Famous bowl with spicy chicken
Sho R.

I got a take out through drive through. It was not busy. The Famous bowl with spicy chicken was my favorite. Their new spicy chicken sandwich was also good. I like the Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich a little better though.

Tried the nuggets and was not surprised. Taste was so so and not very big portion. Would not order again anytime soon.

I have frequented this place a number of times. The ambiance feels like a relaxed authentic Mexican…read morerestaurant. They have a large menu with reasonable prices. I have tried burritos, tacos, and taco salads which have all been delicious and filling. The ingredients are fresh and the food is made to order. They also sell their own packaged bottles of habanero hot sauce that is very spicy and I add to all of my food. The meals come with chips and salsa. The parking lot can be hectic when its busy and it can be tough to find a parking spot but it is worth it.

We had the birria tacos, beef tacos, Al pastor tacos, the queso and chips and churros. All of the meals came with a little portion of salsa too which was perfect I will say the queso did not seem like it came from the restaurant, but instead like a velvety. Still enjoyable. The tacos were pretty cold when they arrived, but I don't fault the restaurant and the beef tacos were supposed to be crunchy, but again everything tasted perfect. The highlight of this order was for sure the churros. They were so delicious. Not warm at all but so so good. My friend who doesn't like churros and thinks they're dry, absolutely loved these because of the filling and the chewiness. Divine. I would come back just for those. And next time, I would eat in the restaurant itself as the delivery made everything a tad less fulfilling. All in all, I will be back. Thank you Three Amigos!!!

The ambiance was bright and lively (complete with a hearty crowd watching the England vs. France World Cup match), and our hostess was kind, welcoming, and sat us quickly with a smile. Our waitress was great. She noted to us that she was new and training, but you would have never known as she was extremely attentive, thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Our food arrived quickly, and each meal was cooked exactly as ordered. We had two Return of the Mac burgers - which were thoroughly enjoyed, a French Onion Soup that was delicious, a French Dip that was tremendous, a wonderful Southwest Salad, and I had the Teriyaki Bowl that was also outstanding. The price for our dinner for 6 was more than reasonable, and we received a great deal of value for the cost. Our waitress was also extremely helpful in helping us bag up our leftovers as most of our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, having filled up on popcorn at the movies. :) In all, a great experience....Service, value, food all combined to provide a great end to our family night. We will definitely return.

Everyone else got drinks and seemed very underwhelmed with them unfortunately. I got the smash burger with mushrooms and it satisfied my greasy bar food craving for sure! Came with some great sweet potato fries. I wouldn't say the burger was anything memorable, but it was a solid 3/5. Would I go back, out of my way, to eat there again? Nah. But it was a good last-minute stop for a quick bite. I do wish the hostess was friendlier when we entered, but it didn't make or break my experience

It definitely beat out KFC, PPEYE, and Bird Code in freshness was tender & crisp in all the right places. The service?!! Second to NONE! For fast food we've never been treated with better service straight to our table with courtesy and genuine favor. You'd have thought we were known or friends of the family. Staff were ALL busy taking orders, cooking, sweeping, cleaning! The Ambiance was air conditioned coolness, brightly entertaining w/ disco mirrored balls on ceiling, tables and chairs to accommodate all size parties (tidily clean not sticky) with high top to low top surrounded by LOCAL hero's on plaques who marked the area with their own success stories AND the story of "Raising Cane". LADIES!! Not to worry if you've had too much beverage! Restrooms are impeccably tidy and comfortably sized. Definitely not an afterthought. Check em' out and petition with me to help them get TIPS!! Especially since TIPS are not currently taxed! These folks work tirelessly and get after it in big ways for customers

Good chicken fingers, and nothing else…read more This location opened up just recently. Decided to give them a try and see how they compare. Servers are still very green, so a lot of them are still learning their role. The menu is simple. Chicken fingers, fries, sweet tea, and sauce. By keeping simple, they can really focus on doing those things correctly. The chicken was cooked well, and the caines sauce was creamy and slightly spicy. Price is pretty affordable. 6 fingers and two sauces coming out to 14 bucks. So not bad for the area. It's a specialty shop focused on chicken and chicken alone. It's good chicken, but if you want anything else you'll need to go someplace elsewhere

A stop on the way back to UCONN when I was a student there. The "go to" place after our kids' school events. Shortly after we moved to Manchester, over 38 years ago, the restaurant was closed for renovations. We were looking forward to seeing the revamped restaurant. Well, we were even more surprised when we stepped in the door - nothing had changed! Cleaner, perhaps new Naugahyde on the seats, but that mural on the wall was the same - those elves were timeless. When you sit down, you get a small paper cup of water. The menus are on the the wall - soups, sandwiches & ice cream. I'd always heard they had a patent on the way their cheeseburgers were made - a burger topped with crispy cheese. A must have. Prior to Covid, the condiments tray had ketchup, mustard & chopped onions. Now, there are packets of the condiments. No onions though. We shared an order of fries - crispy & good. I was too full to have ice cream after our meal, so we brought a half gallon (yes - a real half gallon) of our favorite flavor home - chocolate almond joy. Yum! Note - you need cash. No cards. There is an ATM in the restaurant.

Since it's a popular choice, expect crowds til late afternoon for lunch. I didn't notice their breakfast menu among those posted on the walls, but apparently it is served til 11am. As for lunch, the cole slaw is surprisingly superior to most if not all other diners/cafes. Though prices have increased with inflation, still a great value and more competitive than many other comparable places in the state. Furthermore, the consistent taste and nostalgic ambiance are all still intact. Main offerings are between-bread - i.e., sandwiches, so limited options if you have dietary restrictions like having to eat gluten-free (soups contain gluten; I didn't ask if any of the platters could be made GF though), but their iconic fried cheese is still available as an a la carte side. Ice cream flavors include seasonal highlights like pumpkin chocolate chip, and their shakes are generous and delicious. I recommend asking what additional flavors they have available that are not listed on the wall menu. If there are kids in your party, be sure to look out for the table placard with the Children's Menu; the kids in our group enjoyed the chicken platter which included fries, a drink, and 2 substantial breaded chicken fillets.
