Frankly 2 of mine had to wait before they'd start. 1 waited a year more after 1st consultation, the other waited almost a year and a half. They wanted to make sure their teeth were "ready" so that they could be in braces for the shortest feasible time. It was so refreshing vs getting people telling me to start NOW sign NOW. My third just started last week and he has a lot of anxiety but they were so caring and understanding. He's also clinically adhd. They made him feel safe and at home vs a bothersome child. The front office staff is extremely rude, and the office feels very money hungry now. I stopped seeing all the doctors there except Dr. Kim (orthodontist) because my braces were already fully paid off and I only needed follow-up care.
