First visit to this Korean-Chinese fusion spot, and it was definitely an adventure. Interesting concept, you order your food on an tablet attached to the your table. You can find your utensils (chopsticks, spoons and tissue) in the drawer that is on the side of the table. I ordered based on the common photos posted: - Sweet & Sour Pork: Meh.. Not your classic Cantonese version. The sauce was salty-sour, almost plum-like with veggies. Unexpected, but I'd be open to trying a different take next time. - HK Jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup): Ordered regular spicy, hoping for flavor depth. Instead, the heat took over -- we drained a whole pitcher of water. Lesson learned: sometimes less spice means more taste. - Black Bean Rice with Omelette: Ok..though the omelette was a bit dry. The black bean sauce saved it, and the side soup echoed the Jjampong's spice. Manageable, but still fiery. -flower bun with sweetened condensed milk: yummy...the buns were fried well. A nice crispy shell and a nice fluffy bun on the inside drizzled with a sweet sauce just finished it perfectly. Overall: Flavors are ok! heavy on the spice, and a fusion twist that keeps you guessing. I'll be back, but with a milder order and try other dishes. The portions are reasonable, we couldn't finish and had it taken to go. The staff love kids and gave us 2 full size lollipops, which the kids enjoyed very much for dessert. I would come back again to try some more dishes and give a better overall review.

UPDATE: They recently changed their name to Kim's Noodle. This restaurant is an exciting new addition to Midtown Toronto, bringing delicious Korean-Chinese cuisine to the area. Guests can enjoy a variety of hearty noodle dishes and fusion specialties, including favorites like Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup), and Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork). With a relaxed atmosphere and modern conveniences such as electronic menus at each table, it's an inviting spot for diners. Plus, it's conveniently located just minutes from Eglinton subway station. We loved the friendly service of the chef and staff.
