We started out with two apps... cheese curds and pretzel bites. When they came to the table, neither looked like they do on the website. On the website the pretzels looked a bit better than something you'd get in a mall, and they stated they came with cheese and mustard. In real time they only had cheese. The cheese curds also looked completely different and were smaller portions than shown online. For our meals we had a burger, a chicken sandwich, and I had the southwest salad. There seemed to be a little miscommunication with our waiter about the dressing for my salad, and that resulted in my salad missing some ingredients but he resolved it. But also of note, the menu listed a "avocado lime vinagrette" and the salad came with a guac that just looked like it was maybe left in the blender a second longer than it should have been. The burger was huge. We all agreed the food was "good" but we wouldn't add it to our list of must haves next time we are in town. Since I had never been there before, I politely asked the manager for more information. He was very rude and acted frustrated that I had even asked, saying, "Don't you see? Just get a table that's open." I looked around and did not see any available tables, so I asked another employee for help. She was also dismissive and basically told me the same thing: just find an open table. I was the one trying to get information for the rest of my group, and instead of being helpful or welcoming, two employees made me feel like I was bothering them. After that, I laughed, left, and took everyone to another bar where the staff were much friendlier. This was a terrible first impression and very poor customer service. I will not be back.
