This place is a joke and the owner should be ashamed of the way their establishment is kept and the lack of quality of their employees. When is it ever OK to ask a customer if it is "OK to owe them" change because you didn't want to break open a new coin roll? Never the last time I checked. Plus it does not help when their ghetto coworker is currently not working but just hanging out and distracting the currently working employees from their tasks at hand. Bad location... just keep driving.... I stopped by here (saturday 2pm) to grab some chicken and a $2 taco bell meal deal. I love the cheap eats. About 8 people standing in line... the drive thru seemed to be moving, but it took forever (for me) to get to the end of that line....like about ten minutes... finally placed my order to the none too friendly staff and sneaked away to go wash my hands quickly... dirty restroom with NO PAPER TOWELS!!! I had to wipe my hands on my shirt and use my sleeve to open the door. Rest of the restaurant was not very clean. By time I got out of restroom the manager (I guess) was bellowing out my order number... I went up and noticed my drink cup was not there...I asked where it was.. and he looked at me like I was from another drink.... "my drink cup? I had a drink on my order"... he gives me another scowl and bellows "WHAT??"... 'I had a $2 meal deal which includes a drink... I did not get my cup for my drink".. He finally gets me a cup and plops it down. I got my drink and tried to sit down and eat. In between the loud sounds in the kitchen and the manager bellowing out numbers I attempted to eat my chicken.... Now I had asked the lady specifically to have them give me hot chicken... I hate when they give you the stuff that had been sitting there... what do you think they gave me? thats right... lukewarm chicken... should have known it was bad when they took my receipt away when they gave me my food (they want it so they can 'check' your number to see if its yours).. my experience is... that when they do that... the food is going to be shit.... that way... you dont have your proof of purchase to complain... yeah I know I can write KFC and complain and be getting free food.... but I'm just so sick of that shit... why cant these assholes do things right the first time??? I am a senior citizen and I eat with a group of friends every Monday night at Taco Bell / KFC for the past 4 months. We love it there. All the staff greet you with a courteous and welcoming smile - the restaurant and restroom is kept clean - the food is served quickly and hot - the price is right - not noisy. Can only say good things - I am referring to KFC Store # E791008 on Lincoln Blvd, Westchester. I don't know, and therefore cannot comment, about the other branches. I usually love KFC. Walked into this KFC/Taco Bell and tried something new. Ordered the "Original Recipe Boneless Chicken" ($4.99). It sucked. Way too much pepper in the breading. Tastes nothing like original recipe. Obviously whomever came up with this meal didn't try it before serving it to the public. Speaking of sucked the women at the counter was not at all happy to be working at KFC. (It was a beautiful LA day) She radiated a "please leave me alone" ambiance. This is a homage to all KFC and Taco Bells out there cause I can't yelp every one I go into but when you get 2 for the price of one, well that's just rocking awesome! I love that I can get my mac and cheese and my burrito supreme on in one place. Anyhow I stop in here on my way home from work. And yeah, every once in a while they forget the extra cheese or sour cream or get my drink wrong but I can't complain cause on a whole they always get me what I am craving. I really love the fiesta potatoes and the KFC bowls. I lost my wallet here & I know for a fact I did, so I called this KFC trying to get help & I had to call about 15 times to get someone to even answer me & once someone did, I kindly asked about the wallet, they said nobody had turned a wallet in & so I kindly asked if the person on the phone could just go check the lobby quickly for me. I then got hung up on & blocked because it was going straight to voicemail after that. I called off of a different phone & I began the call with "Hi I just called about my missing wallet & it seems as though I got hung up on multiple times." She was monotone, spoke too fast, didn't smile & seemed very unhappy to be there. She gave me my food to-go even though she asked & I said it was dine-in. I had to pay extra to get a soda, and the cashier didn't seem to care whether I was happy about that or not. My best friend and I went here for lunch the other day and we were so disgusted at how filthy and unkempt it was, we ordered food and had to leave as soon as possible. It was a Saturday afternoon but for some reason there were about 12 kids inside loitering who were screaming, yelling, laughing and disturbing the place so loudly that I could not hear my friend talk right next to me. There was garbage all over the floor, garbage cans that were overflowing and skateboards in the middle of all the aisles that were tripping people. I literally had to kick one out of my way just to get to the exit. There's no possible way to get napkins, utensils, sauces or anything else unless you go back up to the register where one poor employee was stuck there working by herself with what looked like only one cook in the back. Every table had food crusted on it and the quality of the food itself was not edible. I wouldn't have said that to my dog. And I especially would not have fed that to my dog in a dirty bowl on a dirty floor and surrounded him by a bunch of screaming teenagers. read more
