I noticed several of their equipment were new, state of the art. My optometrist was friendly and courteous. When it came time for my glasses fitting Artie (or Arty, sorry if I'm getting the spelling wrong!) was so nice and patient! He cleaned my old glasses and changed the worn out nose bridge pads (I can't believe I didn't have this change sooner!). I must have stayed about an hour since I could not make up my mind. Artie gave me several more options from the brands I narrowed down. Honestly he made glasses shopping worthwhile since I didn't feel rushed.
