Terrible place where they waste your time and they don't honor their online pricing or deals and even try to sell stuff above MSRP. We got a quote for a new release car through Costco they referred a rep from Keys to call us and arrange a meeting. First, they come with an offer that is 5000$above the MSRP listed online in their own website. When we mention Costco, they say this model is excluded, even though we have the printout from Costco with that model and that was how they got in contact with us. Then after 30 minutes the dude says, I can only go down by 1200or something,(still 4000$above MSRP) and that was all. We just walked out then... We'll get our car from another location... Not surprised by the rating of this place. Was using truecar.com and you are required to enter your info if you want to see which dealers offer the three lowest prices that they show. After doing so I was emailed by Keyes Toyota. Keyes was the highest priced of the three. I replied telling them their price was the highest from the three and I would deal with the other two. I got a response stating they had aggressive pricing and could match or beat anyone. I asked how much was the lowest price for model I was looking for and the way I wanted it. Replied telling me he could not tell me! To come down and pick a car and that then he could price me on that car! Nope sorry that's when I knew they knew nothing. When you say you want this this and this on the car and they cannot give you a price it is most likely because they do not have it in stock and want you to pick out another one. Not happening! I replied that they did not have the car I was looking for in stock. (checked online inventory) I got a reply from a different person telling me he understood I wanted options. OPTIONS??? wtf! No you obviously do not understand anything!!! I do not want options. Gets worse! Options he gave me as an example were a 4 door when I specifically had been asking for 2 door and another vehicle which 95% matched what I was looking for but even with his "internet price for this weekend" was around 2k more than Carson Toyota!! Let me begin by saying this one star review is for their sales department and not their service dept. (their service is ok, nothing special, nothing bad). I couldn't agree more than with most of the experiences on this page. I bought my Yaris from these guys a year back, and it had to be one of the more painful purchasing experiences of my life. I had special ordered the color (apparently it was hard to find a manual transmission in black) - once the car came, they tried to add a $3000 premium on top of the MSRP! Only after arguing with the salesman back and forth about how ridiculous said premium on the car was, I decided to walk out and begin searching for a new car. As soon as my one foot was out the door a manager came running to me waiving the premium fee. Then, only after additional back and forth could I get a decent price a few hundred below the MSRP and a decent interest rate on the loan for the car. Now I know buying a car always has its stresses, but these guys were trying every lame trick in the book. During our discussions, they would leave for absurd amounts of time to talk to their bosses, have their salesmen buddies casually walk up to me and ask when I was purchasing the car, etc. Looking back, its all rather embarrassing for them. Of course, the redeeming factor in all this is the car I eventually bought (the Yaris) is a great car for the city - low gas mileage, good handling, easy to park. But as far as purchasing a Toyota, please, please, go somewhere else to avoid the hassle. read more

If you're looking to buy a car, you'd have less of a chance getting ripped off on craigslist than at Keyes Toyota. From the sales associates, to the floor manager, to the finance department, I have never met such a group of slimy, shady, and generally untrustworthy people in such a small space. Went in with my family this past weekend to purchase a car that was advertised in the LA Times. Our sales guy was nice enough to admit that the advertisement was a "loss leader" and that they had no intention of selling that particular car because it wouldn't make them any profit. Instead the purpose of the ad was to get people in the door to and make them buy another, more expensive car. Where I'm from, that's called a bait and switch, and it's illegal. Nevertheless, Keyes refused to sell us the car, even though we had stellar credit and met all the requirements. An awful woman from the finance department accused me and my family of being con artists to prevent us from getting the advertised price. I've never had such an awful experience at a car dealership before, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota look elsewhere before considering Keyes Toyota. As for those advertised specials in the paper? There's no chance that they'll honor that price without a fight. So get ready to get dragged through the dirt by Keyes before getting it. read more

If I could give Keyes Toyota zero stars I would. Last week I stopped by Keyes Toyota in hopes of trading in my 2007 Prius package 6 touring for a 2010 model. I had heard all the radio ads, and seen the commercials regarding special incentives. My understanding was the Prius had a special lease. First they tried to low ball me on my trade in. They offered 6K less than KBB wholesale. Next rather than work special lease incentives based on the published Toyota Financial money factor, the "Team Leader" asked how much I wanted to pay a month. I ended up walking, but gave the "Team Leader" my card and told him I was serious about getting a car, and that he should put a serious offer together for my trade in. He promised me he would...well...six days later nothing. I sent the general manager and e-mail and I have heard nothing. Stay away from Keyes Toyota if you are looking for a car. They are the epitome of unprofessional, and give car salesman a bad name. read more

If they did one thing right, they made an addictive jingle that echos through my head every time I see anything related to Keyes. Driving down Van Nuys is hilarious, its just car dealership after car dealership..most all owned by Keyes. So you would think they would have a huge selection... not really. We were looking for a Toyota Yaris, but they only had had a couple of them new, a few of them used, with a price difference of $1000 for a two year old car!. WOW huge savings. The whole experience wasnt about the price, it was how much it would be a month, and they kept trying to sell the 60 month loan. It felt like a scam, and the salesman was downright rude to my girlfriend. He kept making her feel stupid. He would say things like If I can get the price at ____ would you buy today, we were like... uh... maybe? Then he would come back and say his boss only approved it for $1000 more. WHAT? "We only make a few hundred off of these cars" When I brought up the prices on Toyota's own website (the MSRP) he would ignore it and say things well thats not including the power package, blah blah blah.. It was so gross. He treated us like we were stupid, complete slimeball. Look Keyes, NO ONE should EVER pay above the MSRP! In fact it should be 15-20% lower, this is a time in our country that NO ONE is buying cars. I have bought 4 cars in my life from dealers, NEVER did I feel so scammed. I brought up the fact that the TWO year old car he was trying to sell me was $1000 more then the NEW car on toyotas website. Im sorry but power windows/locks/mirrors only cost $750. But their response was throwing numbers at me, and trying to confuse us till we broke down and signed. So try somewhere else, dont bother with their desperate attempts to scam you, do your research, and never sign without taking their best offer to another dealer. I wish there was truly a way to provide this dealership with ZERO stars, simply for their disgusting tactics/ethics. My in-laws, who emigrated here from the Ukraine, stopped by this dealership to look at a 2015 Toyota Camry. Keep in mind that the national lease program for the Camry is currently $219 a month with $2k down. They had placed them in a not-so-well equipped 2014 Camry lease, at 10k miles per year, at $350 month. Further, they tried to tell them they were in a negative equity situation, which they were not, and asked them for an additional $1500 down to get into their "great deal" on a new Camry. THEY BADGERED THEM FOR FOUR HOURS. At some point, my in-laws called my wife for help. Upon her arrival, they tried to sell my wife on the shoddy deal and tried to convince her that the deal was done-everything was signed. The deal was irreversible. NOTHING WAS SIGNED. Upon leaving an earlier engagement, I was called to the dealer by my wife. Upon arrival, they sent their "big gun" sales manager over to try to convince me that this deal was solid. Before I even spoke a word, he said, "Oh, so you're Mr. Tough guy?" Wow...really? I simply asked for my in-law's keys...THREE TIMES. He got up, walked away without looking me in the eye and said, "I'll get the keys on my own time." Classy. Their final straw was to have the salesman come back and ask what was wrong. Really? Asking for money for a "negative equity vehicle" that is obviously in the black and trying to bait and switch people for FOUR HOURS, then having an overly aggressive middle aged punk try to strong arm us, insult me, and refuse to give us our keys...and you ask what's wrong? RUN FROM THIS PLACE. There are reputable dealers out there. This...isn't one of them. ADDENDUM TO THE ABOVE, INITIAL REVIEW. A little background on the above review. My in-laws had their first car financing experience from this dealership. This is actually where they bought their Prius and were told repeatedly that it was a 36 month lease...at a ridiculous $390 a month. They had great credit, no debt from a prior vehicle, and put ample money down. This was back in 2012. Fast forward to today, when we went to Thousand Oaks Toyota to look at the 2015 Camry again. My in-laws believed they'd made their last payment on that godforsaken Prius, but no. Upon further review (and the first time I'd seen their paperwork), the fine folks at Keyes Toyota had baited and switched them into a 59 month lease on a Prius. 59 months at $390 a month with a $10k residual. This is an example of their tactics...this is what they do apparently, to immigrants new to the car buying experience. I can't stress this enough: there are great dealerships out there, then there's the not so good ones, then 50 feet of crap, and then Keyes Toyota. Run from these scumbags. I contacted Keyes Toyota (Van Nuys) on April 11th through the Costco Auto Program. The salesman and I arranged to meet the next day for a test drive. He said he would text me his info so that I could call him when I arrived. He never did text me his info, but since he had called me I had his phone number listed on my phone. When I arrived on April 12th, I called his number but he did not answer and his voicemail was full. So I walked in and asked the receptionist to let him know I was there. I waited in front of her for about 5 minutes. I didn't see her call him, nor did she say anything to me or offer me a seat. So finally I said to her "and what did he say?" She then said, "Oh, I'll call him." I saw her call him and then put the phone down and walk to the back. When she came back, she again said nothing. I waited 5 minutes and then someone walked towards me. He didn't introduce himself, nor did he say my name. I kept asking are you the one I spoke to yesterday. Finally, it was clear that he was. I then complained to him about him not texting me, not answering his phone, and how long I had to wait. He became defensive and said he had a lot of customers. I did not want to fight with him so I said nicely, "I'm glad that you guys are busy." He took me upstairs and said that he was not allowed to go on the test drive with me. However, he then told me to get in the back seat so that he could drive the car down to the first level. On the first level, he let me test-drive the car by myself. When I returned, I wasn't sure where he was. But eventually he showed up and after that he was helpful. He showed me a number of cars and answered my questions. I wanted to test drive another trim, but it wasn't charged up. So, he told me to call later in the day. Later in the day, he called to tell me it was charged and I said I would prefer to come back the next day. He said that was fine even though he wouldn't be in the showroom that day. He said when I came in that I could talk to any of the salesmen on the floor. So I arrived the next morning and told the receptionist that Michael had a car ready for me to test drive and that any of the salesmen could help me. Again, she said nothing. I waited 10 minutes and a salesman came out and said that I should take a seat because it would take 10 minutes for him to get the car from another lot. I waited 15 minutes and then asked the receptionist why it was taking so long since Michael had said that the car was ready to test drive. She said that there is no car charged up and it will take a little longer. I waited another 15 minutes and then asked the receptionist if I could speak to someone else about the Costco price while I was waiting. She took her arm and pointed to the middle of the floor as if to say, "Help yourself." So I approached a group of men and asked the first one if he was a salesman. He said, "Yes." I asked if he could show me the Costco price. He said he couldn't. So I asked if I could speak to a manager. He said, "There are no managers here." So I then said, "You guys just lost $35,000," and left. On April 19th, I bought a car from Subaru (Sherman Oaks) right next door to Keyes Toyota. I have owned 3 Toyotas since 2002 and have always taken them in for servicing at Keyes Toyota. I am shocked and disappointed by the incompetence of the Sales Staff. Two experiences here, both very negative and spaced about 5 months apart. Salesmen try to size you up and think of an opportunity to bail if they think you aren't serious about buying that day. Salesmen don't know their cars but will make up numbers just to be saying something (wrong price, wrong MPG, even an unfamiliarity with the models they are selling). In one case, we said we wanted to look at a Prius, the salesman just pointed at a giant garage and said "you can look on the second floor." There weren't any on the second floor. Later that day, we found another salesman and asked about seeing the RAV4, he said "we are out of those, do you want to see a Highlander?" Huh? Anyway, I think you're probably getting the point if you're reading any of these reviews. The positive ones are probably relatives of people who work there. This place is the sales equivalent of DMV hell and it's actually made us steer toward other BRANDS. I'm wondering if there's a prison nearby that hands out sales applications for Keyes? Honda has an excellent rep for customer service and I'm finding that it's earned. read more

Abdu the sales manager was the rudest pushy car salesman I have ever met. The customer service was beyond horrible and their business practices are downright criminal. I was going to lease a 2021 Highlander that is on advertised special for 1,999 down, 360 a month. I have excellent credit and he insisted the best he could do was 9k down and 786 a month. With 1 phone call I found another dealership that was more than happy to put me in a lease at the advertised rate. When we sat down to talk price our salesman wrote down the sticker price that was listed on the car in the lot, then he added on $3,000 because that's just "normal and we add that to every car." WTF! On top of that, we brought in the dealer's own newspaper advertisement that offered a $4,000 discount on a 2012 Toyota Corolla "S." They basically laughed at us when we demanded their own advertised discount and said to us "we put that ad in there just to get people in the store." Needless to say, Keyes Toyota dealership sucks and they drove us directly into the arms of Hyundai. We were much more pleased with the Hyundai dealership and their car deals. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. I made a huge mistake by not going with Toyota of Oxnard (who were super to work with) so that I could save a few grand. The headaches that I'm still dealing with 3 months after buying my car from Keyes is not worth it. Basically, Keyes took my trade in, but did not file the proper paperwork. They resold my car to someone who is racking up parking tickets and I'm having trouble correcting the error of not having filled out a release of liability or transfer. After I pointed out to them that they had not submitted the proper paperwork, they made me come down to the dealership to fill it out. Only, they still didn't fill it out correctly at that point. I had my 20000 mile service done here, and first I thought this place was great. Polite service, quite waiting area, 4 computers for you to surf the web while you wait, and a complementary car wash after service. A week later, I heard noise coming from the bottom of my car. It sounds like something is plucking or, whatever it was... So I brought my car back, and had it inspected. If the damage had nothing to do with the previous service they had done, it would cost me $96, which only took 5 minutes. Turns out, it was related to the service that I had a week earlier. Some part inside of front tire that is supposed to balance my tires came off and that was making the noise. (I don't remember hitting anything with that tire). I am not an expert on cars, but it sounded pretty serious to me. So they fixed it for free and I went home. This was my first and my last visit. I get coupons from them some times, but honestly I am kind of scared to go back for my future maintenance. read more

There arent enough words in the english language that i can use to WARN and STOP you from coming here I came here with the intention of leaving with a Prius which they did not have the one I was looking for, instead they steered me to the Camrys and Corollas even after I specifically said no. These guys are desperate to make a deal and have no qualms decieving, lying, and manipulating to do so. My close friend had an awful experience here where she literally felt pressured into purchasing a car and trading in her old one which they gave $1500 for after she asked how much will you give me over and over again getting only the response "Don't worry, we'll take care of you." When the car was worth more than triple of that price according to the blue book. They also charged on the contract $2500 warrantee that she did not want and was unaware of at the time of purchase and ultimately after a lot of talking to the corporate office got it removed. Just leased a 2014 Camry from Keyes. Jayme Galante was my sales manager and had me in and out in no time. Took less than 2 hours, seriously. Super friendly, hepful, and not too pushy. Wanted a black one, but he sold me on Cerilian Blue and I just love it. Looks almost black, but sparkles blue and even dark green in sunlight. I traded in my 2007 Camry and get this, he was able to LOWER my payment by $50! And he gave me FREE maintenance for 2 years! I couldn't be happier and would definately reccomend Jayme and Keyes Toyota to anyone who is shopping for a new car. Definitely the worst car buying experience of my entire life. I'll spare you the details because I would just be echoing what most of the other reviewers have already said, but here is a quick summary of my buying experience at Keyes Toyota: Sleezy salesmen - check. Bait and switch tactics - check. Intimidation of the customer - check. Outright lying to the customer - check. Salespeople and sales manager saying derogatory things about you when they think you're not listening - check. This all happened 3 months ago and I was willing to let it slide. However, we traded in a vehicle as part of this new car purchase. So imagine my surprise when the DMV tells me that the older car is STILL REGISTERED IN MY NAME as of today's date. I'm still getting the registration renewal letters from the DMV, and I'm also getting warning letters about late fees and "notice of intent to suspend" on the old vehicle which I have not owned for over 3 months. The DMV informed me that this is a common tactic of "unscrupulous dealerships". That is a quote from the DMV rep, a neutral party in this. I was told by the DMV rep that some of the less respectable dealerships will accept trade-ins but will avoid transferring the title into the name of the dealership to avoid paying DMV transfer fees. How shady is that? God forbid the car should be involved in some kind of accident or crime, because apparently I am still the registered owner of a vehicle which Keyes Toyota has been in possession of for 3 months now. Honestly great customer service on the service side, subpar service on sales side. That said, the retail manager Sam Kassis is great and goes above and beyond to make up for the lack of efficiency, attentiveness and overall caring on the sales side. So weird. Luckily, they have a very modernized dealership with bells and whistles: coffee, espresso, cappuccino, Starbucks, homemade cookies, doughnuts, apples, bananas, a computer lab, a clean spacious nice waiting area. Remember though, in sales, you will be waiting a long time. Though salesmen are typically sharks, this group shows very little sense of urgency. Also this is the typical "shirking responsibility" mind state - it seems like nobody on the floor wants to help anybody else, at least on the sales side. For instance, when I turned in my leased vehicle - even with an appointment - I had to wait 30 minutes and four different people 'helped' me by referring me to somebody else until Alana (sp) finally took control (she was great, by the way). The service side is spectacular, however. Kriztina deserves a special note that she is attentive, detailed and also friendly. I've noticed that the manager of the sales department is also hands-on in a good way of assuring that you received good service and verifying that everything worked out even in the aftermath of your appointment. In short, they make purchasing a car more difficult than it should be but every other aspect of the dealership is top notch. But isn't sales what car dealerships are all about? Memo to Mr. Keyes: please start hiring better people in sales. Sam Kassis can't do ALL of the heavy lifting himself. read more

DISCLAIMER: I must say that while I had a horrible experience at Toyota Keyes, I ultimately received my car for the quote that was given to me. This is the ONLY reason that they deserve the single star I will give them. Also note that this review is really meant for the sales department and not the service department. I would rather run my head through a woodchipper than walk into this dealership again. Seriously - run away and don't consider doing business with this incompetent, sleazy dealership. If you don't want to take Yelp's mediocre reviews of this place seriously, then take a look at the Better Business Bureau's. This place is not only not accredited, it literally has an F rating, and 10 closed complaints! To start, good ol' Keyes Toyota bullied me into doing an 'option deal' which meant that if I didn't wire them money from my credit union in a few days, I'd owe them a car loan amounting 24% APR (when I already had a car loan from a credit union at 2.4% APR!). This was totally unnecessary but I was told it was required for them to do the deal. It was my mistake for agreeing to this but I also felt misled into doing so. If I hadn't immediately wired them the money I would've been totally screwed. As if that wasn't enough, I was also never given all the keys to the car or booklet for several days because they told me that one of the absent salesman had literally 'hid them' to prevent the car being sold while he was gone. I can't decide what's worse, the truth that the salesman would actually hide these items, or the fact that I was even told this outrageously unprofessional information. It took three different days of going to the dealership to finally get them to eventually make me brand new keys. To this day, I STILL don't have the original keys which are still probably locked up in the dealership. I asked if this was a security problem with them having access to my keys but they told me this wouldn't be an issue. I'm guessing having foresight is an advanced, and difficult concept for some people to grasp over there at Toyota Keyes. To continue, and perhaps MOST frustratingly, I was given crazy stares when I asked for a receipt of the wired money from the dealership and was told that they don't ever 'do receipts'. Why would a business find it so strange that I would want a receipt on a transaction involving over $13,000? Ridiculously, all I managed to get was a document from Microsoft word that I literally watched someone type up, which stated that I had successfully wired the money for the car. You couldn't get a less legitimate receipt from a middle school child's lemonade stand. You'll notice that there are only two types of reviews for Toyota Keyes here on yelp - 5 stars or 1 stars. And the average is currently at 2.5 stars, which means you have a 50/50 shot at having a successful sale. If you feel like playing Russian Roulette, come on down to Keyes Keyes Keyes, KEYES KEYES TOYOTA! Bait and switch con artists! If you respect yourself, buy your car elsewhere and have it serviced elsewhere. 3 years into making payments (but with 2 years to still go on payments) on a RAV4 I bought from them, I started getting calls that I qualified for one of their special programs that allowed me to get a brand new 2015 RAV4 with no money down and lower monthly payments. Since my warranty was coming to an end, who wouldn't want a brand new car for less monthly payments and zero down with a full 3 year warranty? I asked the sales guy is he SURE I qualified. My credit was bad 3 years ago due to coming out of a bankruptcy the year before - so I had to buy from them at a high interest rate. Sales guy was sure - I had been making regular highly monthly payments for 3 years and this program only spits out those who qualify. He said he would make it worth my while to drive there -- he would fill up my car with gas even if I didn't purchase a car. I have made timely payments on everything for 4 years and I was much further away from my bankruptcy so I believed him. Got a call last night reminding me of our appointment. I again asked if he were sure I was qualified. I tried to find out precisely what my monthly payments would be, how much I'd get in a trade-in and what my new interest rate would be - he couldn't say. I get there today and I was treated like dirt. The manager went off with my keys to appraise my vehicle. The sales guy has me sign paper work and takes my license to run a credit check. 10 minutes later and the salesmen comes back and tells me that my credit had gotten worse. This isn't remotely possible since I have made timely payments on everything for the last 4 years and the bankruptcy is now 3 years more remote. I reminded the sales associate that he told me several times that I qualified for this special program. He said he could save me $50 a month in payments if I got a co-signer. This was so much BS - they lured me in under false pretenses and I seriously doubt there is any special program. They just look to see who has been making payments for 3 years so they can try to sell them a new car so they can make new commissions. Once I was no longer a potential buyer, the "niceness" was gone and I was dismissed like trash. My mother was in the market for a new car so I took her to Keyes Toyota to look around. We had the pleasure of meeting Jayme Gallante and another salesman named Richard. These two were incredibly personable, direct and professional. They were also very accommodating to my two children. After a few hours of indecisiveness my mother ended up purchasing a Rav4. These guys have amazing patience!!! The experience was so great that I went back the next weekend and bought a 2014 Highlander. They were able to get exactly the car I wanted even though they were not yet on the lot. Go see Jayme at Keyes if you are in the market for a car ... Best car buying experience in LA! read more

This review is for the horrible customer service. I regret purchasing a vehicle from here. Finance dept messed up on my paperwork and they had to send out a rep for me to resigned the contract again (the clown dropped the ball on this...which was major inconvenience!) and I did many follow ups regarding getting my copies mailed to me, and til this day, I still have not received it. Also, on another note, I had an issue of getting the 2nd key for vehicle! Because they did not want to give it up (idk) why? Well, let me tell you why? Because they're bunch of clowns that works there that's why... starting from sales to top management. Never again, will this establishment get my business in the future. read more

I bought my car here and received good service from both the sales and the finance team. I actually got a great deal on my Prius and even brought a friend to buy another car. He also got a very good deal on his new vehicle and his trade-in. They scheduled free maintenance for me a few months out. I received a call reminding me of the appointment. I was able to move the date up closer with no problem. When I arrived, I asked for the lady that helped me over the phone and she immediately took care of me. They have a nice waiting area with latte machines, fruits, donuts, and bottled water. They have free wifi and computer for you to use. They even have a play room for kids. I was told that my service was going to take an hour and 15 minutes but it was done within 1 hour. They even washed both the interior and exterior for my car. The best part is that it cost me nothing since I get the first 20,000 miles of service free for my car. I will definitely bring my car back here again next time I need servicing. read more

This has to be the single worst Toyota dealership in the United States. They staff was rude, from the sales people to their horrific GM (probably the worst one of all). They were dishonest in their business dealings, quoting one price, and then changing it when we committed to purchasing. I recommend you stay as far away from this Toyota dealership as you can. I haven't been to other Keyes dealerships, but if they hire people like this one, stay clear! read more

It's hard to leave a review about customer service when you don't actually get any to review. My partner and I just spent 20 minutes trying to get someone, really anyone to help us with no success. We know the color, make, and model of what we want we just need someone to sell it to us! When we first walked in we saw a group of 4 "salesmen" talking amongst themselves. As we approached, the one closest to us literally turned his back to us to continue the conversation. We caught one guy on his way out and he was the only helpful person informing us that he was off but to go to the reception desk and they would page someone to help us. We waited at the desk for about 10 minutes but since there was no one actually at the desk, it was for nothing. My partner finally approached a guy and asked if we could look at a car. I kid you not, this was his response: "You gonna buy one tonight?" My partner replied that it depended on the car and the guy gestured to the one in the showroom next to him and said, "I'll show you that one," and then walked away. I get it if you're busy or helping someone else but at least say so rather than go out of your way to be rude or ignore a person! Instead, Keyes, you have not only lost at least a $25,000 sale but I will tell EVERYONE I know to go somewhere else if they want to be treated like a human being. Obviously the business is good enough here that things like this aren't a concern. read more

Sales Review. I worked the deal on the exact car I wanted with Tammy the internet manager. They did not have the car in stock so we stayed in touch while they were looking. That is when Jaymee the Floor Manager, gave me the best service I have ever received from a dealership. Then the Internet director was willing to get the car from the other dealership before I signed the paper work. I have never heard of anything like that.
