Ryan and Blake came out the same day I contacted them. I had various repairs needing to be done. I found leaking valves under the sink and also the bathtub had a drip too. I needed a new faucet installed, but the guy who installed the new countertop Made the backing too thick. These guys were able to install it after making some adjustments. Once completed, we found the water meter was still running while not in use. They were able to pinpoint the area where I had a leak and fix it. I believe if any other plumbing company had come out, they would have told me I needed to re-pipe my house. Ryan and Blake, took the time to find the leak outside of my house. Good thing I called because the nut that was holding the faucet in place was so rusted and stuck that they had to use a multi-tool to cut it off. I had a hot water pipe leak in my sub concrete. Ryan and Blake came out and did an initial assessment and helped me isolate the leak and helped me turn off the water to that area of the house without shutting off water to the entire home. They were very professional and provided me with a detailed scope of what the next steps would be and the options I could take. I chose the re-route process to repipe. They came in on time on the day the were available and were able to complete the work in one day. Although the job entailed going through the ceiling and having to make several cuts to the drywall, they were meticulous in moving my furniture and covering everything. Once the job was complete, the cleaned everything, vacuumed the area and taped off the exposed drywall. I'm very happy and impressed with their work and professionalism. I am the process of remodeling my kitchen, I had plumbing for a coffee bar sink done by another company. The location for the coffee bar sink was incorrect I called Kinetic plumbing. Upon inspection of the work Ryan noticed that the plumbing work was not to code, he is very knowledgeable. Kinetic pluming pulled a permit with the city which was not done prior. I'm thankful for them, they jackhammered the concrete, remove, excavated soil down to exposing existing pipe and removed the connecting rubber fitting. A new fitting was installed and re-hooked to the existing new line. They corrected and installed new plumbing for the entire kitchen. The city inspector was impressed with Kinetic plumbing on how thorough their work was. Kinetic plumbing is efficient, thorough, they don't corners. Honestly I did get two other plumbers quotes and none of their representatives were as detailed and as knowledgeable as kinetic plumbing. It has been almost a week & he never called back & when I called him to remind him for that estimate he was short on the phone and told me he is too busy and he will get to my estimate when he can. I highly recommend using Kinetic Plumbing Services. I called them to make an appointment to do a water test on a possible slab leak in my house. They were able to schedule an appointment within 2 days, and quoted me that the water leak detection was actually no charge compared to another plumbing business that quoted me $275 for the same inspection. They called me to let me know they could show up 30 minutes early for my appointment, which was great. They spent almost an hour running various tests, and determined that there was no plumbing leak. So not only did they drive out from Irvine to Cerritos, they refused to charge me for the time they spent. My home was built in 1955 and had all the original iron pipes. Last year I had a company come in and repipe the incoming water pipes. They did an okay job but I was not impressed with the company as a whole. A few days after the repipe was done I discovered that when I ran the clothing washer the water would come up the sewer pipe into the master bathroom shower. Nothing like smelling sewage in your bedroom! We had used Kinetic Plumbing at work and they had done an excellent job so I had them come out to look at the situation. Ryan and Blake were great at communicating what time they would be arriving at my house and showed me what the problem was. As I expected I needed to replace my sewer pipes as well. As a single parent money is tight so they suggested doing the project in 2 parts. Replacing the sewer pipe that runs to the garage first to fix the issue with the water coming back up in the shower. Then at a later date they would come back and do the rest of the house to prevent any future sewer issues. Kinetic Plumbing just finished the rest of the house and I am so happy with their work! They guys were very respectful of me and my home during the whole project. They were honest about what part of the job was urgent and what could wait and they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves (unlike the guys that did my repipe and left drywall patch dried on my wood floors and cracked stucco on the side of my house!).
