I remember this place used to be a good place to eat. My get-go. But recently, the place has downgraded drastically. Everything from the music to the food has been bad. The cleanliness of the place has downgraded a lot. I cant even use the bathrooms because they're so dirty. The food is pretty bad too. The mashed potatoes are very lumpy and disgusting most of the time and the chicken is not very savoury. Would not recommend and will not be going here anytime soon. read more

I don't come to KFC very often. They're okay in a pinch. The grilled chicken is pretty good, but the pieces are kind of small. I came here the other night and got one of the $5.00 meals. Went to KFC the other day. The guy at the register was super helpful. Which is suprising in today's world. Most of the people could hardly give a rats ass. However, the people getting my order ready are... not very customer service oriented. They do give you a smile and your order. Your EXACT order. So, just a word of advice, be sure to count exactly how many utensils, plates, dipping sauce, napkins, etc that you need. Otherwise, like me half the group will be only happy. The other half.. Well they'll have to wipe their KFC smelling hands on their pants. This is the best KFC in the entire world. Every time I order they suggest a better combo for less money but w more food. One worker individually packed my food for my twins. He even cut my tender in half so the twins got equal portions. Go here. I'm in love w the staff. read more

It's KFC.. Nothing can go wrong. Went here for a quick fix, nothing beats the chicken. The only thing about this specific KFC it takes forever (20 or so minutes) and some of the cashiers are rude. read more

Slow and dumb. Only way it can be described. Always slow. Never had food ready. Never fully staffed.

The fact that I just spent $50 on fast food is insane. The customer service here is horrible. It took me 10 minutes standing at the counter with no one in front of me to have my order taken! The only thing is they gave me a free drink because my order was going to take long to put together. As soon as the lady would take an order she would run off and make the next person wait in line to be helped. The person behind me was so fed up they just left after waiting 10 minutes in line. They are obviously under staffed, or something. I didnt complain about their service, only because I didn't want them to serve me bad food. Ok I am a very busy mom and my children love chicken so every 1-2 weeks we get some chicken at KFC. Our thing is that we only like breasts and legs. So if we order we order like an 8 piece meal with 4 legs and 4 breasts and we pay the extra 80 cents for it. Now every location that we go to is great EXCEPT this one there one lady I think she is a manager there who is EXTREMELY RUDE! So I would ask for an 8 piece meal and exchange th thighs and other meats for legs and breasts. Well she ALWAYS says that they are out of legs and breasts and she is extrfemely RUDE about it. She did this multiple times so I decided to go inside to see if what she was saying was actually true. I went in and SURPRISE there were many legs and breasts. Keep in mind that I spend $40 every time I go there. She also gives me a hard time if I ask for BBQ sauce. She says it is only for people who order popcorn chicken. So I said I pay $40 for chicken and I can't have a couple BBQ sauces? What is up with that? I said I was going to contact corprate about what she told me she said please don't! What is up with this I am exhausted running around with my kids and she is giving me a hard time about BBQ sauce, breasts and legs????????? UPDATE: I was contacted by the regional manager regarding my post. He asked for details which I provided and will work to get them corrected. I increased my starts based on KFC's reply. Thanks I popped in and the drive-thru had 5 or 6 cars. Park and walk in. I order a #3 value meal, 2 chicken littles, fries and drink. I wait about 10 minutes and watch as the guy puts mashed potatoes and gravy into my bag. He slides it to me and walks off. I open it up and see indeed there are mashed potatoes and mentioned it to him. A girl walks over and says it comes with mashed potatoes not fries. I point to the sign and told her the picture clearly shows fries. She said that's not what you paid for, I asked him if I order a #3 or not, he agrees I did. She again says that's it what you paid for. I offered to pay the different and get a dirty look from her. Not the cleanest place to start should have known to walk out and save the hassle. Drive thru. The pepsi tastes really watered down. Either the ratio of the mix is wrong and it's a mistake or they are cutting corners.

Once every 5 years or so you get a craving............and then you have the experience that promptly reminds you of why this craving is so very rare. They have been pushing HARD on the marketing, and "boneless" chicken sounded promising. I am thinking nice white meat chicken breasts and to call what I got instead "meat" is an insult to all other forms of meat on the planet. I am a food inspector........never just randomly biting into something I haven't seen the inside of. The first piece I pulled out and in half was a greasy, reddish, chunk of gristle that thoroughly grossed me out. Second piece-slimy dark meat that was undercooked. Third piece was a teeeeeennnny little white meat nugget surrounded by about 2 pounds of breading. Needless to say I had to resort to the mashed potatoes that were half gravy and coleslaw. I was sick for the rest of the night. KFC used to be legit. Colonel Sanders would be turning in his grave if he knew the slop they were serving up today. My wife and I grabbed a quick meal a while back and Sarah went above and beyond her job title to make a cheap meal very pleasant. Since then, everytime I went to grab some great chicken (always crispy and fresh btw), she has the same customer care - Fantastic!! The popcorn chicken and FLG sauce taste great! Finger lickin' good! When you order biscuits, you have to ask for butter and honey. Place the butter and honey in the middle of the biscuit, it tastes like heaven. read more
