I will tell my experience very brief! so yesterday I called KFC and asked if they have delivery! (they did) I ordered my food and waited for an hour, then called again to ask what happened to my order, guess what they said?? "we don't deliver to this address", I asked to talk to the manager and told her that they could've called me back since they asked for my number while taking the order. She refused it! but finally said that she'll send the food with someone riding a bike but it will take almost an hour (the KFC is only 20 min far walking! imagine riding a bike!) after an hour I called again and they said he just left and he will be there in 10 min cuz hes driving a car! but he wasn't here even after 30 min. I called again a man talked to me and hung up the phone! I talked to more than 5 different people each time I called and each of them lied to me about the delivery and said different things! If I could give below 0 review , I would. I placed an order at 6:58 and was told I would receive the order by 7:35, 7:45pm and I then get a text saying that my order was delayed until 7:55, 8:05. I finally got through by phone only to be told they cancelled my order without any notification. I also got people passing the phone back and forth to different people saying they were the manager who you couldn't even understand what they were saying. I've ordered through seamless.com, the food came after ONE AND A HALF HOUR which is unbelievable and the Pepsi I ordered was poured inside the plastic bag. So 48 dollars for one a half hour lateness and a poured Pepsi... Good work KFC. read more

I went here about a week ago as I was craving trashy chicken. I figured that, this being KFC, I could get just that, and quickly. Upon arriving the place was quite empty with only a couple people ahead of me in line. But it took at least 10 minutes for the staff to get around to helping me (note that I don't say "taking my order"), despite the fact that there were three people behind the counter. One of these guys appeared to be a manager who had absolutely no clue what was going on. He shuffled around berating his employees while trying to manage two or three other menial issues, which had the consequent effect of tying up his entire staff. Throughout all of this I hardly even got a glance as acknowledgement. I only waited because the woman in front of me appeared to be sorting something out with them, although the staff looked utterly incompetent (don't ask me how this is possible at a fast food joint). Finally the manager got around to asking me what I wanted (again, after at least 10 minutes), but right as I was giving him my order his delivery boy came in with a receipt. Without a word the manager immediately turned away from me and began talking to the delivery boy, right in the middle of me ordering. By this point I was so fed up that I just said "forget it" and walked out. I feel silly writing a review for a KFC (or fast food joint in general), but the service was so far below acceptable that I had to. The staff is absolutely incompetent and impolite. I walk in and ask for the 10 piece special ..the cashier says that they no longer have that special. So I say ok let me have the 20 dollar fill up ..but can I replace the mash with something else .it's comes with 2 mash potatoes ..she says yes but for more money ..i say fine leave the mash .then I ask if I can replace the coleslaw .she says yes but for more money ..WTF...But I can replace it with another mash. Great service. Delivery is usually 30 minute wait period. Surprisingly their always ahead of time that's a plus. I usually order the same family meal all the time lol which is boneless crispy chicken 4 large sides biscuits and chocolate cake. Count your chicken before you leave, seriously. The store was empty and two people were on line so I don't see why a simple order of chicken only got messed up. The place wasn't busy. I ordered 6 pieces, only got 5 plus the chicken had been sitting a while because it was so dry or maybe it was halal, either way it would have been nice to have gotten the 6 I paid for. I specifically went to kfc to avoid dry chicken. I've never got a bad order of chicken ever from kfc until this visit. I really hate to bash a family owned spot but you gotta get the basics right at least. read more

Love the consistency on their chicken. I stopped going KFC because of their inconsistency and their chicken is dark brown and soggy. But when I went to this location, their chicken was actually golden brown. It was so crispy, you can hear the crunch! The place was very clean and they keep it consistent. read more

First time I figured ok they're new cut them some slack but now ........Second time Ok, Seriously now I am fuming. I walk in ask for a 12 pc crispy (No thy, extra breasts) meal with mashed potatoes, mac & cheese & cole slaw. I pay and the manager tells me you're order will be right up (Okay). After 15 minutes i ask whats taking so long people who came before me got their orders already he tells me the chicken is being made because they didn't have ready (fine whatever) I wait another 20 minutes and ask why is it taking so long he goes in the back comes back to the register and tells me he ran out of crispy chicken breast and they only 3 have original. Fine I say just substitute it with the original. He goes back to the kitchen and now im looking at 4 people watching the screen where the orders show. They talk and he comes back to me and tells they dont have crispy breast just 2 original (NOW IT JUST GOT SERIOUS). Seriously how the hell can you run out of freaken CHICKEN if all you sell is CHICKEN. After screaming and asking why the hell would he have me waiting for almost an hour for chicken and finally not getting what I asked for. I must say that this place is absolutly clean and amazing. I am a regular customer i go there almost every week. The grriled chicken over here is amazing. What i really disliek is the bathrooms. Even though the entire place is clean and maintained the bathroom are mostly very dirty. Nonetheless the food is amazing everything is done on time. You get great customer service. One of the girls that work there is "Mahnaj" She's been working there for years now. Once you get to know her she is amazing. Treats you with quit good customer service. Another thing i love about this place is that the fried and the grilled chicken is Halal another reason why i go here. Even though i am not a big fan of the side dishes they have however try the coleslaw. Its fresh and really good. I suggest you go here if you don't have allot of money its very cheap as well. The price is pretty reliable as well. All over everything is amazing except the bathrooms. read more

it's finger licking good or maybe not buts it's still my guilty pleasure. this kfc is on crowded steinway area in astoria queens .they do delivery in area which i had no clue that kfc delivers but in the times we live in now i guess nothing surprises me any more. ok the place is clean inside from what i can see and they have all the typical kfc menu items including the daily deals . the 3 folks behind the counter and the 2 dudes in the back getting the food ready look really busy getting orders of food together . i try to stay away from fried food and the grilled kfc chicken did not really do it for me so it's the colonel 's original chicken (3 pieces of white meat chicken breast) a biscuit with 2 sides. of beans and corn with a large diet pepsi and grab a table and time to get busy. what can i say but it's finger licking good but i don't really lick me digits i just like saying it as a goof. the chicken was ok but as in any other fast food joint they put to much damn salt which i dislike but i still munched it all down. i took home a large mash and gravy cause beside the chicken it's my second favorite food at kfc. overall it's 3 stars for the chicken and the service , now maybe i should walk back to manhattan to burn all these calories away . read more
