Bought a famous bowl a while back and cracked my tooth on their "boneless" chicken nuggets and am never going back.

I find it weird that KFC is still around. Its food is not Good value. The sides you get with a "family" meal are a fraction the size they used to be, barely a single serving, but clearly marketed as if they're intended to be shared between multiple people. Just overall high prices. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of KFC. In fact I'd suggest skipping all the fried chicken chains since they are honestly all over priced for what you get anymore and just go to your local grocery store's deli instead. read more

Don't waste your time going. Order 32 pieces of chicken and got 5, half the sides. Manager is unapologetic and really bad attitude.

This location is probably the only one I am willing to go to. The staff is normally very friendly and the dining area is usually clean. We were running late because there was a bad storm here so we didn't have enough time to prepare dinner before the LSU vs Clemson national championship game. This place is a little out of the way but they usually always have fresher chicken ready to go. Fortunately for us when we arrived they had just pulled a fresh batch of chicken and biscuits, so we ordered the 16 piece family meal which the equivalent of 2 full chickens with 2 large sides of coleslaw, 2 large sides of mashed potatoes, 2 containers of brown gravy, and 8 fluffy biscuits!! Fresh chicken with friendly and fast service makes this the only location we do enjoy going to and we made it on time to watch the game!! read more

No other cars in drive thru.. we ordered a 3 piece chicken (no meal) with sauce and confirmed it TWICE ... along with other food. She confirmed when we got to window. Got home and opened up a 4 piece chicken WITH meal ...no sauce (we were over charged) ..this felt expensive I had thought! ?? ..I tried to call and communicate the error and was hung up on twice. Called store and basically received a "really don't care!" Did find out that if you order carry out thru Grub Hub , you get a mixed bucket for $20 and this store receives less money for same order! I had never eaten KFC before, and had a craving for fried chicken one night. I stopped by this KFC drive thru and ordered the classic fried chicken and a side of cole slaw. When I got home about 5 minutes later, I was absolutely shocked to find that the chicken breading was soggy - like it had been fried much earlier and left sitting under hot lights or in a container too long, and the chicken itself was dried out. On top of that - get ready for the gross part - when I peeled the soggy skin off to try and salvage the chicken inside for my dinner, I saw a place where the chicken hadn't been "plucked" properly. Now, I am a sometimes-vegetarian who doesn't eat meat about 80% of the time, I enjoy meat every now and again. I must say, the experience with this chicken was enough to ALMOST turn me towards full-fledged vegetarianism. This meal was over $9 too! The cole slaw was excellent, however. I took the KFC survey on the receipt and at the end, expressed my displeasure with my meal. I did not get a response even though I did tick the "would you like us to contact you about your experience" button. So, I did what gets any company's attention and I posted about it on their Facebook page. I got a response in under an hour! I was given a specific email address and asked to email them about my experience. I did, and was then told that the local KFC would give me a call. When the manager did call a few days later, I was out - so I called back when I got home. I was told the manager was too busy to come to the phone, so I left a message. I never did get a followup call, so I called again - to which I was asked what it was in regards to, and when I told them, I was again told the manager was too busy to come to the phone. By that point, I had spent way too much time and effort getting any response from KFC, so I left it alone. I believe that good customer service reduces the effort that the customer has to make in order to be satisfied. I have done 100% of the work, and KFC has done nothing. Now I am doing what any disgruntled customer would do - writing a negative review on Yelp! I do not recommend this restaurant - both due to the quality of the food, the price, and the horrible customer service. read more

Called in an order and when I went to pick it up the chicken wasnt ready so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to cook chicken. I thought if I called it in it would of given them enough time to cook what I needed and then the employees gave me a hard time saying they are doing the best they can I dont recommend this one. I went here at 530pm they were out of light meat I told them dark was fine, I got the 20 dollar fill up, comes with two mashed potatoes, biscuits, and 1 other side. They didn't have green beans so I got baked beans. I asked when I paid for bbq sauce, she got my bag ready and I was in my way home. I didn't have any sauces, the chicken was literally soggy, and I didn't have gravy for mashed potatoes, so disappointing. I tried to call the store a couple times but no one picked up. I called to place an order. Since I'm not from here, I wasn't aware that they use a call center to place all call-in orders. They told me it would be a 25 min wait for my order. No problem. I get there, and they aren't even open!!! They are closed for remodeling. I call the order center and they said they had no idea as no one has called to let them know. I head to the other one on Division and of course they couldn't accommodate my order, so I left with food we didn't even want. I asked the name of the owners and they wouldn't tell me. NEVER AGAIN! Ordered a 10 piece family meal, extra crispy chicken with two sides of potatoes and gravy. One piece of my chicken was mostly a serious chunk of fried batter that I couldn't even eat, but otherwise it was really good! I usually am not a huge fan of KFC anymore so we rarely get it, but this time it pleasantly surprised me. Chicken didn't taste like it was old, it was actually extra crispy, and their potatoes... Well I could eat those any day. Those never let me down. The girl working at the window was super nice too. All and all just a good experience! I have had some pretty bad luck with fast food but this visit to kfc took the cake for experiences recently we go to order original chicken for the 20 dollar deal and they are completely out of white meat ! So we settle for dark which is not what we wanted at all but went along with it then no green beans as a side for an option ! When we get home with it all of our dark meat is soggy and pretty nasty looking we only we only received one gravy for two large potatoes not nearly enough ! We asked for side sauces for the chicken but they also had not made it to our order apparently... so we go to call to see if we can clear it all up and surprise no answer I love some kfc on a Togo food night but not sure returning or at least to this location anytime soon or at all.
