I got quotes from several places and this seemed like the best deal and had a great warranty. My installers were great. Loved them. They were respectful and always wore shoe coverings. They cleaned up and answered all my insane questions. 5 stars for them. Most recently, I had a summer maintenance come out and Daniel R came over and handled it. He was polite, wore shoe covers (super important to me), and did his full check. He even answered my inane question about a weird looking part of my unit. I love that they take pics to ensure everything is good and for my own records. My unit is only a 1 1/2 years old so I expect it to stay in top form for a while. The ONLY complaint I have about Love's is getting a maintenance can be a pain. I've had them cancel on me once and I had to rebook for WEEKS later. And they can be booked over a month out. I update my reviews.

If you buy a house, you may not know who installed it. Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

Called the company to do a repair and they were not really excited to come up from Fresno to replace the switch. At least that was the vibe I got from the woman who I spoke with. Right away I was not happy with their customer service. I checked Yelp and saw Cosmic Comfort installed whole house fans. I called and the woman who assisted me was upbeat and positive that they could fix my problem. I scheduled an appointment and Adam came out. Nice kid. Climbed in the attic and confirmed that the unit was good and needed a new switch. I decided to get a hard-wired switch and an appointment was scheduled. One thing I really liked was the communication through text messages. They also send you a photo of the technician that is responding to your house. I appreciated that and it makes good business sense. Issac and Freddie came out a few days later and completed the project. They were professional and the installation looked good. Isaac tested the switch and showed me how to use it. He had a tablet and processed my credit card through it. Easy peasy. Let's face it, electrical work is not cheap, but I felt it was a reasonable price especially considering my wife would stop reminding me that we needed to get it fixed before summer! Works great. 1-2 months later had Generac rep come out for estimate to install emergency Power generator. Said whoever installed the electrical for my split unit AC did not follow code. Electric pipe, junction box and wiring were installed next to the PG&E gas meter (within 9 inches). He said code states all electrical supposed to be 36 inches away from gas meter. So he could not give me estimate because gas tie in for the Generac generator requires PG&E inspection, therefore inspector would have red tagged my home gas service due to Wally Falke's install. I called and spoke to the owner manager at Falke's and told him the situation. Said he would schedule to come and look at and make corrections. So far "crickets" !! No one has ever shown up or called me back. All I heard from sales rep prior to hiring them, was read all Yelp reviews and how they back up their products and warranty all work they do. Very disappointed. The old tale of "catch and release"... got my $$ and seeya later, Jim
