Still wrinkled after paying $25 just to steam it!

This was a massive disappointment. I saw the Yelp reviews and thought this would be the perfect place to get my dress steamed. Just steamed. I arrived and a very sweet lady told me it would be $25. I thought that was a little high but with their great reviews just roiled with it. They told me it would take 2 days so got it back 2 days later. Well when I lifted the plastic off that same afternoon it was still all wrinkled and l had to steam it myself before I could wear it. This was an epic fail and don't imagine I'll ever go back. Maybe steaming dresses is not their thing but then don't offer it!

Sam and his team are AMAZING!! I brought in a wedding dress that had so many stains on it from a wedding (had been sitting with these stains for a year) and he was able to make it look brand new the first try. I cannot recommend Key Cleaners enough!!! THANK YOU!!!

Really enjoyed my experience with key cleaners on a massive job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress, reception dress and a bunch of the hubby's wardrobe too. Sam helped us with the intake and he was very reassuring and friendly to work with. The only thing that didn't go accordingly to plan was Sam said he'd send pics through the process of preserving the dress, not a big deal honestly, and a quiet lady helped me when I came to pick up the clothes but left one dress out. I was too impressed with the wedding dress to remember I was missing another article of clothing! Luckily, Sam ever the professional gave me a call the next day to arrange for pick up later that day, and we were able to meet one more time to end on a really good experience. We're looking forward to using key cleaners again for our future needs!

I choose this place because of the great reviews but after my first time experience at this place now made me think otherwise. From the start I walked in and request to dry clean my coat but an older guy said "It's not called dry clean we just toss it in the machine wash" I thought it was odd they don't do dry cleaning but that's okay. 2 days later I received my coat and upon opening it to check, the coat was still dirty. $12 for a semi-clean coat that's not even dry clean. I am disappointed because I thought I have found a good and closer place to get my clothes professionally clean but I guessed not anymore. read more

They're the best!! I needed my dry cleaning and pressing to be done the same day and they absolutely nailed it! I was late and i came around 10am, the machines were turned off already and they were able to still help me out. Talk about amazing customer service. The cost is also great! High-quality, fast, and affordable dry cleaning!! Key Cleaners returned to me ten blouses, two pants, two jackets, and three cotton tees in under a week. All articles of clothing looked brand new, and the price I paid was unbelievable. They were eveable to remove a stain from a cotton tee. I'm so relieved that I found Key Cleaners! I was looking to have a good, reasonable dry cleaner for my wedding dress. After visiting a few cleaners, I found Key Cleaners. Sam gave a great price and has it ready in 2 days. Amazing! Perfect! Fantastic! Could not recommend this place more!! I contacted Sam via Yelp (who responded so kindly within minutes) 3 days before my wedding because I had just gotten it back from a tailor who made it dirty and wrinkled. My clothes are cleaned and pressed and returned to me in manner that shows me that the owner Sam takes pride in what his company does. Sam greets me by my name as soon as I walk in. I brought in several pairs of pants to be hemmed, and the lengths were not done correctly. When I brought them back, I was told the mistake may have happened because of how I marked them, so I gave the shop an opportunity to fix the work. For the second attempt, they marked the pants themselves, but the hems were now inconsistent. All of the pants were supposed to be the same length, and they were not. At this point, I am not comfortable returning for a third attempt. I really wanted to support this local business, but based on the quality and consistency of the work I received, I will not be returning. I am now paying another alterations shop to correct the work I already paid to have done.

We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! You've had a lifetime of not knowing, not connecting. Isn't it time to know? Connect yourself to history. Ever believe you get what you pay for? That's true here! I was using a competitor that was a little cheaper, but I felt like my clothes were not really getting cleaned So I took a few shirts to Key Cleaners to try them out, and it is 100% worth the extra money! The owner always greets me with a smile, remembers my name (so they are not constantly asking what my telephone number is), and my clothes are cleaner. The white shirts are actually whiter. There was a stain on a shirt that the other cleaners said tough luck to. Key Cleaners took it out without me asking, and pointed it out when I came to pick up the shirts. If you are looking for a good cleaner, willing to pay a little more to have clean and crisp shirts and excellent customer service from the owner, look no further than Key Cleaners! read more

Key Cleaners to the rescue yet again life with a 5 and 3 year old can be tough on your clothes, whenever we go out somewhere one of my dresses end up with a stain, and being that I wear a lot of vinage or repro-vintage I am extremely careful with who I trust. I am yet to be let down by Key Cleaners! I am always met with a warm smile and such wonderful service and to top it all off they are so fast! I recently took in a traditional Palestinian dress with intricate embroidery and beading to be cleaned. The dress came back spotless and without any damage to its design or appearance. This place is awsome! The first time I used it I brought my dress that I spilled wine on, the person who was working there told me that they will do their best, and they did! My dress is wine spot free. Since then I have been going there and always met with courteous and personal attention. I recommended it to many of my friends and relatives and most of them use it.
