On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. So I had to try. While other towing companies had an estimated arrival of multiple hours into the future, Bellevue Towing (Richard) had our back. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. He was quick, did everything by the book, and honestly turned around a really crappy day just by being our friendly savior. I will be recommending Bellevue Towing (and Richard!) to everyone I know! Don't waste 7hrs sitting in line with your insurance... just call Bellevue Towing.

He got to work right away and cleared my car wreck from the busy highway. He kept me calm and made sure I got home safely. I even tried to tip him for his help, but he declined and said he was just doing his job. A few days later I came by Superior Towing to pick up my personal belongings from my car. Mike happened to be there and helped me get my belongings and went above and beyond to help make sure I got everything I needed. Again, I tried to tip him for his awesome service but he again declined and said he was just doing his job. To Mike's manager, I don't know what you're paying Mike, but consider giving this guy a raise. Seriously. If or when I need towing service in the area I'll call your company based solely on the customer service and professionalism from Mike and also your front office staff (who's names I forgot to catch).

But honestly, you get awesome, quality customer service/support. I called frantic on a Friday that my car had died. In spite of their $150 diagnostic fee, they were sooooo informative, kind, and understanding. I went here after getting my car towed to them, and they were SOOO thorough. Literally left no stones unturned. They were soo informational and I left feeling confirmed that we knew what was wrong with my car, and that I could get it fixed for only $400 (that included the diagnostic fee). I was surprised and elated to hear that it would cost me much less than I feared. The owner was so exceptional. She called me twice that Friday night to update me on my car and literally was patient, educated me, asked me really thorough follow-up questions, and she wasn't even trying to schtick me for anything! Basically, after examining my car and telling her the backstory of what happened, she was able to come to a conclusion and I left the next morning only paying for the diagnostic fee. They are incredible. Literally, I left feeling so confident in their work ethic and business model. I loved how informative they were, how detail-oriented they were, and how 1 misfortune could turn into a happy ending. Literally, I told them I'm coming back and bringing more people with me! They have two bays to work on cars, and one of the bays is completely filled with tires. I am glad that I gave them a chance, and it turned out to be great! Cheap Towing was sent to me by the VISA credit card roadside assistance. I paid a negotiated price between the tow company and VISA, which was much cheaper than paying directly to the tow companies. After I called the VISA credit card roadside assistance, I was able to access to a site where it updated me the request status, such as any towing company accepted the request, which company, where the truck was at etc. After waiting for 15 minutes, it showed that a tow truck would be coming to tow my car. The site suggested that it would arrive in 37 minutes, but in fact Cheap Towing showed up in 20 minutes. As soon as Cheap Towing arrived, I showed the driver the damaged area and asked to transport with care. The driver understood and carefully moved my car onto the truck. It took him a while to make sure that everything was alright. I did not go with the truck or follow the truck to the auto repair shop, but I did call the auto repair shop to confirm that my car had arrived safely. My experience with Cheap Towing was great. I would recommend it to anyone who needs roadside services.
