Well KaleYeah this place is amazing!! I initially visited this place at a pop-up location a few times in DC, but that location is no more. I took a road trip to this location, 1 1/2 driving time, and was highly impressed. It was pretty easy to locate using Google. The parking lot is kind of small. There's free street parking (be cautious of signage). As soon as you enter, there are obvious signs telling you which way to go. I saw a gorge Christmas Tree on November 8th and heard pleasant Holiday Music!! I was in heaven as holiday music is the best, my fav !! From Chris Breezy "This Christmas" to gospel holiday tunes, I was in Holiday Music Heaven !! Ok, Ok, enough about the music... but ... ok, ok... I will move on. The dining area was the perfect size, and there is a bar area w stools for sitting. There're also great wall hangings and decor. The area was welcoming and clean. A young gentleman took my order. He was very thorough. There was also a pleasant lady restocking beverages, answering the phone, and answering questions as needed. I think her name was "Sugar". She was super pleasant. I went to the counter and ordered my 32oz Get the Kale Out of Here w Grilled Shrimp and Lump Crab, add Bacon. Fantastic as expected!! Beautifully presented and well plated. I ate half while there. I had an amazing Guava & Passionfruit Lemonade that knocked my socks off!! It was sooo tasty, not too sweet and perfect ounce amount. The lavatory was clean, and stocked w neccessities. I have not stopped talking about this place and encouraging folks to visit. I will surely have my PG friends and fam meet me there next visit, and I am looking forward to visiting during the holiday season for the great tunes. Best Wishes to this Black Owned Business !!

The restaurant is a hidden gem. The restaurant tucked in an industrial area. However, once you get inside the building it's amazing filled with history and culture. The service is great and in a timely manner. I order almost everything the food was delicious and the drinks. The seating is open spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend food is amazing and the service. I will definitely be returning customer. The kale wasn't soggy with the mixture of the meats. The kale was fresh and well seasoned.

I always ride by but never stop. I had a taste for tacos and I decided to go to Kenny's Kale! I love the concept. I decided to get the salmon kale tacos. They were very filling and super fresh. The kale was well seasoned and fresh. The service was good. My order was definitely made to order. The location is small and homie. I plan to go back again to try their other options.

**3.5. First, the store is really nice. Clean, comfortable, well-decorated, great music and overall vibe. I ordered the Stay The Kale Away with chicken (love the names, btw!). When I say its garlic heavy, baybeeeee!! The name is SO appropriate! Be prepared to have no close conversations for the rest of the week! LOL The good: the service was pleasant and surprisingly fast. The portion is huge, making it a great value for the money. This could easily make 2 meals. And the kale is fresh and well-massaged (not too rough). The not so good: after a while, the garlic became overwhelming and a single note. I didnt taste the cheese at all. The chicken has an odd, dry texture and isnt particularly flavorful. Now I realize why most pics featured salmon or shrimp. I also wish they had a creamy dressing option. I had to add my own creamy ranch and some avocado to add that element. The current version is just too oily. It's definitely a healthy meal. But the overall taste could be improved imo. I want this business to win, so I will go back. I'll just try something else.

I am truly ADDICTED. I've set aside a budget specifically for this spot. Whenever I'm on the Temple Hills side of town--which happens at least two to three times a week--I always order my favorite--Oh KALE yea in advance. And depending on how close I am to payday, I may throw a lil steak on there. lol Every single person I've interacted with, whether on the phone taking my order or in person handling my payment, has been amazing. Plus, the delightful aroma that greets you as soon as you step inside is incredibly pleasant and inviting. I wish I could have that in my home!

I went here and it wasn't very crowded. There is a bar and tables and two people were sitting. I ordered the Oh Kale Yea which is a popular item and waited 15 minutes for it to be ready. To my surprise, I didn't really like this meal. The kale was a bit salty. The shrimp and crab meat was seasoned well when I ate it individually but mixed in with the kale, it didn't taste well. I may have to give this place another try to see if I change my mind about the food.

I was super excited to stumble across Kenny's Kale while looking for something healthy, filling and most importantly TASTY to eat. The food that we ordered hit each and every one of those targets - and then some!!! I had the 'Oh Kale Yea' Tacos , and as the name suggests... It is SUPER moreish !!! With each and every bite I was amazed at how much crab meat, shrimp, feta and yummy seasoning was loaded in each and every bite!!! This is such a great concept, and guilt free dining without any compromise on satisfaction. I did takeaway this visit, but next time I'll try dining in to get more of the Kenny's Kale experience.

I stopped in for a quick bite and the salad was exactly what I needed. Fresh greens, balanced flavors, and a dressing that wasn't overpowering. The service was polite and the restaurant felt clean and inviting. It's not the best salad I've ever had but I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

I didn't expect to love a salad this much, but the steak salad here was incredible. The steak was tender and cooked medium rare like I asked, and the mix of arugula and spring greens added a peppery bite. It came with blue cheese crumbles and crispy onions which gave it a great texture contrast. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the space was bright and airy. It felt like a little treat without being too heavy. Highly recommend if you want something satisfying but still on the healthy side.

Decided to check this place out after seeing a review on Instagram from one of my favorite food influencers. I almost decided not to come here because the menu is VERY confusing. However, the staff on site were really nice clearly explained everything to me. I ended up getting three MiraKALE tacos: one with shrimp, one with crabmeat, and one that was supposed to be with steak.... but they accidentally gave me chicken instead. I was really looking forward to that steak, so I was kind of disappointed. These tacos are like no other tacos you've had before. They're stuffed with well-seasoned kale and the toppings are piled high on top. I appreciate them infusing a healthy dose of greens into every bite, but these tacos are SO messy to eat. Toppings dropping and flying all over the place! And because they only use one tortilla on the tacos, the whole thing starts to fall apart and disintegrate as soon as you pick it up. I was better off getting a bowl because although the tacos were absolutely delicious, it was a nightmare to try to keep them together. I appreciate that they put generous portions of proteins on top of the tacos. I was definitely not mad at the healthy amount of shrimp, crab, and chicken (although I had my heart set on that steak) I enjoyed. Especially for the price. I couldn't eat all three (And after almost wearing the first two, I definitely wasn't trying to go through that again). So for dinner, I deconstructed the last taco, put that seasoned kale in the air fryer and made me some kale chips, with some chicken and tortilla on the side. So freaking good!!! I also bought one of the juices they had in the cooler; the Sugar Sham. Despite all the flavors listed on the front of the bottle, it tasted like Kool-Aid.... And not very good Kool-Aid. No discernible flavor. Just sugar water. Also, the bottles with the black tops are leaky. I told the lady at the front she could see for herself, but just as I was getting ready to leave, they put the leaky bottles back in the refrigerator case. Parking is scarce and this place is kind of hard to find because the signage is so small. Just look for the building that looks like a house and has a used car sign on the front. As good as they were, I wouldn't get the tacos again because of the logistical nightmare of eating them while simultaneously trying not to wear them. However, I would come back to try their nachos or one of their bowls.

I got the 16oz Oh Kale Yeah (salad) and a banana pudding. IDK what they put on the kale but I was ready to drive back for another one!!! In addition to the seasoned kale, there was shrimp, lump crab meat, and red onions (excuse me if I missed something - going from memory). The lady that took my order said this salad was their top seller and I can definitely understand why. This was my first time at Kenny's Kale so I accidentally drove past it a few times because I didn't see the sign. The restaurant is in a building with another business (or so it appears) and the sign for the other business is bigger and higher. The lady that took my order was nice enough to sit on the phone and wave me down as I was passing on my 3rd time! Service was quick and customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back again!
