Slowest frive through ive ever been in. Only 2 cars ahead of me 20 min and Im still sitting here.

Do not order Taco Bell from here they are stating to put less meat in their items i.e. burritos and more Guacamole and Sour Cream "filler" items! This is a very short term strategy and when you step over dollars to pick up penny's it's customer who lose! Great location but starting to take advantage of the customer go to Benny's and get more for your money! read more

KFC had no chicken!!! Last night my husband waiting in a car line with tons of cars in front of him and about 10 behind him for 30 min. to get to the window to be told they were out of chicken. He had placed the online order about 2 hours before and prepaid. This is horrible!!! Never again. The last 2 times they were out of extra crispy but this time never at all. FYI Vons and Ralphs have great friend chicken for less than a third of the price and they make it in house. read more

I wish I could leave no stars!!! We are from out of town and decided to eat here because they were close to our hotel. The lady who was putting the food together and calling out numbers was beyond rude!!!! My 3 year old spilt her water and we my husband asked for a towel to clean up and she refused and said you can have a napkin and literally handed him ONE napkin!!! And he said I need more water is all over the table and she said I ALREADY GAVE YOU A NAPKIN! So I had to go in the bathroom get toilet paper and finally the guy taking the orders came and cleaned it. With no help from her. Then when our food was ready I asked for plates and she gave me one I asked for another and she said use the one I gave you. That should be enough. And would not give me another plate. The issue here is the service. Every time I've been (and only because of a fried chicken craving), I've stood in front of the cash register, ready to order, and the staff doesn't even acknowledge my existence as they slowly get other orders ready, almost as if they're forcing themselves to stare at the chicken and only the chicken as they're picking through different pieces and pretend customers aren't waiting in line. After finally ordering a Crispy 6 piece meal, I get to the window and they are out of half crispy. I could wait 21 minutes or get original instead. Of course, I agreed to get original with the potato wedges and 3 biscuits. Shocking how much such a small order costs now-a-days. I hurried home only to find the 3 pieces of crispy were caked in batter, cold, and too salty in spots to even eat. The original was almost like real fried chicken. Almost. We finally did it! After seeing the media and YELP blitz on the Double Down, we went and tried the monsta! We did this right - the fried Double Down, not the grilled Double Down! I don't generally like fast food. I enjoy In N Out Burger and that's about it. McDonald's scares me and I haven't been to a Burger King since I was 9 and Jack in the Box is only good when you're drunk. But if you are ready, I mean REALLY ready to throw caution to the wind and get some healthfully-HORRIFIC fast food grub on, I can direct you to no better place than the KFC/Taco Bell. The parking lot is decent-sized. Lines move quickly. They give you tons of hot sauce. You can stumble over from Fireside. I've never gotten sick from eating here. Where to start... Hmm. I'll keep it as concise as possible. 1. The wait was way too long. They were understaffed (1 cashier who multitasked as a preparer, for the whole store, at 7-ish pm). At least 1 person walked out. Didnt' time the wait, but possibly over 10 minutes. 2. Tables, seats, overall restaurant was dirty. None of the staff cleans up the tables (patrons did, but there were still crumbs on most tables). 3. Everything was TOO salty!!! Both original recipe & wedges were extremely salty. So salty that I didn't even eat the skin (my favorite part). 4. Oil in fryer was "recycled" too many times. I'm not an expert, but I could've sworn the food tasted like they've been deep fried heavily recycled oil. I know restaurants don't change their oil in the fryer everyday, but this was over-"recycled". 5. They gave me the wrong side order (gave me mashed potato instead of the coleslaw that I asked for). They redeemed themselves by giving me the coleslaw, BUT... 6. (The deal breaker) - I found a HAIR in my coleslaw. I'm definitely not going back to this particular KFC. But I have no idea what happened to the mashed potatoes and gravy. For some reason it is now a small ice cream scoop in a bowl swimming and gravy. The food eating area is open until 11, which is cool if you want to make a quick walk. The drive through is open until 12, which is sad because I usually only want this food after that hour. Only gripe... what happened to the Taco Bell fire sauce? This location doesn't have it anymore so I have to settle for plain hot sauce. LAME. BTW a delicious tip... A life filled with regret. Sometimes you want something finger lickin' good. If so, don't come here. We walked in and ordered the 8 piece + 10 popper meal deal. It's a good deal for the price. $19.99 for 8 pieces, 10 poppers, 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. We did half original and half crispy. Mmmm...delicious! Took only 5 minutes to complete the order! That's pretty much where this place earned its stars. Everything after that was a mess. When we reached the car, it was time to snack on some poppers! But alas...they weren't in the bag! Ugh! I went back to Tomas, the guy that was putting all the orders together. I asked about the poppers and after scrolling through some order histories, he says "Oh, yeah. Hold up man." Then he gets them together and hands them to me without another word. No "Sorry about that sir" or "I apologize for absently forgetting the only responsibility I currently have in this establishment." I begin to wonder about the accuracy of the rest of my order so I ask him, "Is everything else in my order correct or should I count the pieces of chicken too?" I admit, I had a little swag since Tomas lacked customer service. He says "It's all in there man." We'll see about that. Got home and obviously...7 pieces of chicken, not 8!!! Seriously?! And all of them were crispy, not a single original recipe. Oh Tomas...you gave terrible customer service. Well this location has both KFC and Taco Bell co-located together and also an A rating from the County Heath Department. Unfortunately my experience went downhill from there. I didn't come here to eat healthy...just give me some Kentucky Fried Chicken dammit. I asked for half of the order for eight pieces of chicken to be original recipe and the other half crispy. How hard could that be? They were not busy at all with only one order ahead of mine. They got the original recipe part right but the other half turned out to be their grilled chicken. I felt I got cheated. I never tried their grilled chicken before but sadly it doesn't live up to all the marketing hype...it's not flavorful at all. The person in the car waits and nobody answers and they leave. I pull up to the speaker and shortly after 3 employees come out and say they are closed. What a terrible KFC, and it takes a lot for me to say that. I ordered a popcorn chicken combo, but not before getting skipped in line by some rude high school kids. The Cashier seemed to appear helpless to control the line. Anyway, the fountain is outside the counter so at least we get refills when we want, but the Popcorn chicken was hard and too crunchy, like it was dry. The potato wedges...no bueno as well. Not worth it! Always a long wait for food. When we pulled up it was after hours but the drive-through was still open. Why do we see an employee taking his time sweeping the floor? You don't sweep the floor when you have a long line of cars in the drive through. We ordered wings and they said it would be a 10 minute wait. I asked myself isn't their specialty chicken and they don't have it already made? That's why I come to fast food places. Well, they we park to the side and wait for our food. It's been 15 minutes and we knock on the door to get their attention and they forgot our order!! What in the world! This is seriously the worst service. Every other time we have been there, they take forever to cook/reheat the food. Either they need to get new employees or they need to make the kitchen more effiecient. Come on KFC! read more

This is probably the worse taco bell/kfc I've ever been to. Put my order in clarified my order to the drive through attendant. Said I wanted 2 potato wedges and she gave me my total. Got to the window, handed the bag to me and I checked to make sure. Only 1 wedges in the bag and I said that I should have one more. She says I only said one when she asked me, and I CLEARLY said 2. She said we cannot ring any items at the window to rectify HER mistake. How hard is it to correct your own mistake. How is it my problem you could not hear through your own headphones. I'm giving this 3 stars because I love KFC food. I can't give it 5 stars because I was missing items when ordering for delivery. I was missing an entire side order of mash potatoes on one occasion and missing the gravy on another occasion. We all know how important it is to have your side orders at KFC. It's a tradition. My issue with this store; they're open till midnight weekdays and 1:00am on weekends. They always run out of chicken at 10:30. Theyre a combination Kfc/Taco Bell. When you pull up to the drive thru the person behind the speaker advises "we dont have any more KFC we only have Taco Bell. This is the closest KFC to me & I sometimes go out of my way to get KFC chicken. However, on last Friday evening (10/22/2021) around 6 pm, I went through the crowded drive-thru and finally ordered my food: 6 pc hot wings & a Mountain Dew for my son & a 2 pc original meal (2 drums instead of drum & thigh). First the attendant asked me to move up but I couldn't because there was a car in front of me. When it was my turn they asked me to wait before pulling up. When I got my meal, I opened it to check & it was 2 thighs instead of 2 drumsticks. I told the attendant and she asked for the box back so I told her I touched the chicken so don't put it back. She told the man in the light blueish colored polo & he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He said it is 2 thighs. I said I know but ordered 2 drumsticks and repeated that I touched chicken. He took the 2 thighs & put them back with the rest of the chicken & put 2 drumsticks in my box. I complained that he put chicken that I already touched back and someone else would get those pieces & that was not sanitary. The attendant asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said yes. I truly believe the man who did this was the manager. I sat there and could see the young lady chatting with her peers. I was holding up the line. The manager never turned around and eventually took the 2 pieces off the warming tray & threw them in the trash. I left but knew that had I not complained someone else would have eaten the chicken I touched. read more

I watched a line of 15 cars at a standstill for 10 minutes while the employees hung out on a night shift. They lost 5 customers servicing 1 car. Absurd. The management must flat out not care. Went to this KFC last Sunday afternoon. I was in the drive-through, had already ordered and there was one car ahead of me and 2 cars behind me. Three boys, aged 12-13, walked in front of the car in front of me to the drive through window and placed orders. The employee took the orders and the boys stood at the drive through window until their order was ready (about 10 minutes) holding up the rest of the drive through line. This is unacceptable! The employee should have told the boys to go inside. Also, I have received the wrong order more than once at this location! I won't be going back! read more

The owners at this KFC location clearly does not care about the quality of food they bring to their customers. They don't care about properly training their employees. The food was disgusting! I got the spicy Cajun chicken strips and it was swimming in oil or whatever sauce they coat it with. I had to throw out the biscuits because it was soaked in the grease as well.
