for the wrap. It was thick and unpleasant. I preferred the thin bread rather than the thick naan-like bread. Beef Kobida Wrap is what I got and I've been getting it for a few years. I'm really saddened by the change since this was one of my favorite spots to eat. read more

My husband and I frequent this location a few times a month and they never disappoint, whether we dine in or do take away. The food is fresh and flavorful, and the portions are just right for me (in fact, I usually keep some rice/sides for lunch the next day, but I'm not a big eater.) My husband has a healthy appetite and generally picks up a second kebab for his order. We've tried most things and they are all very delicious in my experience, chicken kobida, beef, lamb and (my favorite) salmon. The meat is always moist and packed with flavor. Their food is great. But as far deliveries go, they suck. I've tried on 4 separate occasions to order food 30-40 mins before they close and they confirm your order, act like they're making it, then wait until 20 mins after they close to cancel the order. They waste 40mins of peoples times. I'm sure I'm not the only one. At least cancel them as they come and not AFTER you accept the order. It is SO frustrating because by that time so many places have closed and that leaves me with little options. read more

I will never come to this place ever again I have been a devout customer driving from Fort Worth to get this food The service is atrocious last time I came here somehow they put the key to their cash register in my bag by the time I got home which is a 35 minute drive I proceeded to try and call them which was 20 minutes before they closed and nobody would answer the phone once they did answer the phone they answered it and immediately hung up four times before the lady got sick of me calling and then was like oh you have the key could you bring it back and I said I I might have if you would've answered the phone the first 20 times I called and not hung up on me five times so now I'll bring it back when I have the time brought it back about a week later lady was completely rude to me like it was my problem that I took their key so give it one more try tonight drove all the way over here from Grapevine this time not near as bad got here at 9 o'clock try to place my order says they're out of potatoes And they're only taking cash no cards so this will be the last time I ever come to this garbage fucking place their food is phenomenal but their service is fucking horrible I'll never be back read more

I went to buy the food today at 2:50 P.M. saw one of the workers drop a whole stick of raw meat on the floor and put it back in the fridge, I wonder is that what they do all the time, is drop food all the time on the floor and serve it to the customers?
