We took our kids who are 11 and 8 and they had a blast. The people who work there were very friendly and kind. The atmosphere is perfect. I have zero complaints. My partner and I decided to take on the challenge of doing Dragon Alley with only the two of us, knowing it would be a bit difficult. BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and coherent with the storyline. Details in the decoration, lighting, and sound effects made the atmosphere very immersive. The hint system is also well-designed. It is hands down one of the best escape rooms I've been to. On top of that, our game master, Mark, was very friendly and welcoming. It's been a while since our group has been able to do an escape room and this room was so fun! I have done tons of rooms over the past couple of years and Keystone is awesome. The game master was friendly and personably. I thought the room was decorated well. It wasn't a scary room but there were definitely some fun jump scares at time (it could've just been us freaking out for no reason). I thought the clues were well done, smart, and somewhat challenging. There was at least one clue I never encountered before and some that were like "why didn't I see it?" All in all a fun escape room and I'd highly recommend it. read more

Had an amazing experience with my sisters friends. I was more of a chaperone and helped out when needed but I'm sure they could've figured it out themselves. They are aged 9-12 with a majority on the older end and had a great time. It's easy for them to get bored especially because phones are not allowed in the rooms but they were engaged the entire hour. They screamed.... a lot and the whole room was very immersive. It was a lot better than some of the others around here. read more

So far, this is probably the most immersive escape game experience I've been to. This place was fantastic. First off it's great that they have a kids price vs adult price. The owner was super helpful and made the experience fun and entertaining. The room was very well done and kept us on the edge of our toes to get the next clue to solve the room. It wasn't so difficult to where it left you frustrated to get the puzzles solved but difficult enough to where it's a fun challenge. From the moment you walk in, you can see that the Mark and his wife are really passionate about what they're doing. Even the lounge area is set up to fit the theme of the room. Mark is very personable and is happy to talk about what he's doing, and you can hear the enjoyment he gets from what he does. The room is great. The puzzles make sense and flow. They are wonderfully put together and everything makes sense. The interaction between the rooms is just as fun and it has a lot of fantastic ideas I haven't seen explored before (I've only done maybe 5 escape rooms, but my wife has done at least 50 and this was one of her absolute favorite rooms). Overall, this room is fantastic. Great rates, great set design and great owners. Absolutely one of the best uses of an hour of your time. Lastly, the only complaint with this entire operation, is that there is only the one room. Which is really just me saying I'm sorry I can't throw more money at them. Talking with Mark, he said that two more rooms are under construction. I cannot wait to come back and try them out as well! read more

This was seriously the most fun I've had in a very long time. The amount of thought and creativity put into this room is seriously out of this world. I am afraid no one else can possibly touch the level of creativity these owners have. For my first time at an escape room I should have started at a place that wasn't so detail oriented, suspenseful and intriguing because I truly don't think I will ever have the same level of experience anywhere else. We have visited Most of the escape rooms in the Reno area and have done some in other states, and this was far the best one we have done. From the moment you walk into the lobby the atmosphere is set. This is a must do escape room and by far the best one in Reno area! No feeling like it's a thrown together room a real passion has gone into this. I love how they deliver clues, and no do not touch stickers all over or silly warnings before hand because well this room was built to immerse you into the theme. Last night my friends and I came to Keystone Escape Games for a fun birthday outing. I didn't know what to expect since I had never been to an escape room. Let me tell you! Last night was the most fun I have had in a longgg time. My group was amazing and we finished the room with 12 minutes to spare. Not that is wasn't challenging because it was! The owners are very nice and down to earth , the location they chose was perfect you have to walk down to the bottom floor so to me it felt like as soon as you walk through the door your in an eerie dungeon but not scary its kid friendly which is a plus.
