In a nutshell, even though the customer service wasn't overly friendly, the chicken more than made up for it. Both my hubby and I felt like it was the best chicken we'd had in a long time. The cook was perfect, chicken juicy and tender. The breading wasn't thick, quite thin actually, and full of flavor. No sauces needed, we just enjoyed the chicken...and I'm generally a major dipping saucer. Add to the wonderful chicken some hand cut fries, cooked well (although I like mine a bit crunchier). Both sixes of wings were well prepared and quite tasty but were also (over)loaded with sauce. I normally expect jerk wings to be dry. The Korean wings were not so much 'sticky' as drowned in sauce. Frankly, the flavors were similar. Prices are high but that's what you have to expect these days in Bend. The wings are not small as some have suggested. Fairly normal sized, I'd say.
