They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). Not only were they able to accommodate all of my requests, but they completed the alterations within 4 days just in time for my event. The results were excellent. The fit is flattering, the craftsmanship is clean and precise, and the overall transformation exceeded my expectations. You'd never know the shirt started out two sizes too big and completely the wrong cut. I really appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and timely service. If you're looking for reliable tailoring or alterations--especially on a quick turnaround--I highly recommend them.
