Trash. Every time I go to this location they are rude and hand out cold food. Just left with room temperature fries that the manager insisted his worker said were fresh. After they pulled me up to the front. As well, I ordered their cheese curds (I've worked a dairy farm up north and looove cheese curds-yes I know these are not likely amazing but wanted to try) they bring them to me also "fresh" and they are cold inside with actual small ice. When I go in to request they fix this the women argued with me that they make them for 1 min 30 seconds or the cheese pops. I said ok but the cheese is still formed and cold with ice inside. I don't come here often, but when I do, I always kick myself for it. The extra crispy chicken tenders are never crispy at all. The only good thing about the five dollar fill up chicken tender box is the mashed potatoes, and this timeI did not get the larger serving of mashed potatoes as is supposed to come with this box. The biscuit is so so. Crumbly and falls apart as opposed to flaking apart. You can tell they cut corners, and sometimes in disgusting ways. This time was the grossest experience I think I've had at any fast food restaurant. There were three, THREE, flies in my drink, right on the top, like they were stuck to the lid when it was put on the drink. Absolutely disgusting, and as you can see in the pictures, they were very obvious, especially so to anyone handling the drink directly. You can see this in the photos. As far as consistent problems I've had here, they never mention sauces, like ever. You have to know to ask. It's one of those bad-for-you but so-delicious-to-have cravings that can only be filled by one brand. What comes to mind right now is the service. Or lack thereof. OMG. It's taking forever to get our food. Sure, fresh made food is great. But only having "extra crispy" on hand and a 20 minute wait for Original and grilled is torturous. Who eats extra crispy? It's an abomination. This location should gear up for the dinner rush so that this crazy wait is not an issue. People are standing around the dining area waiting for their food. It's more like a waiting room than a restaurant. I can only imagine what the driver through must be like. I can see cars parked along the side of the building... I'm guessing that the parking spots next to the building are full. KFC employees are running out to these parked cars to deliver food. I don't know why I got myself into this. If I could give less than a one star I would. My mom said our order at the speaker and got through the whole thing with no one saying anything until a lady interrupted and told her she was talking too fast. The voice was different from the one who greeted us, so no, she was not talking fast. My mom politely repeated the order to the snarky lady and then we went forward and were given drinks without straws. This would be fine had it not been for the fact that we had to wait from 4:03 pm to ~4:20 pm bwforw betting our food. There were three people who got their orders behind us. My mom is such a polite person and didn't deserve any of the rudeness by the way. We put the car in reverse once the line died down and no one was at the window, we were then handed our food. We were missing coleslaw and straws and had never been given our receipt. The girl who handed us the food (and was sweet) had to get the manager or someone to get our receipt. The manager we presume, named Jackie, asked us our total. I wanted to say "That's kinda why we want the receipt" but I didn't. She finally found it and said "its on there" in regards to the cole slaw as if we were trying to scam a KFC on Sawdust of all places. I encountered a young male employee at the register that obviously did not want to be there. He made that very clear with his low tone groan responses and no greeting or thank you. He didn't bother to ask me which $20 bucket option I wanted - apparently he has ESP. The funniest thing is when I got in the parking lot to type this up, I looked at the previous YELP ratings from the last few years and they were all ONEs! No surprise there. I ordered a 8 piece all dark original chicken through Uber eats from Kentucky Fried chicken on 630 sawdust rd. They gave me a mixed order chicken which I did not want; I requested condiments and a plate which were not provided in my bag. I called to speak to the manager and no one would answer every though I called during business hours. I am very disappointed in the food and would advise everyone to not order food through Uber eats at this location. Driving back to my office, I'm drinking the soda and eating the potato wedges. I reach in the bag again and lo and behold it's a damn ROACH crawling around in the bag.
