Usually don't have an issue but the lady running the register right about now (3pm 06/20/23) was nice and happy to the old guy before me and then developed a negativity toward me. We used the KFC app because it seems they fill it before the in-person orders, and when we got there the does were open but the kitchen was still closed from the night before...this happened at "noon on a Saturday" ...no food at all..none..! The three employees were sitting at the front door, apparently just to argue with everyone that came in...rather than locking the door. They wouldn't help with a refund, or give instructions for getting one..the response was "that's not my problem, that's your problem!" Went in to grab my daughter and I some lunch. I walk in There was a lady on the phone talking and asked immediately asked me if I was picking up an order. I said no I want to place an order at the . She then states "that the lobby area is closed" I said "What I can't order at the register and eat it in my car? She then calls out the guys 's name in the prepping area. I'm still standing there looking over the menu. And the guy asks " do you have a pick up? ," no im wanting to place an order here " he says Well this area here is closed and that I needed to to go through the drive though Or order through the app. ( I don't have the app I rarely eat here) " I said. I didn't like the drive-thru and that I couldn't go through the drive through due to my disability this is easier for me to order . ( I have a speech impediment). He then says something in the effector "have a nice day" In voice that was very condescending way. I leave. I walk out. And a few minutes later . My daughter and I walk back in to try and get his name. So I could call the franchise and make a complaint. I will be filling a complaint. A person who has a disability shouldn't be treated this way!!! I don't see the gentleman. I ask the girl who I spoke to earlier who was still there by the table. I ask what is his name ? She looks at me like and says ask him. And is looking at me like an idiot. I ask again. She doesn't answer me. I walk over to the counter and ask him what his name is. He doesn't respond. And is literally talking very loudly at me by saying " watch out for your daughter you about about knocked her over. How dare I?" Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and no response then decided to go in. Another customer walked in after me. Nobody was in the front so the other customer called out after we had stood there several min. My goodness this place is unsafe and not acceptable for kids. I came there needed to get to an important business meeting in about 46 minutes when I got there they had no chicken! This is KFC "Kentucky Fried Chicken" with no chicken. I understand sometimes you can sell out, but my husband had been and he said they had no chicken either, that is unacceptable. That is not even the WORST part! I came in and there was a worker I think his name was Kevin or something, he looked me up and down and winked had me, mind you I have two kids with me. I've had back surgery, and not immobilized, but it is painful to get around much. I decided I give KFC Delivery a try, and it worked great. It came from the Cedar Bluff KFC and the chicken was fresh and extra crispy. I told them I would wait longer, if necessary, for fresh extra crispy, and that's what they delivered. The GPS tracking was right on the mark, and the chicken was delivered about 1/2 hour earlier. Very pleased with the first experience. read more

This place is absolutely the worst place I've ever been. While waiting at the drive thu, a pedestrian walked up to the window and ordered. This issue really should be addressed as it's an unsafe and completely unfair to customers that are waiting in their vehicles . After finally getting to the window to place our order the only chicken they had available was mushy and from the bottom of the fryer. The chicken was swimming in grease and the pieces were unrecognizable. Not only that, but they did not give us everything that we had ordered, (we didn't discovered that until we had gotten home). Every time I try to go to this location something goes wrong. I tried last night for a pick up order from the app the doors are locked the lights are on, I could not see anyone inside it was 8:50pm website states open until 11:00pm no one answers at the drive-thru. I canceled the order. Last time I tried to order at the drive-thru it was 7:00pm a couple months ago and no one answered again drove to the window someone inside saw me and said were closed. No sign no reason why they close so early. Corporate needs to close this location and maybe reopen after hiring all new staff. They are paying people to do absolutely nothing and they lock the doors everyday even though the app allows for pick up inside and they close whenever they see fit? Just close down this location it's an absolute waste for all! read more

Forgot our receipt which was necessary to complete our Postmates order. When circled back to the window to receive a receipt, the server was incredibly rude and did not apologize once for costing us time which in turn means costing money when working for Postmates.
