The new Kings Kitchen offers delicious food at great prices in a nice, relaxed setting. The menu features both American and Armenian fare and it's all pretty good. Their sandwiches and burgers are awesome and they make a really solid kebab....you really can't go wrong. I love the charcoal buns they use! The patio is huge and the best part about this spot is that they offer hookah at night!!! They have an incredible hookah program with lots of great flavors. They use high quality ingredients and my hookah lasted for the entire two hours I was there. Reservations are not needed as of now. And I avoided the $16 valet by getting lucky with street parking. We visited on a rainy Sunday evening in winter and sat on the patio which was bit cold and poorly lit. There was another couple in the corner with a heater and better lighting. I got the sense that they were closing or just not very busy. We enjoyed our meal (great hummus, kebab and salad) and felt the service was attentive and knowledgeable. I think this is more of a brunch and daytime place but it might be great on warmer evenings too. What a truly wonderful place! The Interrior is very cute and romantic! We sat outside and enjoyed it for 2 hours. Lots of room, very cozy ! The manager and stuff are so amazing and here for you any time! They made our experience the next level. The food is - OMG - so so so delicious! And was presented in such a beautiful arrangement , this is one of a kind experience! We had a great lunch with girls, we didn't want to leave and kept ordering more and more, everything was just that good. We definitely will be back. Everyone was raving about this spot so I had to try it for myself. The fact that they use grass fed and organic products was the main reason I was so eager to try it out. We went in and the worker (didn't catch his name) was extremely polite, and helpful. We opted to sit outside since the weather was great, and he came out and placed utensils and brought out ice for my drink. We both went with the *kabob sandwich as I heard this was the must try item. However, due to allergies I had to opt out of the grilled tomatoes from the sandwich. My friend got it as is. First, the quality of the meat was wonderful. Seasoned just right as well. Unfortunately, I found the rest of the sandwich a bit bland without the tomatoes (and that isn't their fault as it seems to be a key ingredient.). I do however hope they come up with an alternative for it just incase there is someone else out there who can't have tomatoes. My friend tried it and enjoyed it with the grilled tomatoes, though they said the bread could be fresher. (I agree.) Fries were shoe string cut fries and deliciousssss. Big serving of it too! Ordered take out from this place. Guy on the phone was really nice and they actually called when it was ready. Mediterranean food usually takes a while but this was ready in about 15 minutes. I ordered food for me and my friend to eat at her house - got the luleh (beef) kabob and the chicken luleh. My friend who doesn't eat beef didn't realize that luleh is beef and you have to specify if you want chicken - in case anyone else makes that mistake. They also have a variety of other items like salad, sandwiches, tacos and burgers, which is kinda random but hey. Parking was easy - there's a lot with many spots and the place was empty when I got there. Worker was really friendly and said that they had been open for maybe 3 weeks. Price is pretty average - the chicken plate which came with rice and two sides was $15 and the beef plate was $16. Got my food and took it to my friend's place nearby. Unfortunately I think they have an issue with the freshness of their meat currently - recently had lunch there and simply went with a caesar salad with chicken and the chicken tasted rancid. My girlfriend and I sat by a beautiful fire pit! Highly recommend that spot. The service was 10/10. I can't speak for the food, or the service. I can however, speak for the lack of common courtesy King's Lounge has shown to their surrounding neighbors. In 2020, King's Lounge (formerly King's Kitchen) turned their tiny parking lot into an outdoor dining area due to COVID. For over four years now, we've been subjected to loud music (and sometimes customers) on a daily basis. This becomes even a bigger nuisance after 10PM, especially on week nights. Playing music past midnight is very common. For anyone who can't relate, imagine trying to relax (or even sleep) in your own home, but you can't because loud music (that you have no interest in listening to) is being blasted at your home from your neighbor. No amount of sound proofing will remedy the situation, because it's that loud, and the walls are too thin. When the restaurant holds parties, often a DJ will be hired who will in turn, bring their own speakers to amplify the music even more. If you're asking why not just move? Some of us can't afford to. As I'm writing this, I can hear their music most clearly of course. read more

Fully open and a great addition to Glendale's plethora of various Mediterranean cuisine specialists. King's is a upscale order wall place similar to how Pine & Crane works - makes the experience pretty streamlined regardless of how busy things get. Tried an excellent fried Branzino (skin-on filet) with a fresh tarragon and dill sauce. Shiraz salad is micro-diced and well flavored. Hummus is toasty flavored and super smooth. Also had the spicy chicken sandwich which is a flattened chicken breast, battered with a cayenne influenced traditional batter and then combined with a flavorful creamy slaw and sriracha, fresh lettuce and tomato and served on a toasted brioche. Fries were of a single fried shoestring variety - could use something added here, like maybe garlic and parsley, and definitely a 2-pass cooking instead to keep them at a better texture (otherwise, they'll suffer the usual dreaded cardboard stick change by the time they make it home (or delivered.) Service was fine - given a slow post-holidays Sunday. It's located in a former fast food standalone, so parking is plentiful. Lots of interesting beverages to pick. Vegan and vegetarian options from out 1/2 the menu. Will be back to try some of the other interesting options such as pork ribs and truffle burgers. A solid fun addition to the nightly choices, and certainly a really clean and modern approach to presentation. A little less styrofoam packaging would be appreciated though. read more

The food was absolutely delicious, the place was spotless (including the all white bathroom), and the service was superb! As a health conscious mom, I rarely take my kids out to eat because I don't like the quality of meat, oils, and cookware most restaurants use. As I glanced in the kitchen area, I was ecstatic to see all the shiny stainless steel pots and pans. The kitchen was spotless and I could tell they really take pride the the quality of their food they serve. My kids had a delicious filling lunch and I felt guilt free knowing the meat was organic and ingredients are fresh. It's definitely worth the price and I highly recommend King's Kitchen. read more

We were going to go to Raffi's Place but they don't take reservations so we decided to come back to King's Lounge after 10 months. Since we were ordering off the menu this time our experience was very much different There was lots of confusion with the ordering and wrong items were brought to the table multiple times. It literally took 30 minutes to take the order for 9 people and they still could not get it right. Very frustrating. It might just have been our sever. The place was completely dead on Sunday at 1:00pm. Not sure how they stay in business. We had the outside seating area practically to ourselves. That was nice. The appetizer dishes are really small and they don't taste authentic. The Shirazi salad had no lemon or sourness to it. Homus tastes good but I am not sure what was in there because it did not taste like garbanzo beans and tahini. They brought one Pellegrino bottle for three of us and we had to ask for another bottle, even though the bottle was sitting empty for over a. Hour. Dishes and tableware were fancy. Salads average. Kale salad Average, fatoush salad was just a plain salad. Feedback from friends the baby back ribs, lamb chops, and salmon average at best. Beef lule kebab was good. Chicken Lule kebab was the best. Beef lule kebab sandwich was also out of this world and so was the burger ! The cream for the coffee curded. Since no one was at the restaurant parking spaces were easy to find in their tiny parking lot. Order the chicken kebab with rice and fingerling potatoes or the beef lule sandwich or the burger and you will have an A+ meal. Again the servers were attentive but did not know what they were doing. I was very hungry when me day and my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant was having credit card reader issues, so I set out for something new. I'd driven past King's Kitchen many times and on this occasion I finally stopped. They have some parking in the lot behind the restaurant which was nice. The inside was very clean and somewhat chic. It was mid-afternoon so not many people, but definitely room for a large crowd. Whenever I go somewhere new I like to just ask what my server's favorite thing on the menu is. I didn't get his name, but today it was the King Steak Sandwich. The sandwich was great. Fillet mignon cooked perfectly with spinach grilled onions and provolone. I'm not sure what the sauce was, but it was DANK. the fries were great too. I will definitely be back to explore more of their menu. read more

First time at King's Kitchen. Ambiance, table setting, overall aesthetics are very nicely done. They have a trendy lemon wall which is perfect for group photos, tons of photo ops around. They have a full menu with family style options as well, full bar selection as we had endless tequila shots. Food was good, but not amazing. Something was off with the kubideh beef kebab, it was really greasy. Maybe will try the chicken options next time. Parking is tough, they have a small lot in the back. read more
