Just stopped by for a quick massage. Prices are jacked up everywhere in Chinatown. $35 seemed reasonable for an hour foot rub. Coco was my masseuse and she worked really hard and my foot finally feels much better. I can't believe it's been over 2 years since my last massage but this didn't disappoint. Plus they have a points system and 350 points is a free 1 hour foot massage. $1 = 1 point.

Coming here was one of the best spontaneous decisions I've made in a while. Can't say enough about this magical place. I came in to get a quick 30 minute foot massage and now I wish it was an hour. The massage ended with a hot stone rub down - great way to send my feet into a blissful state. Jack took good care of my feet, toes and calves - the areas most affected from long walks in the city. Make sure to ask for him or Ken ny name. Your feet will thank you

I come here once a month with my buddies. It is always a great experience and the employees are super nice! The price is very reasonable, we always get the 30 min foot rub and 30 min back rub to get our guys day started. The location is cozy and clean, a nice vreak from the hustle and bustle of nyc. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good massage at reasonable price in nyc.

I've been coming to Kimberly Spa for the past few years so this review is long over due. Every time I've come I'm greeted with a smile and rarely have to wait. Today Jack took great care of me. I normally get the 60 minute foot massage and feel rejuvenated after every appointment. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's a calm and clean atmosphere. Thank you for always taking such good care of my friends and I!

Pretty good. It's a legit spa and they do facials as well. The massage was ok, it could have been better with a quieter massage table. The place is a bit old as it's been around for a while and the table I was on squeaked loudly while the massage was going on. Even the earplugs didn't do much to drown out the loud squeaking. The masseuse was proficient enough and did ask if there was enough pressure or if it was too hard.

We stopped at this place after a day of wandering Chinatown when it was sort of drizzly and my feet were barking for some attention. So it's very crammed in there. Like they have seven I think maybe even 8 foot massage chairs next to each other just jammed in so there is no privacy whatsoever. They did think to have phone wires to charge your phone in the chairs which is a super nice touch. They have some table massage rooms in the back and a couple of my kids used them. One of the boys thought that the masseuse was pretty rough, I thought that was funny because it was a female. The masseuse certainly know how to dig into the muscles. They did a great job with the foot rub and if I ask them to do a hand massage after my foot massage was over they were happy to add that on. There was a lot of people in and out the door at all times and the door is right next to where you're sitting so it was really pretty chaotic in there with all the staff in and out and people sitting outside smoking when they were not doing massages and customers coming and going nonstop and the countertop where you pay right there next to you when you're trying to get your massage so if you don't bring some noise canceling headphones and an eye mask you're probably not gonna be able to fully relax however your feet will feel great. I will definitely come back.

Am I the only person who didn't realize the masseuse is walking on your back for the massage?

I usually have to ask if I want to be stepped on

Did they enhance the price to 39??????That sucks

Foot massage is still cheap $25.

The space has a beautiful scent that puts you at ease as soon as you walk-in. I had a signature facial and it really set a new standard for a facial for me. The facial and upper body massage relaxes you, I can't imagine not having a facial with such a nice neck/shoulder/arm massage again. The products they use don't have a strong fragrance -- every detail was perfect. They do give product recommendations after the service but there's no pressure and it doesn't feel sales-y or uncomfortable the way it can at other salons. Highly recommend my facialist Amy!

She went over some of my skin care history and current routine with me. The calming facial I received was refreshing. I felt cold things, hot things, a zappy thing, pinching thing, steam, and more. She also massaged my neck and hands. She gave me some great recommendations and I got a little eye treatment complimentary. I also appreciated that she wasn't pushy with the products and said I will email you what I recommend. My skin looks bright and clean. I also got some chocolate to take with me which was a nice touch. I will be back. Worth every penny.

I stumbled upon Karine Kazarian because of the Biologique Recherche line of products they offer. Although there hasn't been an issue with my current esthecian, I wanted to try a facial in New York along with the line of products. I first booked my appointment with Mariam, who happens to be Karine's daughter. She was super friendly and walked me through the entire process. She listened to my concerns and customized the deep cleansing facial for my skin. I was left with hydrated and clean skin. I knew I loved their service when I received multiple compliments on the second week from having my facial. Recently, I saw Sasha for the same deep cleansing facial as I was in desperate need of extractions. She took care of me and was gentle throughout the entire process. I truly feel like their is magic in these ladies hands and they are definitely worth checking out for anyone who wants to be pampered with good skin care products.

Some estheticians have been incredible (shoutout Aiza) and some haven't been as good. After my last few visits, I've been disappointed in the depth of the facials I've received and haven't felt that I've been getting my money's worth. The services are expensive (even for NYC) at $300+ with tip. After getting a cyst on my eyelid following my most recent facial, I think it's time for me to find another place for my facials in the city. Wish the treatments here weren't as costly; if the prices were a bit lower, I'd be more comfortable with the quality and depth of service.

I confirmed with someone who answered the phone that the injector did indeed add units that did that. Again... without asking me if it was ok. For some reason the person who I spoke to on the phone thinks a consultation will help. However, I already know from experience that once they inject it the only thing that works is letting it wear off and I have to have severe eye strain for 3 months. The injector was also very careless and I bruised like never before. She even just felt sloppy and inexperienced. I'll never go back again. Nothing like the feeling of waking up with eye strain when your eyes should be relaxed! And the shape of my eyes is so terrible and embarrassing.
