Went through the drive thru for chicken livers a=, a new menu item, they are the best livers ever. They Don't have an over powering liver taste and the breading seems to be the same a the chicken. Did not go inside so can't comment on the interior. The employees are nice and polite at the window. I hope all KFC's start serving fried livers. read more

Atrocious service!!! I placed a mobile order for pickup at 6:30 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:32 PM and let the manager know I was there for my order. Nothing was done to prepare my order for eight minutes, while the food sat prepared in the kitchen Staff was standing around doing absolutely nothing!!! Finally, my order was given to me, with no apology for being delayed. I will go to the KFC on South Kongs Hwy in the future, as I have never had a bad experience at that location!!! read more

DON'T GO! went to get family meal..the potatoes come slathered with gravy now and 1/2 the amount as there use to be. we asked for no wings, thighs instead. she gave us a breast instead and charged us extra! i called and spoke to the manager and now i can see what the problem is.. can't fix stupid! according to her, it was my fault. i ordered wrong or didn't tell her what i wanted. i will complain to corporate.. when your dealing with ignorance and mistakes, someone with 1/2 brain should be there to fix it.. well, not here! read more

I've been coming to this KFC for many years because it's close to we're I live. But the problem I have with it is it's extremely inconsistent with the quality, one day it's amazing and the next you'll get old and burnt chicken. They also don't pay attention to what you order and will throw whatever in the box unless your on good terms with the managers on duty. read more

I would give this a no star review if possible. Walked in on a Sunday while visiting the beach. Waited while my wife used the bathroom before attempting to order. When we went to order, they had an attitude with our dress and refused to serve us. My wife and sister were in two piece swimsuits that covers about the same as a tank top. They told us that they couldn't serve up due to health reasons. Come on this is a beach vacation area, and we had no issues anywhere else that we went. My sister walked back in to get a number for corporate, they told her then that they would take our order but we would have to leave with it. One of the employees were leaving and gave my sister an attitude on the way out. I would recommend not eating at this establishment!!!! read more

You order your food. They can't understand English. Out of our 4 orders one was right. They never gave you a receipt. I ordered a 2 piece big box with fries and coleslaw. I got a 2 piece box with mashed potatoes. I got ripped off. My son they added 3 extra sides and got charged for it. I did have his receipt. They never gave him but 2.00 back they owed him 4.39. 4 of us ordered food from KFC today. They got all four orders wrong. When we tried to reach out, they wouldn't pick up the phone. Reached out to DoorDash. Got a $15 credit but our meals cost $55. I had a sandwich 2 weeks ago !!! Wonderful thick tender nice !! Today a little after 12 noon the chicken so crispy not burnt and the fries so crispy almost inedible So sad after I gave such a great recommendation and all were disappointed I think they cooked ahead and then reheated . We were skeptical at first because of the reviews, but so glad we went! Amazing Service! Priscilla was the lady that took our order (which was a big order!) and she was so helpful and even figured out the best way for us to get the best deal. Super polite and very friendly. Food was great also and everyone was happy. Will definitely consider this location for dinner on our next beach trip! read more

Today was the last time I will ever eat at this KFC and it will probably be a long time before I eat at any other one as well. Go in for lunch 3 guest total we all order the 5 dollar fill ups with 3 chicken strips and two orders had potato wedges one had mash potatoes and gravy. 10 minutes after order was placed we got our chicken no sides// at 30 mins into the meal our sides came out. Now as I eat my chicken my chicken is RAW. Didnt even bother taking back up these guys are always slow and never seem to care. So from here on out I, and my family which consists of 3 adults and one teenager will be speaking with our wallets. No more with this KFC that never has enough food, is always dirty and seems to excel at being slow get any more of our money. read more

I have never had worse KFC mashed potatoes (tasted like cheap instant potatoes). Also, the chicken seemed devoid of herbs and spices. Forget about the secret recipe. I walk in with the family and first thing i smell is sewer. I walk up to the counter to order and its like they barely speak english. Had to repeat myself on everything. This has got to be the worst kfc in america. Every table dirty floors were nasty. I feel like i caught something just walking in the restroom. Sewer smell. Urinal wouldnt flush. My family and I came here after seeing the inside of Pizza Hut (whole 'nother story), coming in here was almost the same but l decided to give the food a chance as I was starving. We ordered and I went to find a seat. Now the service was excellent and you could tell our cashier actually cared, the presentation of the meal was mediocre and the taste was actually pretty great. But, the main point of this review is that the place could use a good mopping and some new decor. It's hard to eat even the most well prepared meal when the interior of the restaurant isn't well maintained. I say get your meal to go and eat in the comfort of your own clean space. read more

this kfc is the reason why i dont frequent this restaurant any more. we spent about 40 bucks getting a 16peice and added the popcorn chicken and cookies for 5 bucks more we didnt get the add on when we called about it the gm shareen or whatever her name was was rude. she offerd to replace the whole order and when we went to get the new order she had a problem remaking it. i will never spend money on this kfc again read more
