Owner's daughter's car is consistently parked in a fire zone during every morning public session. She apparently think she's above the law, makes up reasons to "ban" people from the facility, and does not honor the City of Kent's Senior Skate program at all - no sign in, no age check or showing of ID. This facility would benefit from ownership that is free from nepotism. The only reason I skate there is because of the free ice they are required to provide via their contract with the City of Kent, but they don't even honor that.

THey have alot to do here! putt putt golf, batting cages, ice skating, hockey, they are also connected to baseball fields and a kids park. they also offer rental equipment for everything. Service was friendly and if you okay golf you get a chance to win a free game by playing their plinko board.

We had a blast ice skating for the first time! The facility is very clean, the staff is super friendly and informative, and most of all it was a blast!

I've been to this rink twice- The first time, I came with some friends a few weeks ago and decided to rent some ice skates because I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to buying a pair of my own yet. I'm an avid roller skater and have well over a thousand dollars worth of skating gear, and couldn't justify spending more on a whole other hobby. Let me tell you, the rental skates were so bad they actually cut my foot right open after only 10 minutes of skating because of the friction from the hard plastic. Apparently most rink rentals suck, so I just took my L and bought my own skates for next time. The second reason I gave this place 4 stars is because it's SO expensive. Maybe I'm spoiled because roller skating rinks are less than $10 for entry *per session*, but paying $20 for just one hour and 15 minutes is wild to me. I asked around and my figure skating friends tell me this is a bit steep for most ice skating rinks in general. As for the rink itself, the staff are kind and professional. It's the only rink in the area open for public skate during COVID and even though they don't require masks, everyone is socially distanced well and wears them anyway. There was also only two other people on the ice the first visit, and about 7/8 on the second visit. You get plenty of room to fall all over the place, which is nice! Overall, I would definitely come back again if it weren't so ridiculously expensive. I also realized that I'm not a fan of such a cold indoor space (I couldn't feel my hands after an hour, but it's literally a room full of ice so that can't be avoided.) If you decide to come, bring your own skates and budget for it if you're bringing kids...and also bring gloves!

On a whim, I bought a Groupon for this place on Black Friday and visited here because it was about to expire. When my boyfriend and I arrived, we were funneled into a line where the cashier deals with one party at a time before you can enter through the gate. It wasn't too long of a wait to speak with her, but I felt bad for the long line that starting forming behind us. She was very helpful. We just had to pay sales tax (never had a Groupon deal make me pay sales tax when I arrived, so that was a little weird). The staff member at the skate rental place was super friendly and nice. Quite frankly, these were some of the worst skates I've ever put my feet in. I used to skate competitively as a kid, so I had my own skates and unfortunately outgrew then. The skates felt like stiff plastic containers for your feet. It was so painful to skate around, so I went back to the skate rental counter and asked for another pair. The guy said he only had that one type of skate but could help me find another pair or a slightly bigger size. Neither one did the trick, so since it was so painful on my feet, I just put my shoes back on and let my boyfriend skate around on his own. Even those temporary skate rinks that go up in parks have more comfortable skates! Anyway, the facility seemed really nice. There's ample viewing areas and an upstairs cafe. It was off putting that the only restroom was upstairs at the back of the cafe. I would think there should be one more accessible near the ice rink. The cafe upstairs was absolutely horrible. I very rarely give low ratings to places because I like giving people the benefit of the doubt and have worked at a restaurant before, but this place was ridiculous. The cashier was extremely rude and very slow to take orders. There was only one person in front of us, and she had to call someone else over to help her figure out how much change to give back to the customer. It took forever! Then, she wasn't very nice to my boyfriend or me. We wanted just mozzarella sticks without a pound of fries, but they can't sell it by itself... So we just ordered tacos instead. The tacos took about 20 minutes to get to us, and they were horribly over fried. I would be better off going to Taco Bell (and I really dislike Taco Bell). It was $10 for 3 tacos and a soda, and it was definitely not worth it. All of the food on the menu was pretty over priced, but that's what you get at these types of places. Just really horrible service. I tried connecting to the wifi using the posted password in the cafe, and it never worked. There was barely any cellphone reception inside. Overall, pretty negative experience. I'll be skating at the Renton ice rink from now on.

Fun place, just don't let them sharpen your skates. Ever. I was warned (by multiple people) and suffered my fate.

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. I was completely blown away…read more From the moment we walked in, the level of professionalism and cleanliness stood out, especially for a kids' arcade and activity center. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

Over the years the technology they use doesn't seem to be keeping up, where things will glitch causing lots of time and effort to get the tickets earned reflected on your card. Luckily we took a picture of the ticket rings that were won at the claw machine prior to adding them onto the card, but even after that, it was still a big hassle where management seemed suspicious that we were trying to dupe them out of tickets that were earned properly. What was surprising is that they didn't even bring the staff member over that scanned the ticket rings initially to confirm she had added the tickets. After adjusting the tickets, my card account was still active on the board, so I went back and checked to make sure it was closed out properly to avoid any further ticket issues. I asked the original staff member if she remembers adding my tickets, and she said she did but we should be good now as this was a system glitch. I accepted the explanation and took that as issue closure. Later when we went to pick prizes, another "lead" employee approached me (wish I would've taken her name), and immediately accused me of being rude and aggressive towards the staff member that added my original tickets. As a lead, I would have expected her to ask me if there was any issues with the employee, instead of outright accusing the customer. I asked her to clarify what was taken as rude or threatening, as I never raised my voice or said anything out of line even though this issue took some time to resolve. She wouldn't give me any specifics but just warned me to not be rude. Instead of getting into any further back and forth with her, I decided to just pick a few prizes and leave. I found it very unprofessional for the lead to approach me in that manner, while the Manager Tabitha didn't step in, even being close by. If something was said that was perceived as rude, let's bring everyone together and hash it out. I can guarantee *God as my witness* that I never said anything offensive, threatening, or rude to any of the staff members. All I did was provide details and proof that there was a system glitch and the tickets that had previously been added were not on the card. At no point did I ever blame or fault anyone at FFC for this issue. Rich Yee, if you'd like to discuss this matter with me directly please reach out.

After operating for years, Las Vegas casinos realized that the gambling demographic remains largely fixed, so they shifted their focus toward families--offering spectacular, grand-scale shows to cater to kids and family needs. Similarly, this place caters to sports lovers while keeping kids fully entertained. The air conditioning is ice-cold, and there are countless attractions to keep children entertained for an entire day. Meanwhile, the dining and bar areas are lined with TVs continuously broadcasting all kinds of sports, including boxing, basketball, and football. Honestly, the food is surprisingly good: the burgers are rich and juicy, the ribs are tender and packed with flavor, and the fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Every single item comes highly recommended.

I chose the facility because it's close to our home, and the drive to the facility is pleasant as it's located in a residential neighborhood (weird, heh?) I called the place's main number, and some dude answered. He directed me to contact the director of player development. Well, the director of player development was busy with camps and tournaments at the time, so he referred me to the next 2 coaches in line. I contacted the second coach and was also advised he was busy with camps and games. When I contacted the third coach, he took a bit long to answer emails, but it was also because he was busy with tournaments during that time. The coach Jake did respond back about his availability and session rate. It was easy to navigate through the payment website. My stepson so far has had 2 private sessions with coach Jake, and we are happy with the guidance that he's been getting. The feedback from coach Jake is helpful and will definitely benefit my stepson with his skill development. My husband and I also got a chance to look at the try-out for all the clubs in the facility, and we know this is a good club to join.

Very good family friendly spot and they do what they can with the space they have. The only downside is the consistent lack of food/snacks/games. 1/3 or or more of the very few games they have are ALWAYS out of order. The food is not always good and very often sold out as they don't make much during sessions -they mostly reserve the pizza just for the rooms. The candy machines are awful - all the decent stuff is regularly empty and the full sided candy they offer is about 3-4x the size price (i.e., the really small bag of lays is $3). Plus I once bought a candy bar there for my kid and the chocolate looked and tasted old, which means their stock rarely moves. Also, would be great if they offered some adult beverages on tap. FYI, it's never a "true" experience here unless u catch a glimpse of the older white gentlemen casually solo out dancing everyone on the rink. I think I will nickname him "White Lightning".
