This chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted very, very fresh -- no rancid oil taste-- just fresh and tasty. For fast food, KFC has always held a special place in my heart. I've eaten so much KFC cole slaw in my life that it's probably running through my veins in thick, creamy chunks. The only things I ever order at KFC are: hot wings, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes and gravy. Nothing else. The reason why I love the hot wings so much is that not many people order it much and I love going to KFC and ordering a fresh batch! When the hot wings are fresh, they are piping hot and sooooooooooooooooo succulent. I don't order any other chicken BC no chicken except the hot wings taste good. Fries are too peppery. At the spur of the moment we drove thru and ordered chicken wings. Having had them years ago and really liking them and ordering & taking them to parties I expected they would be great...like I remembered. These were without a doubt the absolute WORST wings we have ever had. It was as if the chicken was completely taken off the bones, the bones were dipped in tremendous amounts of batter and then fried...and then actually sold as chicken wings. Between paying $23 for a bucket of mixed chicken and sides and having to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare their signature item (original recipe) I am an extremely unhappy customer of both this location and KFC in general. 12:30 Saturday place empty. Half of tables still dirty. Chunks of mud all over floors along with trash. Restroom locked for 15 minutes and then employee comes out. You know what you are getting when you go to any KFC, but sometimes that's what my family wants. However, at least they could serve it up in a timely manner. I ordered online specifically to avoid having to wait. When the online ordering app gave me proposed pick up times, I even gave them extra time to get the order ready. Even so, once I got there not only was it not ready it took almost 25 more minutes after my arrival time. Somebody who ordered while I was waiting got their bucket of chicken before I got mine. What's the point of having proposed pick up times when you order online if the actual time is not even close. To top it off, when I got home and unpacked the food I discovered I did not even get everything that I ordered and paid for. What was not included however was small enough that it was certainly not worth driving all the way back and waiting God knows how long to get it fixed.Not sure if the problem is with the corporate online ordering mechanism, or if it is specifically with this location, it from the time I ordered to the time it was ready Was getting close to an hour! read more

Drive thru order. Ordered the chicken pot pie and was told it would be a 3 minute wait when I paid. They had me wait in a parking spot for my order, no problem. Ten minutes goes by and nothing. Fifteen minutes of waiting in my car and no one comes out with my order. I decided to walk in and asked them if my chicken pot pie order was ready. They forgot about me!! Not busy, no one else in the drive thru and no one at their counter inside. I told them how long I was waiting and since they forgot about me and I had to come in to get my order (and kids in the car), I wanted my order and my money back - all of $5.21. The manager, Philip Fross comes out and was very rude and acted like I inconvenienced him from whatever he was doing. He told me there was no way he could give me my money back without taking the food back also. There was zero he could do for his customer. I didn't even get the soda with the meal purchase, I got fountain water. This is absolutely horrible "non" service, management and should have been taken care of to the customer's benefit in this situation. Never again!! read more
