Beings that it is in lebanon, only locals know about this small little and I mena little cafe. Even with it being small, and always crowded everyone is always happy to be there. The quality of the food you can tell it is not a chain and they care about the people that come to enjoy the food. The staff is always frienly and makes you feel as if your in your own kitchen. I would advise to not go in bigger groups than 4, its small and you most likley wouldnt be able to all sit together. read more

Would not recommend this place to anybody. The gravy was cold and over salted. My husband's omelet was brown and looked like a mess on the plate. I watched the cook handle raw food then with the same hand handle cooked food. This is a major health issue. Lovely place! I stopped in for breakfast on my way to Camp Tadmor and had the chicken fried steak with eggs (they understood basted!) and hash browns. You can watch the cook from the counter seating and he was on the ball. I love the sarcastic wall decor, and had a few laughs reading the comics that were on the counter while I waited. Big portions, and the chicken fried steak coating was nice and crisp. 12 bucks with coffee. I love breakfast diners and Kevin's fits the bill perfectly. read more

The food was great, the service was great, but there were ants crawling on the window sill and table. Also seating is very cramped. Unable to access one side of the only available table because there wasn't enough room with the table behind it. Had an omelette with hash browns and toast; good omelette, typical toast and hash. They are cash and checks only but I didn't see a sign stating that anywhere. Had to use the ATM in the restaurant but it didn't have enough to give me cash for a tip...guess they got it in the ATM fees. They would've been out of luck if it ran out; we didn't have a checkbook (who besides my grandma carries one anymore) or extra cash. Despite the problems I would've tipped 20% if the machine hadn't run out of money because I tip based on service. read more

Kevin's restaurant was recommended to us while staying at the Best Western Boulder Falls Hotel in Lebanon, OR. If you like a hardy, well prepared breakfast/lunch in a funky atmosphere scrambled up by the owner himself, you'll be thoroughly pleased at Kevin's. Greeted by Kevin, cooking in full view behind the counter or his outgoing wait staff, you'll likely have to either wait your turn for a table or share with the local townsfolk during prime time, as his take on a 'loaded' omelet is well worth taking on, but I do recommend a partner to help you eat it all. Funny signs and menus on the walls and local chatter will keep you entertained as well.
