    Horchata Boba

The atmosphere of the restaurant was super cool! It's all decorated with godzilla. The service was super helpful and nice, and were patient with us when ordering and explaining the different types of ramen broths. The horchata boba is amazing, and the gyozas are crispy. The miso soup was really good, however the tonkatsu ramen broth tasted like freezer burn and the meat was full of fat and chewy.

Since I still had a craving for ramen after my Yamatani experience (they don't have ramen - though everything else was perfect) I drove across town to squash the craving. Well worth the drive. Small ramen / poke / sushi restaurant with about 7 tables - seemed to be a lot of to go service. With the size, line going through the tables, fill your own water and bus your own table, there was enough disorganization it reminded me of a ramen bar in Japan. Japan is not disorganized, just as gaijin we have trouble processing their ultra-organized chaos. I went with the Gojiramen - spicy miso broth with pork. Miso broth was very well balanced with just the right amount of spice paste. All accompaniments went very well in the ramen with a nice amount of noodles and sprouts. Very well made bowl of ramen. My coworker had the Black Garlic and said it also had a nice flavor with a good amount of garlic. She also had the gyoza which looked as amazing as she said they tasted. Upset I didn't get offered one or order my own. Great stop if you're looking for a nice bowl of ramen on a cool winters night. Everything else looked amazing as well. What they give up in table service they definitely make up in flavor.

We came here for dinner. There was plenty of parking available. The interior decor was very nice and welcoming. Service was very good and sociable. We ordered the Eel Avocado Roll, California Roll, Salmon Nigiri, and Horchata and Strawberry Boba. The sushi was good and it was filling. The drinks were cold and refreshing, but they were so expensive at $8 each! Overall, a good meal.

The only Asian restaurant around, but not one to be seen. There's a bunch of Godzilla posters and figurines in the restaurant, which is pretty cool. Small restaurant with an open kitchen. - Takoyaki 2.1/5 Crispy on the outside, one small piece of octopus. It was ok. - Tonkatsu Ramen & Spicy Tuna Roll Combo 1.6/5 The tonkatsu broth is not that great, and the spicy tuna is below average... - Rainbow Roll 1.8/5 It was ok. The pieces of fish on top weren't as fresh. California roll was ok. - Eel Tamaki (Handroll) 4.1/5 Pretty good Handroll. They give a big piece of eel. ELL is solid. Free parking in lot

I've been to several places to eat ramen, and I can say I have a lot of experience with ramen. This place really had me a little surprised. It was a spot in the middle of nowhere, on our way from Reno to Los Angeles, and it ended up being a really good place. The service is excellent. The ramen came in a plastic bowl, and the water cups were foam cups. They have their station where you serve yourself water and grab napkins. But the waiter was always checking if everything was good. The flavor was good. I don't have any problem with that. The egg was original, ramen-style egg, ajitsuke tamago. The pork was two good pieces, and with good garlic, bamboo, ginger, and a little chopped onion. More or less like that. The plate costs around $18.50, but definitely the portions were generous. I was very satisfied, and everything was delicious. Excellent service.

Came here because of the good reviews But from someone coming from SoCal and is used good ramen. The tonkatsu ramen was a bit disappointing. There's no richness in the broth. It tasted watered down. The karaage was also a let down for us. 2 stars for the fast service. We do like the interior and the decorations at the place

I like this place. It's really good food. The all you can eat in the evening is a good deal if you are really hungry, otherwise I think their ramen dishes are as good as you'll get anywhere. Good food. Good service.

Nothing like a real bowl of ramen, very disappointed

I came here because of the good reviews. I was wrong and very disappointed. We ordered tonkotsu ramen. The soup was super bland, no pork bone broth flavor at all. The powder package of my instant ramen noodles at home has more flavor than their broth. The bean sprouts were super crunchy. The char siu tasted nothing like char siu. Did I say it was $18 each??!!!! Totally not worth it. I would not recommend at all. Run! Don't be fooled by the theme and decoration.

New favorite Restaurant in Bishop! We all loved everything we got! Rolls were much better than Ramen We ordered: Salmon Special Lemon Roll Tonkatsu Ramen Chicken Karaage Gyoza You MUST get the Karaage. It was the star of the night! Pork gyoza here are better than the ones at Yamitami (popular Japanese spot down the street) Rolls were great! I'd come back for those alone. The dine in special with the bowl and add on of a roll was great. It boggles my mind that the addition of a full sized roll is so cheap! The ramen was good - but could've used a bit more flavor in my opinion. Not the best sushi spot in the world - but definitely the best in Bishop! Staff are super nice and friendly!

Solid 4.5+ On a whim, looking for anything still open, I was ecstatic to see a sushi spot in town. Around 8pm, there were just a few people dining. A decent size menu, wonderful service and great location...it couldn't have been more ideal. I ordered the Salmon special which was a little to salty...maybe it was the soy sauce?? Everything else we tried was enjoyable. Prices were a little high, but not bad for the location and quality. Nice interior with seats spread out. Easy to park in front of restaurant.

Pretty good for the area. Actually liked their rolls more than the ramen. The rolls are a decent size and stuffed. The tonkotsu ramen wasn't bad but a bit too salty with the broth for my liking. Still a very good portion and I appreciate they have a bunch of toppings like the bamboo shoots. Overall a good food stop conveniently on the 395.

My husband got the chicken pho which was perfect and nourishing as he is recovering from surgery. My 2 year old loved the chicken from his pho and the pork and veggie dumplings. My picky little girl finished the plate! I was so relieved that she ate after a long day in the car. My 5 year old got the kids bowl with beef broth/rice noodles/BBQ pork and he kept commenting the whole time about how delicious everything was. He wanted a to go box to bring it back to the hotel. And my braised beef pho hit juuuust right. The service was great. Our server--I didn't catch his name!--was so patient and attentive. Everyone was very kind. Thank you, Noodle-Ly, for the perfect dinner for our night in Mammoth. My son is already talking about "the next time we go back there"!

They have a good-sized, pleasant space and had plenty of seating when we stopped by. The hubby and I both got the veggie noodle soup, but I had it with egg noodles (instead of default rice noodles) and added shrimp, which made it significantly more expensive. I get it, mountain prices, but not sure if that was worth it. The standard veggie noodle soup, while tasty, could have really used a bit more veggie's--it was basically a few thin slices of tofu, some mushrooms and a whole lot of cilantro. We were really hungry so were hoping to supplement the soups with a little something more, but they had only one appetizer, and it had meat. I think they're missing out on some additional sales by not offering at least one other vegetarian appetizer. Overall just ok for us.

Half of the space functions as a market selling fresh produce, snacks, and essentials. The other half is a fast casual set up where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. I felt like the ratio was a little bean heavy, but I didn't mind because the beans had plenty of flavor. The carne asada tacos were quite good as well. The meat had a nice char and the tacos are generously heaped with carne. I think the most surprising element of Crearee is their outdoor dining space. The restaurant is located off the road parallel to the main drag in Bishop. The patio area has plenty of seating with ambient music playing in the background. Staff who can speak knowledgeably about spice levels, broth richness, and noodle firmness (kata, futsu, yawa) signal a place that trains its front-of-house as carefully as its kitchen. Ambience Ramen Hayashi's ambience works best when it embraces restraint: counter seating facing an open kitchen, warm low lighting, the percussive rhythm of bowls and ladles doing more for atmosphere than any playlist could. We both agreed the broth wasn't as hot as we'd like and could use just a touch more flavor. Both were okay, but I preferred my broth more. I wish I paid attention to the fact that mine came with THIN noods though... I feel like I would've enjoyed my dish way more with thick noodles. To be honest, I should have done the build-your-own Ramen and selected everything I wanted myself... now I know. You live and you learn. The Wontons were good but we didn't eat much of it, as it came out the same time as the ramen. Once the ramen was served, our main focus was on that and that filled us up! Packed the rest to go. For this being our first time, it wasn't bad but it didn't wow us. If I'm being honest, so far-- the best Ramen we've ever had was in a small little shop we found while in Thailand back in March (yup, Thailand!). Unfair to this rating maybe? But-- every ramen I try will be compared to that now (sorry, it was THAT good). Until next time, which there will be a next time (just unsure how soon that will be)... they get a middle placement.

I mainly came for the brisket and to avoid going to a chain restaurant and to get a taste of what Hanford, CA has to offer. I already reviewed Holy Smokes BBQ which was pretty good and hopefully they'll have even more options in the future. Here I'll focus on the more Asian menu. I was tempted to order ramen and if I do come back, I'd go for the tonkotsu ramen or the spicy brisket. We instead ordered shrimp tempura, pork buns and a bunch of slushies. Shrimp tempura was pretty standard, but my dad enjoyed it. The buns were pretty good. They had more soup inside than I expected so mine fell apart. We also really enjoyed the slushies. I'm pretty sure they're artificial or from concentrate. We had strawberry, two passionfruit (which had the pulpy seeds, and honeydew. I've been on a lilikoi(passionfruit) binge since my Hawaii trip three years ago and lately I've been getting lame drinks from Taco Bell always hoping against the impossible. The slushie wasn't the best ever, but it's so much better than fast food chains. And actually the honeydew tasted like honeydew and might have been more refreshing. What I would like to see in the future is something else for the dishes. While it makes sense to have food served in styrofoam and plastic dishes...it's not environmentally friendly. Sugarcane is an option that is compostable and becoming more common. Or since we came for table service, maybe some actual plates that can add to the ambiance. If you order ramen you do get a non-disposable bowl of some sort and the buns were served in a traditional bamboo steamer. But it would have been cooler if the brisket was served on a slab of wood. Or a metal tray. The owner was very friendly and it's clearly a family-owned, family-operated restaurant. I'd recommend checking this out for a group that enjoys America - where else can you order tempura shrimp, pork buns, brisket, and a side of mac 'n' cheese? I want some Asian-fusion coleslaw! Disney has an Asian-fusion coleslaw with sambal chili that is pretty darn good.
