Usually when I go the staff is pretty nice however they are quite slow but I just think that fast food has gotten a little slower over the years. Each time I order from there I always have something missing whether it's the sauce or an item and I never really comparing because I just think it was an accident. However this most recent time I went, I paid $22 plus tax for 8 chicken tenders and this is what I received. I was not happy in the slightest and they tasted just as awful as they looked. I attempted calling all that night and today (the next day) and nobody ever picks up the phones. I am hoping this will get somebody to reach out and if not, I would like you to be informed that this is the level of quality of food you will be receiving with their overpriced food. I now have $22 that just went in the garbage and will probably never come back to this location despite the convince. If I could give zero I would. I was supposed to have 8 pieces of all dark meat because I can't stand fried chicken breast. They gave me chicken breasts. I was supposed to have 3 sides, they changed me for 3 sides, and I only got two. When I call and ask for my 5.39 back, they say I have to drive over there and get the refund on my original payment method. Also, forgot to indicate that my order was supposed to be packed and ready to go at 6:40pm. They ended up giving it someone else then requesting all sorts of proof that we were the actual recipients of the food before they would replace it. Terrible service. I came in on my lunch break at work and it took them 15 before they took my order. I stood at the register and had to ask to be served before they did anything. They took forever to take my order and then had to get a manager to fix it. Don't recommend eating inside here, drive through seems to be their only concern. read more

Clean, friendly employees, nice remodeled interior with a lot of seating. Most people seem to come here for takeout or in the drive-thru. Easy to park. It's expensive to get enough food for a whole family, but our chicken was hot and crispy and delicious when we ate it at home. read more

Unfortunately this location isn't interested in your business. I was the only customer in the dining area. Employees were chatting in the kitchen. After about ten minutes I called out asking for assistance. No response. I start clapping my hands together and called out; again, no response. Frustrated I called out again, clapping my hands, and one of the employees turned and looked at me, clearly annoyed, and said they were busy. I interpreted that as them not wanting my business. I said "Well ok, goodbye. I'm leaving." And he responded "Goodbye." I'm amazed they are able to keep the lights on with that type of service. read more

Manager walks by and pulls fries from the fry tray and eats them and then they take time to get my order. They messed it up and then the food was dry. Never going there again. read more

We live 30 miles from the nearest KFC. My wife bought an eight piece bucket on 3/9/22 from the Milcreek, UT location and it was absolutely dried out. Seemed like it had been under heat lamps for days. Worst meal ever and it wasn't cheap. So disappointing. read more

Earlier this evening, I made the mistake of stopping at KFC to get dinner for myself and my wife. I entered the store, walking up to the counter, where one customer was already standing. I asked him if he had been helped and he replied, "No, it's been about five minutes" An employee named Hayden approached the register, asking "What can I do for you guys?" The gentleman ahead of me said he wanted the five dollar box. Hayden (the cashier) said, "Well, which one. We've got a bunch" Then, before he could reply, Hayden referenced a video game that was visible on the customers notebook, he had placed on the counter. Hayden then asked what level he was on and comparing the answer to the level his brother was on. As said customer attempted to order, Hayden continued to interrupt him with attempts at humor. Finally after another five minutes (approximately), he was able to pay for his order. Hayden walked away. Eventually he returned, asking if he could help me. I started placing my order, first saying I would like the $5 Fill up meal with chicken tenders. Hayden replied, "We raised the prices today and now they're $5000." I said, "Excuse me?" Laughing and still trying to be humorous, he again said, "They are five thousand dollars" Ignoring his attempt at entertaining me, I said, "I would also like 2 sides of green beans" Hayden said, "We're out of green beans. Do you want baked beans?" I said, "No. I'll take 4 sides of corn on the cob instead". He asked, "You want eight corns?" I said, "No, I want 4" Hayden then told me, "There are two pieces of corn in a side" Based upon his statement, I said, "Then I want 2 sides, or 4 pieces total" I went on to order 2 Chicken Littles, 2 biscuits and the drink that comes with the $5 Fill up was to be Sobe Life water. Hayden had me slide my card for payment, scribbled something on the receipt and walked away. The original customer ahead of me in line, returned to the counter and asked if he could get his drink while he waited for his order, now approximately five minutes since he placed his order. I asked Hayden if I could get my drink also? Looking over my receipt he replied, "You didn't order a drink" I said, "The $5 Fill up meal comes with a drink and I told you when I placed my order, I wanted Sobe Life water" Hayden paused, shrugged his shoulders and then grabbed a cup and tossed it into the air. He missed catching it and it fell to the floor. He picked it up and to his credit, grabbed a different cup and handed it to me. I went to the beverage dispenser, got my drink and continued to wait for my order. Hayden returned to the counter and looking in my direction, said, "Its gonna be six minutes for biscuits" As he turned to walk away, I replied, "Maybe in that time someone could cook some green beans" Approximately five minutes later, now twenty minutes from entering this location, Hayden returned to the register. Looking at the register, he said, "Your order is ready. I'll be right back" He walked away again, returning within a couple of minutes and sliding a bag across the counter toward me. I began removing the items from the bag in an attempt to verify the contents. There was only two corn on the cob, not four as I had ordered. At that point I waived a manager over, telling him that I was not happy and that I had items missing. I also told him I thought it was odd they were out of green beans. The manager said, "We're not out of green beans" Rather than getting the missing corn, I was given green beans. My wife and I eat at this location close to once a week. We get the same thing every time, to include the $5 Fill Up meal and despite it being advertised as including a cookie, it has been missed on the past five orders. And while it may seem petty, it was also missed on tonight's order, making it the sixth time I didn't get my damned cookie. Finally, the chicken tenders were the dried out equivalent to battered chicken jerky. And adding insult to injury, upon looking over my receipt for the order number, Hayden apparently also charged me for an additional beverage which was not requested, or received. read more
