I've been to Kefi's on two occasions over the last week. The first time, we observed an older gentleman (later to find out he was an owner) supplying the prep line with a tub of uncovered lettuce, and not wearing a mask - as is required by OHA guidelines. We decided not to eat there, and I wrote an email to give them the opportunity to respond to my concern. They assured me that he'd just got off a phone call and forgot to put on a mask. As I actually think their food is really good, and didn't want to write this place off for being unsafe, we went back two days later to give them another shot. This time, the older gentleman was in the back prepping food - again, without a mask. There was also another younger employee loading sheet pans into the oven that was not wearing a mask. When dealing with a pandemic, you don't get the traditional three strikes unfortunately. Two was enough for me, and it's one more than I should have given them I guess. We were looking for something easy and healthy and voila! This most amazing place pops out of nowhere. It's like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle only much, much better. The food is great, super tasty, and most certainly very nutritious. Add to that the super friendly folks behind the counter and you have one fantastic dining establishment. I understand they opened just before the pandemic, which is tough, but man do I hope they rock this town...this needs to be franchised! Just replicate this experience! Super healthy eater here so finding a healthy place that also works with my taste buds can be challenging. This one works for me and the price is fair and reasonable. What surprised me the most about this place is how good the service was even if it was run by a bunch of young employees. I mean teens but they really have such a positive attitude, very helpful and engaging which created such a vibrant environment. So good! I love the concept of a quick Greek food option. The ingredients are vibrant and clearly fresh. I had the falafel on a pita. Went by Kefi this week to pick up some lunch while I was in the area. Decided on the lamb gyros - six toppings in addition to the lamb (I chose pickled red onion, cucumber, pickled zucchini with fresh mint, feta cheese, marinated artichoke hearts, mixed greens), and finished off with their tzatziki sauce. First time eating at Kefi tonight. We tried the Kefi family meal deal and it was fantastic! We did chicken as our protein and then added a bunch of extras to the salad portion like olives, roasted cauliflower, and pickled onions. The flavors were amazing and everything was super fresh. This was our second visit. First time was amazing. This time our to go order was cold. Not as in sat too long (we picked up 2 minutes after it was ready), but the gyro meat was cold, as in never heated. We had to throw away, couldn't eat it and we were on the go so couldn't reheat ourselves. I emailed them, hoping for resolve before posting a negative review, but never heard back. Good was delicious!!! Easy to stay on track with dietary restrictions. Had a beef kebab salad with veggies and tzazicki sauce, along with the lemon harisa sauce. Was truly amazing, but seemed a bit on the spendier side overall. $8 for your base (pita, salad greens, rice, etc) and an additional $3 to add a protein. Compared to a sit down style restaurant, that isn't bad but with Mod pizza next door, the justification for some to choose Kefis prices might be difficult. read more

I might actually be addicted to Kefi! Their food is always really tasty, fresh, and their gluten-free wraps hold up like no other gf wrap I've found before. Their service is fast and friendly. If you have allergies or intolerances this is an excellent spot. All of their toppings are gluten-free and most of the sauces are gf/df. They are really cautious about cross contact (they always change gloves and wipe down surfaces for the gf order.) The lemon tahini is wonderful! They also have a dedicated (gf) fryer. I highly recommend the dolmades as a side. They also have online delivery on their website. read more

I have a lot of experience with Greek and Mediterranean food, as I worked at a Greek restaurant for 5 years through high school and after college. Fantastic, authentic, and fresh. Definitely try the beef kebab on pita; the tzatziki is perfect, not too garlicky but enough of a kick. All the veggies were crisp and crunchy and fresh. A zillion ways to customize your meal, from gyros to kebabs etc. Great side salad. Called in an order and it was all ready in 10 minutes, and they labeled each of the 5 meals with our names, not just what was in it. This is a GREAT addition to the regular, not-so-healthy fast food places in the rest of the mall. And really inexpensive, too! We will definitely be back. read more
