I have the 750Li BMW and parts are very expensive,hard to get and often need to be ordered overseas. My work van met with a short blue pole at the drive through window at a bank. The side barn doors and back panel were damaged and needed some tlc to bring them back to like new condition. Everything went very well. Aaron and his team were great to work with, and the finished product is amazing. No matter hard I look, I can't tell that anything ever happened. In addition, they replaced the rear bumper that was damaged the previous week when I was rear ended. They also repaired my radio antenna that was damaged at a car wash. I had the best experience there. I was hit and unfortunately the accident caused me to be without a vehicle for me and my newborn. They made sure they got my vehicle fixed as fast as possible. Let me start by saying that I normally don't do reviews unless I feel like the world should know how great a company is. When you are in the service industry, it's somewhat expected that you provide at least average service. But when a company truly goes above and beyond, I am happy to take the time to write a review. With that said, I will never bring my vehicle to another body shop ever again. These folks are absolute pro's. The quality which is the most important aspect is absolute perfection. Not only that but they go out of their way to help you out and save you money. The atmosphere is awesome, this is not your average waiting room or office. It's very homely with plants and a rustic feel and look. They've got food and drinks and make sure you are comfortable. I wouldn't mind sitting down there all day waiting for work to be done chatting with the employees or lounging on the couch watching a movie on my ipad. BJ was my rep and he is an A+ advisor. Leah also helped and was equally awesome. Everything from the drop off, lead time and pick up was perfect. The communication is excellent. If I could give them more stars I would. As good as it gets. I got numerous quotes and when Kent Collision inspected the damage on my car and gave me quote they were very informative, friendly and not pushy- I ditest pushy people trying to make a sale! I ended up going through the insurance of the person who hit me and they communicated how the process usually goes and made it easy to understand. The person working on my car who also gave me quote is just the nicest guy, and very professional. Car looks great, quality of work is apparent. The car was done earlier than expected and I had a hard time between appointments trying to figure out how to pick it up. I think I came across upset at them, when I absolutely wasn't, it was just one of those weeks juggling to much and they offered to drop off my car and pick up rental from my house. I declined, because that should not be their responsibility, but that's just an example of how they go out of their way for their customers. They have little personal touches like a free gum ball machine for kids in sitting area, there sweet little dog is always in the office to say hi ( if you're a dog person), it's not an obnoxious dog jumping all over, very sweet and calm! They have an espresso machine out and at the end of the service when picking up the car they offered me some free jam. It might sound small and not related, but its just little personal touches that set them apart. read more

Wow! Hit a deer with typical front end damage. I needed the van back in 5 days to complete an organized trip with 20 people. Kent was the only company that had a knowledgable person answer the phone. They reviewed photos and agreed to do an estimate that day. Got there in an hour, 10 minutes later they were on a video chat with Allstate, had a preliminary estimate in a couple or hours, most parts were on order that day. 5 days later (as promised) you would never know I hit a deer. Fantastic service, great owners, can do attitude and it really looks like they enjoy what they do. I enjoyed bringing my van to Kent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Aaron was/is my rep and has went above and beyond for me. My job was ridiculously big & working with my insurance was a nightmare (AmFam's fault, not Kent Collision). My jeep was vandalized at another shop (the entire thing was key'd in their parking lot) and this other place decided not to tell me and took it to Maaco for a paint job! Well I pulled up to it and instantly noticed. They refused to make things right, so I had to file a claim against my insurance then find a shop to get the work done. I googled best paint shops in Seattle area and Kent Collision came up with the best ratings. So I decided why not give them a shot. So glad I did! They had to strip my Jeep down and remove all paint... literally everything had to be stripped down to hinges and screws & repainted! It looks AMAZING! They updated me through each thing they were doing and invited me down to the shop multiple times to just check in on the progress if I wanted to see it. i took my car in kent collision so far they did a very good jobbut the way they put back my bumper the four screws is getting off and i must buy new screws to tight it up. and in my driver side my small speaker is loosen they fuck up the notch now i have to buy a superglue to stick iti think for future costumer they should put things back carefully and dont mess up even though not a big deal but putting your trust to get your car back 100% is a big dealsorry i cant recommend kent collision even though they give away a jam.. read more

A well-known body shop in my North Seattle neighborhood gave me a $500 estimate two years ago to fix the bumper cover on the battered rear-end of my 2010 Nissan Versa. The silent hit and run attack in a Fred Meyer parking lot was literally a pain in the rear-end when I came out of the store. Being old and cheap, I left my rear end exposed to the wind for 24 months. After an unfortunate incident involving the spoiler on my 2017 Prius (yes, I left the hatch up while backing into the garage), I took the car to three auto repair companies. Two wanted to replace the spoiler for nearly $1,000. BJ at Kent Collision, however, said it could be successfully repaired (including buffing out the paint) for hundreds less. Here's what happened the day I took my car in for repair: 1) Kent Collision made it look like the accident never happened. 2) All the work was done the same day. 3) They charged me less than the estimate! 4) They did a great job of washing and vacuuming the car (a nice value add). 5) BJ gave me a jar of wild blueberry jam (all their customers get a jar of jam, with choice of eight or so varieties). This shop combines competence, integrity, and a customer-friendly attitude. Should I need body work in the future, you can bet that Kent Collision will be my first and only stop. read more
