Horrible. Just horrible. If I could give it half a star I would. And even then I'd feel generous. We ordered an 8 piece "crispy" recipe bucket and it was just gross. They seem to have it reversed. The outside that was supposed to be crispy was soaked in grease, soggy and crumbling off. The chicken itself, however, was EXTREMELY dry and hard to chew. How!? The biscuits were no different. They were hard and falling apart. Stale. Absolutely inedible food. Wtf? The mashed potatoes were dry. And the mac n cheese was brown as if had been burnt. Horrible Customer Service My husband was in the mood for chicken last night. I called in advance to inquire on certain specials they have going and most all my questions were answered. I decided to give it a go and make a run for the drive through now that I had my order together. Showed up at 8:30 pm, went through the drive thru. I ordered the $20.00 family special and a $5.00 mashed bowl fill up box for my son that didn't want chicken on a bone. Was advised while my order total was being disclosed that they were out of corn for the mashed potato bowl. I advised no big deal, we can work around that. I then pull up to the window and pay. About 5 min goes by and the young man working drive thru tells me they are out of coleslaw and asks me if I would like to pick another side. At this point I am just a tad bit irked but agree to take macaroni and cheese instead. All of the sudden the manager come to the window and says "we outta breastes right now, you want something else?" "NO, NO I don't want anything else" is my reply back. I asked her at this point why they felt they even needed to be open if they are out of everything. I then proceed to tell her that I called in advance to inquire and make sure my questions were answered and check on availability. She then says "well you didn't talk to me, next time you need to be sure and talk to a manager". At this point I am livid and ask her to cancel my order & refund my money. She does no while mumbling under her breath. As she hands me the money I ask her for her name. She covers her name tag with her arm and tells me "Tasha". I then inform her that I know she is lying because I could tell while she was standing at the register getting my money she has a short name (couple of letters long) listed on her tag but that I could not see well because of getting hit in the eye with a tree branch earlier that evening while working in my yard. She then looks at me with this wild stare and says "it is Tasha". I then respond telling her again that I know she is lying and at this point it's irrelevant because I plan to call cooperate and report it. Ordering dinner should not be this hard folks. read more

This KFC is always good in every way! The food is delicious! The staff thus far have been great to me and I drive a distance to come here. There is one much closer to my house and the chicken is always over cooked, you cannot find the meat. But this store in the Woodlands on Sawdust keeps me coming back when I want some good chicken! read more

Worst KFC restaurant I've ever visited. Management and staff don't pay attention to the front counter when guest arrive. Took almost 5 minutes to be helped and the lady I guess is the manager need to be put on the bathroom detail with her service. It took another 5 minutes or more to get my food once it was ordered. They do a lot of talking and laughing behind the counter and the customer service is way below mediocre. After sitting down to eat and observe the service, I was not the only one getting this kind of bad service. So I was thinking it was me but after observing other customers after me who got the same if not worse service than I received. Never again will I visit this location as long as I'm living in this area. If the owner of this location is reading these post they need to really reconsider their staff because they are hurting your business and investment. read more

I like this KFC store. The location is close by my house, the service is good and the food taste delicious. If you go during a lunch or dinner rush, you might have to wait a few minutes for fresh chicken...but who doesn't like their food hot and fresh?!! Lol read more

I have tried to give this place a chance.... I have lived here since 1994 and tried this KFC off and on. I will try them , get pissed off and won't go for a while but then eventually try it again thinking things will get better. The staffing and customer service are always terrible, if you go after 8 o'clock at nite they seem to always be out of the chicken you want ( they say they say open late but they don't have chicken ready late), and the worst of it is the smoke in the dining room. They have a horrible ventilation system which doesn't properly remove the smoke and smells of the fryers, etc. I thought after their last remodel they would fix it, but seems they just did cosmetic stuff it has been this way as far back as I remember...I don't see the same issue at other KFC's....There are tons of fast food choices.... I stopped in to purchase spot pie because they are usually very good. I normally go through the drive thru but I decided to eat it there. They open at 10:30 and I walked in at10:55. I stopped at the station near the drinks to get plastic wear and the station had not been wiped down it looks like from the night before. KFC has dropped quality a lot. the biscuits are crap also. burned and small. They used to have the best biscuits. The grilled chicken is never available- if u want to wait 18 minutes each time. Employees are lack luster, service is slow- the chicken is not a inexpensive as it used to be. 30$ should get you something. hello, I just came back from KFC to get the scrumptious famous bowl, went through the drive thru and I sat there for a minute without being greeted. mind i add i was the only car there to order. So i decided to say hello no response, said it again yet no response. and one last time and the lady had an attitude and told me to wait a minute making it seem like i was bothering her. She then said something that I could not understand so I proceeded to order, once I finished ordering to your surprise yet another lack of response. I asked if she heard me and she shouted "I told you to wait... thank you" attitude emphasized. It was such a lack of professionalism and customer service and I don't think i'll be coming to this KFC location ever again because that's no way to treat a customer, let alone another person. period. This KFC is the worst that I have ever been to. The girl in the drive thru window "Sofie" was extremely rude. All she said was "what?", "huh". My order was hot wings and they were not hot. This is the second experience with this location. I will not ever go back to this KFC again. I barely eat fast food and now I know why. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman stating he was the manager. He was rude and sarcastic as well. My co-worker was in the car with me and we both had the jaw dropping reaction to the lack of customer service at this KFC. read more

Horrible service. Everytime I come to this location it's either someone extremely rude and impatient, someone lazy, or someone who has zero people skills. Last time I went they were rude and my whole bucket of chicken basically still had flour on it. The breading was not cooked. They replaced it for me after I drove back with it but they were super rude. Then today when I went there, the person didn't even speak to me. I said thank you everytime I was handed one of my drinks and never got s response, then anytime I asked a question I only got a head nod. It was weird. But I've been to this kfc at least ten times and EVERY time it's been a bad experience. I keep giving it a try when I have a kfc craving because I live down the street and I always think "surely that was just one bad experience, won't happen again.." But everytime it does. I am not going here anymore. I don't even blame the rude workers, I blame management for hiring people who don't have good customer service skills.
