I ordered my food on their app. Went to the drive-through & was told I had to come inside to pick up my food? I told them I am not a delivery driver, the woman said all of the mobile orders have to be picked up inside & that there is a large sign saying so on the building (sorry, I wasn't staring at the side of your building as I drove my car!). I got inside, no one greeted me. I opened my food and they gave me five tiny ketchup packets for a 12-piece nugget meal, so I asked for some more ketchup. The woman who was condescending about the sign heard me and said "I already put ketchup in his bag!" So...inconvenient, condescending AND stingy with the ketchup...and apparently they also don't take cash...I won't be coming back here to buy anything :(. read more

Very average KFC. Drive through becomes slow during lunch/dinner time. Food usually comes out correct. There have been a few times I I have had to wait for them to make more of something (i.e. 5 minute wait for more pot pies). Overall- just what you would expect.
