Delicious cheese tarts in a variety of different flavors that it's hard to just limit yourself to 2 or 3 cause you wanna try them all. The place is a bit small and probably fits 6 customers inside at best so if there's a line, you're most likely waiting outside. Service is relatively quick and they serve you the tarts cold (or room temperature) but there are instructions all over that showcase the different ways to eat them. We ate ours as is at one of the two tables available there. We got the ube, original and black sesame. The flavors were crazy good and rich...not too sweet where you feel like you're eating candy but not too bland where all you taste is emptiness. The crust is not like what you'd expect a typical egg tart to be. Eaten as is, the crust is not soft and flaky but like the bottom crust of a pie...that's most likely where putting these in the oven will elevate these cheese tarts to a whole other level...if you choose to do so. Regardless though these are meant to be enjoyed in several different ways and I thoroughly enjoyed them as they were. I'd return to this place to try out the other flavors and maybe try out a different method to eat them aka warm and crusty. First off, mind blown that these are made very uniformly especially considering how delicate the filling is lol (perfect dome shape!). Pretty presentation for sure. Another thing I like about the tarts is the buttery crust (shortbread-cookie-like). In terms of the not-so-great, the taste of the fillings kinda falls flat. The filling has like a sour cream base taste to it and it pretty much overshadows what, I think, should be the main flavor of the filling (a.k.a.
